技术领域
本发明涉及振动筛，特别是一种适用于在整体运输中筛箱与筛架之间的连接不会受到损害的振动筛弹性支撑装置。
背景技术
现有的振动筛，其筛箱与筛架之间都是通过钢板焊接成一体，这种刚性连接的振动筛，在整体运输过程中，经常会发生焊缝开裂现象，影响振动筛的质量。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种在整体运输中，安全系数高、保证筛机质量的振动筛弹性支撑装置。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，振动筛弹性支撑装置，它包括一个上座板和一个下座板，其特征在于：在上、下座板之间安装有一个压缩弹簧，在上、下座板之间弹簧周边对称安装有螺栓，在各螺栓上于上、下座板之间分别套有一根与压缩后的弹簧高度相对应的支撑钢管，在各螺栓的螺母与座板之间分别套有一个弹性垫圈。本发明用螺栓将筛箱和筛架通过弹性支撑连接成一个整体，适合于整体运输，具有安全系数高，质量有保证的优点。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例，它包括一个上座板5和一个下座板6，在上、下座板之间安装有一个压缩弹簧7，在上、下座板之间弹簧周边对称安装有螺栓2，在各螺栓上于上、下座板之间分别套有一根与压缩后的弹簧高度相对应的支撑钢管1，在各螺栓的螺母3与座板之间分别套有一个弹性垫圈4。
安装时，通过螺栓将筛箱8和筛架9固定在本装置的上、下座板上，可方便振动筛的整体运输，具有安全系数高，使用方便的优点。

1.振动筛弹性支撑装置，它包括一个上座板和一个下座板，其特征在于：在上、下座板之间安装有一个压缩弹簧，在上、下座板之间弹簧周边对称安装有螺栓，在各螺栓上于上、下座板之间分别套有一根与压缩后的弹簧高度相对应的支撑钢管，在各螺栓的螺母与座板之间分别套有一个弹性垫圈。
