Description

Combined application for acute mastitis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a combined application for acute mastitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mastitis is a common disease of women, and can be classified into acute suppurative mastitis, perimammary fistula, plasma cell mastitis and the like according to different causes; the most common acute suppurative mastitis is called acute suppurative mastitis in lactation or puerperium, and is called acute mastitis in mammary abscess in traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical manifestations of acute mastitis can be divided into three stages or three stages.
First stage, the lump stage or red swelling stage of milk stasis. The main manifestations are swelling, hard and distending pain in a certain part of the breast, usually the external upper or internal upper quadrant, unclear border, and usually marked tenderness. The inflammation inside the breast at this stage is in the cellulitis stage, and no abscess has yet formed. The breast skin is normal or reddish in color, or slightly hot. Sudden high fever and chill, pain and swelling, local scarcity, rapid suppuration and ulceration, accompanied by chest distress, headache, inappetence and the like. If the nipple is cracked, the nipple feels pain like a needle prick when breast feeding, and two small pus spots or small cracks are visible on the surface of the nipple.
Stage II, abscess formation stage. The cellulitis is not dissipated in time, the inflammation continues to develop, the tissue is necrotic, and the abscess is unavoidably formed. The mass gradually increases and becomes hard, the pain is aggravated, the mass mostly has pulsating jumping pain, even persistent severe pain, and the local skin of the breast becomes red and hot. Persistent high fever, thirst, nausea, anorexia, enlargement of axillary lymph nodes on the same side, etc. After 2-3 days of red swelling and pain, the center of the mass becomes soft gradually, the mass has wave motion, the center is red, swollen and shiny, the skin becomes thin, and the large pieces of the peripheral skin are bright red. Pus can be sucked out during puncture. The abscess is already formed in this stage, and the time for conservative healing is over.
Third stage, late stage of abscess formation. When the abscess is mature, it can be automatically ulcerated, or incised to discharge pus by operation. If the drainage is smooth, the local swelling and pain are relieved, the body temperature is normal, and the wound is gradually healed within about one month after dressing change. If pus is not discharged smoothly after ulceration, the swelling is not disappeared, the pain is not reduced, and fever is not relieved, the drainage is not smooth, chronic mastitis is formed after the pus is not healed for a long time, and a mammary fistula is formed, namely, the mixed outflow of milk and pus is generated.
After the disease occurs, the puerpera has huge physiological pain, and the injection therapy of western medicine is generally adopted, and anti-inflammatory substances such as cephalosporin and the like are injected, so that the lactation cannot be continued, the health of the baby is affected, and further psychological burden is possibly generated; and the treatment effect is general.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the specific step of mixing the folium artemisiae argyi, the rhizoma cyperi and the fistular onion stalk in the step a is to mix the folium artemisiae argyi and the fistular onion stalk, grind the mixture into juice, add the rhizoma cyperi powder and stir the mixture evenly.
Preferably, the temperature for heating in the step C is 60-80 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. aiming at the first stage or the second stage initial stage of acute mastitis, the traditional Chinese medicine has high cure rate, convenient preparation, small side effect and quick response, does not influence continuous lactation, and further avoids psychological burden;
2. the Bulbus Allii Fistulosi for external application has effects of treating sore, carbuncle and furunculosis, and is combined with folium Artemisiae Argyi and rhizoma Cyperi; the thinning or chapping of the skin of a patient can be avoided in the early stage, and the thinned skin or the chapped skin is not suitable for the product, so that the applicability of the medicine is further improved by the synergistic effect of the fistular onion stalk, the argy wormwood leaf and the nutgrass galingale rhizome;
3. the pawpaw is matched with the silkworm excrement, so that the effects of dredging channels, relieving swelling and pain, and expelling wind and removing cold are achieved; thereby relieving and eliminating the disease symptoms;
4. the combined application is adopted, and the plaster is pre-coated and then pasted, so that the effect absorption and the pharmacological synergistic effect are promoted, the effect is fast, and the curative effect is good;
5. the invention also discloses a preparation method of the combined application for acute mastitis, which has unique process, gives full play to the efficacy and coordination effect of the components, is simple and easy to obtain and is suitable for large-scale production; meanwhile, the pawpaw and the silkworm excrement are processed to promote the mutual fusion of the drug effects; after heating, the surface of the pawpaw shell is covered with honey, after natural cooling, drug effect volatilization is avoided, and the honey is stored and used as a medicine.
