Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种隔热产品及其制造方法。
例如,在汽车领域中使用隔热或者热保护产品。它们用于保护温度敏感组件(例如,传感器,电缆,软管,连接器,电子元件)免受其他组件(例如排气系统)的废热影响,或者用于保护通过本身耐热组件的介质。
例如,DE 197 55 314描述了这样的元件。
在许多情况下,相应的隔热产品必须采取规定的形状,以封闭温度敏感组件。接缝和铆钉通常用于此目的。发现相应的产品在这些连接处具有不同的隔热性能。特别是,这些地方也可能渗透水和/或空气。因此,需要具有改进的接缝的元件。
本发明的目的是生产改进的热保护产品。该目的通过具有至少一个接缝的隔热产品来实现,该产品包括:
-由热塑性材料制成的聚合物纤维织物层;
-聚合物层;
-金属层;
其中所述至少一个接缝通过焊接获得。
因此,根据本发明,提供了一种具有由热塑性材料制成的聚合物纤维纺织层的热保护产品。特别地,合适的聚合物包括聚酯、聚烯烃如聚乙烯或聚丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚酰胺、聚磺酰胺及其混合物和共聚物。不同聚合物的纤维也可以在这样的织物层中混合在一起。
织物层可以是机织织物、屈圈法针织物或编结法针织物、结构化织物、无纺织物。最好是毛毡。
如果织物层的厚度在约1至10mm的范围内,则证明是足够的。
此外,热保护产品还包括另一聚合物层。对于这一层,特别是聚烯烃、聚酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)及其混合物已被证明是合适的。
优选的聚酯包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,并且优选的聚烯烃包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚(氯乙烯)及其混合物和共聚物。本申请中使用的术语“共聚物”还包括多于两种单体的聚合物。
例如,聚合物层可以采取聚合物片的形式。
此外,该热保护产品包括金属层,这可以是金属箔或通过气相沉积施加的膜。
在一个实施例中,产品具有以下层结构:
-由热塑性材料制成的聚合物纤维织物层;
-具有通过气相沉积施加的金属膜的聚合物层。
在另一个实施例中,该结构包括:
-由热塑性材料制成的聚合物纤维织物层;
-金属箔;
-具有通过气相沉积施加的金属膜的聚合物层。
在聚合物片材上存在金属的气相沉积膜的结构中,这种气相沉积膜可以存在于一面或两面上。
优选地,所述结构使得由热塑性材料制成的聚合物纤维织物层在聚合物片材的一侧上,并且气相沉积的金属膜在聚合物片材的另一侧上,随后使用接缝将其形成热保护产品。
包括金属层和聚合物层的复合片材(可选地在其一面或两面上金属化)可商购。典型地,这种复合片材的厚度为15-50μm。例如,典型地使用包括7μm铝层、1μm粘合剂层和12μm聚合物层的20μm厚的复合片材。

当然,热保护产品可以具有其他层,例如其他金属或塑料层,或诸如玻璃纤维纤维织物的无机材料层。
典型地通过粘结来实现各个层之间的结合;优选的粘合剂包括丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯和硅氧烷。
此外,热保护产品具有至少一个接缝。接缝具有片材结构呈现三维形状的效果。织物层被焊接到织物层上。优选地,热保护产品在形状上是管状的。
不是如现有技术中的那样,从缝纫材料或孔眼/铆钉制备接缝,在本情况下通过焊接来制备。例如,作为焊接方法适于超声波焊接、高频焊接、热空气焊接或摩擦焊接。这将热塑性材料形成为允许热保护产品的层材料被焊接在一起的形状。
与由孔眼、铆钉或线制成的接缝不同,根据本发明获得的接缝变得基本上不透水和空气。水进入热保护元件会极大地降低隔热效果。而且,由于对流,空气的进入可能是不利的。
通过以下附图进一步说明本发明:
图1显示了一个热保护平放软管。通过将包含聚酯毡1、粘合剂2和具有在其两侧上沉积的铝膜的PET片材3的片材切割成两个网状物,然后在其侧面上提供超声波焊接接缝10来制备。这种热保护平放软管可以连续生产,特别适用于带状电缆的隔绝。
图2显示了一个热保护圆管。
图3示出了所述隔保护圆管的材料结构。聚酯毡1通过粘合剂层2粘合到铝箔4和具有沉积铝膜的PET片3上。材料被成形为软管并且被超声焊接接缝10封闭。这种材料尤其适合于保护冷却水软管。
图4显示了一个热保护袋。
图5示出了所述热保护袋的侧视图。
该袋由图3所述的材料制成,该材料包括聚酯毡、铝箔和具有沉积的铝膜的PET片,它们通过粘合剂相互粘合在一起。这些连接在一起并设有焊接接缝10。

Claims (14)
1.一种具有至少一个接缝的热保护产品,至少包括:
-由热塑性材料支撑的的聚合物纤维织物层;
-聚合物层;
-金属层;
其中所述至少一个接缝通过焊接获得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热保护产品,其特征在于,所述织物层由有机聚合物纤维构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热保护产品,其特征在于,所述焊接是超声波焊接、高频焊接、热空气焊接或摩擦焊接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的热保护产品,其特征在于,所述织物层的聚合物纤维选自聚酯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯腈、聚酰胺、聚磺酰胺及其混合物和共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的热保护产品,其特征在于,所述织物层是织造织物、屈圈法针织物或编结法针织物,结构化织物或者无纺织物,特别是毛毡。
6.根据权利要求1至5中至少一项所述的热保护产品,其中所述聚合物层的材料选自聚烯烃、聚酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)以及它们的混合物和共聚物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的热保护产品,其特征在于,所述聚酯为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,所述聚烯烃为聚乙烯,聚丙烯或聚(氯乙烯)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的热保护产品,其中所述聚合物层是聚合物片材。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的热保护产品,其中,所述金属层是金属箔,或者通过气相沉积来施加。

14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的热保护产品作为机动车辆中的热保护元件的用途。
