例如,存在已知的旨在增加水在土壤中的渗透和更均匀的分布的辅助剂(在美国专利中描述),其对于极其过度干燥的土壤的灌溉是尤其重要的。旨在用于此目的的辅助剂包括选自特定的氧乙基或氧丙基嵌段共聚物的表面活性剂(专利US7541386)或其与选自烷基聚葡萄糖苷的非离子表面活性剂的混合物(专利US6851219),或者烷基聚葡萄糖苷表面活性剂衍生物的阴离子表面活性剂(专利申请US2011/0176872)。还描述了包含选自烷基酚氧基乙基或其混合物的非离子表面活性剂、褐菌酸、聚丙烯酰胺和碳数为1至12的烷醇的多组分混合物(专利US 7976248)。为了降低温室基材的疏水性,还发开出旨在作为用于灌溉水的添加剂的辅助剂配制物(专利US7587857),其中所述配制物包含选自糖醇(多元醇)的表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物。在美国专利申请US2007/0149409中,还描述了农药配制物,其中其允许降低活性物质从土壤的冲刷、增加它们被根茎的摄取,并且在萌芽后的处理中,其还促进喷雾液滴在叶子上的滞留。除了农药活性成分(例如除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀虫剂)之外,这种配制物还包含基于改性纤维素、葡聚糖、淀粉、右旋糖酐、壳聚糖及这些聚合物的衍生物的聚合物或聚合物混合物。在美国专利申请US2014/0256556中,还描述了油-水乳液,其以非常高的体积(80-800加仑/英亩,即,约750-7500l/ha)施用于土壤,以便辅助杀真菌剂达到树根,由此保护其免受疾病。在专利申请US2014/0200139中,描述了选自合成的茁长素(生长调节剂)的除草剂的配制物,其中它们具有将活性物质保持在土壤中的增强的能力,这归因于特定吸附剂(例如,选自硅化合物)的含量和阳离子表面活性剂。在许多国家的农业实践中,使用为了某些施用于土壤的除草剂而保留的辅助剂,其基于壬氧基乙烯化或丙氧基乙烯化烷醇酰胺表面活性剂和任选的其他组分的混合物,并且其维持喷雾液的高pH,由此提供在其中所包含的成分的增加的溶解度并因此防止其在罐壁上的沉积(专利US5906961)。
用于与灌溉(尤其过度干燥的土壤的灌溉)相关的处理以及用于与使用一些农用化学品相关的处理而呈现的辅助剂主要基于表面活性剂或其混合物。为此,它们不能全面地完成对施用于土壤的农用化学品而言的必要需求,例如:土壤表面的均匀覆盖、土壤的深入渗透,而且同时防止它们迅速地向下渗入土壤剖面(soil profile)。目前开发出的辅助剂的此类全面活性的缺失不能确保所用的农用化学品的完全有效,不能保护栽培的植物免于损害(其在施用于土壤的除草剂转移进入敏感的栽培植物的区域中的情况下尤其重要),以及不能限制向下转移到土壤的化学物质污染地下水和环境的可能性。这还适用于目前开发出的辅助剂对防止在pH高于7的喷雾液中的植物防护产品的水解降解并同时保证它们良好地滞留在叶子上且渗入植物细胞的综合影响的缺失(在现有技术中)。
本发明的目的是开发出用于土壤或叶子施用的农用化学品的辅助剂,其以全面的方式对决定这些产品的生物活性的重要因素发挥作用,同时降低它们对栽培的植物和对环境污染的影响。假设开发出的辅助剂还可以任选地与施用于在植物发芽后植物的叶子的农用化学品(喷雾形式)一起使用,促进喷雾液在叶子或害虫上的滞留,并且增强生物活性物质(大叶和小叶化肥、生物刺激物和生长调节剂,以及各种农药——除草剂、杀真菌剂和杀虫剂)向植物细胞或受控疾病和害虫的细胞的吸收。
施用本发明的实质内容的特点在于辅助剂是均质液体浓缩物,其包含两种油的混合物:石蜡油和植物来源的油(油菜籽、大豆、向日葵、亚麻籽以及其他植物油或植物油基于脂肪酸的甲酯、乙酯或丁酯的衍生物),以及具有乳化和湿润特性的表面活性剂的多组分混合物,后一混合物包含:
(a)乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺,
(b)乙氧基化蓖麻油,
(c)C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺,和
(d)聚合物属性的表面活性剂,例如:C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐、C9-11直链和支链乙氧基化醇以及氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
优选地,具有乳化和湿润特性的表面活性剂的混合物可以包括选自以下的表面活性剂:乙氧基化壬基酚;碳链长度为C8-C16的乙氧基化直链和支链醇;乙氧基化脂肪酸;乙氧基化脂肪胺;乙氧基化脂肪酰胺;乙氧基化和/或丙氧基化嵌段共聚物;磷酸酯,以及还包括这些表面活性剂的混合物。
特别优选地,具有乳化和湿润特性的表面活性剂的混合物可以包含磷酸酯。
本发明的辅助剂包含20-90重量%、优选80重量%的石蜡油与植物油或植物油衍生物(脂肪酸的甲酯、乙酯或丁酯)的混合物,以及10-80重量%、优选20重量%的具有乳化和湿润特性的表面活性剂的多组分混合物,所述多组分混合物包括:乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺、乙氧基化蓖麻油、C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺和聚合物属性的表面活性剂,例如C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺、C9-11直链和支链乙氧基化醇以及氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
任选地,具有乳化和湿润特定的表面活性剂的混合物可以包含10-80重量%、优选20重量%的选自乙氧基化壬基酚、碳链长度为C8-C16的乙氧基化直链和支链醇、乙氧基化脂肪酸、乙氧基化脂肪胺、乙氧基化脂肪酰胺、乙氧基化或丙氧基化嵌段共聚物和磷酸酯的表面活性剂,以及这些表面活性剂的混合物。
还优选地,石蜡油的粘度为于40℃的温度下的20-35mm2/s并且其密度为于15℃的温度下的0.75-0.95g/cm3。特别优选地,油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯的粘度为在20℃的温度下的2-6mm2/s并且其密度为0.75-0.95g/cm3。
优选地,向喷雾液以至少0.25%的浓度添加辅助剂,即,例如,每100l添加0.25l的辅助剂。以此浓度添加辅助剂使其pH降低至低于7。
令人惊讶地发现,在辅助剂的组合物中使用两种油的混合物与表面活性剂的多组分混合物可以获得澄清的均质且储存稳定的辅助剂配制物,所述两种油的混合物为石蜡油与植物油或植物油衍生物(脂肪酸的甲酯、乙酯或丁酯),所述表面活性剂的多组分混合物包括乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺、乙氧基化蓖麻油、C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺和聚合物属性的表面活性剂,例如:C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐、C9-11直链和支链乙氧基化醇以及氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐,或任选地,包括选自乙氧基化壬基酚、碳链长度为C8-C16的乙氧基化直链和支链醇、乙氧基化脂肪酸、乙氧基化脂肪胺、乙氧基化脂肪酰胺、乙氧基化或丙氧基化嵌段共聚物和磷酸酯的表面活性剂,以及所述表面活性剂的混合物,所述辅助剂配制物在喷雾液中形成稳定的油-水乳液,其:
(a)均匀地覆盖土壤表面并且深入地渗入其顶层,降低包含在喷雾液中的农用化学品(例如除草剂)的冲刷,并且允许改善它们的生物功效;和/或
(b)均质地覆盖栽培的植物的叶子,改善植物防护产品和生物刺激物(例如螯合形式的微量元素锌的化肥)的性能。
辅助剂的优势在任何土壤和气候条件下变得明显,尤其在极端不利的条件下,在此条件下,使用农用化学品,例如土壤干旱不允许所用的产品达到作用靶标或摄取位点,以及过度的降雨使得所用的农用化学品迅速地向下冲刷到土壤,尤其在具有低的吸收能力的轻质土壤中。本发明的辅助剂的重要优势是其与叶子施用的农用化学品一起使用的可能性,从而酸化喷雾液并防止农药(尤其是杀真菌剂和杀虫剂)在其中喷雾液呈碱性(pH高于7)的条件下的水解降解,促进喷雾液滴在叶子上的滞留并改善生物活性物质向植物细胞的渗透。本发明的辅助剂允许农用化学品在表面上和在土壤剖面中的更均匀的分布,同时防止它们被降水(precipitations)冲刷。这导致所用的农用化学品的增加的功效,尤其在不利的条件下,并且使得它们对于栽培的植物和环境而言更加安全。本发明的辅助剂表现出生物稳定性,即,在至少24个月的储存期间于-10℃至+55℃的温度范围中不存在微生物生长且稳定。当以0.25-2%的浓度添加到喷雾液中时,它们形成持续至少12小时的稳定的油-水乳液。
本发明的辅助剂组合物在实施方案中示出,以及在实际条件下的运行实施例中示出。
实施例I
在装备有机械搅拌器的容器中,放置以下:
1)400g的N-150基础石蜡油,具有在40℃下的27mm2/s的粘度和在15℃下的0.85g/cm3的密度,
2)400g的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯,具有在20℃下的4mm2/s的粘度和0.85g/cm3的密度,
3)50g的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺,
4)50g的乙氧基化蓖麻油,
5)40g的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐,
6)20g的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺,
7)20g的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇,
8)20g的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
整体在20℃的温度混合约10分钟以完成混合物的均质化。获得浅褐色的清澈的均质的组合物,具有0.88g/cm3的密度和在20℃下的12mm2/s的粘度,包含40重量%的石蜡油、40重量%的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯、5重量%的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺、5重量%的乙氧基化蓖麻油、4重量%的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐、2重量%的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺、2重量%的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇和2重量%的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
实施例II
在装备有机械搅拌器的容器中,放置以下:
1)100g的N-150基础石蜡油,具有在40℃下的27mm2/s的粘度和在15℃下的0.85g/cm3的密度,
2)100g的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯,具有在20℃下的4mm2/s的粘度和0.85g/cm3的密度,
3)200g的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺,
4)200g的乙氧基化蓖麻油,
5)160g的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐,
6)80g的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺,
7)80g的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇,
8)80g的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
整体在20℃的温度混合约10分钟以完成混合物的均质化。获得浅褐色的清澈的均质的组合物,具有0.95g/cm3的密度和在20℃下的10mm2/s的粘度,包含10重量%的石蜡油、10重量%的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯、20重量%的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺、20重量%的乙氧基化蓖麻油、16重量%的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐、8重量%的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺、8重量%的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇和8重量%的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
实施例III
在装备有机械搅拌器的容器中,放置以下:
1)450g的N-150基础石蜡油,具有在40℃下的27mm2/s的粘度和在15℃下的0.85g/cm3的密度,
2)450g的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯,具有在20℃下的4mm2/s的粘度和0.85g/cm3的密度,
3)25g的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺,
4)25g的乙氧基化蓖麻油,
5)20g的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐,
6)10g的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺,
7)10g的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇,
8)10g的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
整体在20℃的温度混合约10分钟以完成混合物的均质化。获得浅褐色的清澈的均质的组合物,具有0.89g/cm3的密度和在2.5℃下的14mm2/s的粘度,包含45重量%的石蜡油、45重量%的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯、2.5重量%的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺、2.5重量%的乙氧基化蓖麻油、1重量%的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐、1重量%的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺、2重量%的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇和1重量%的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
实施例IV
在装备有机械搅拌器的容器中,放置以下:
1)350g的N-150基础石蜡油,具有在40℃下的27mm2/s的粘度和在15℃下的0.85g/cm3的密度,
2)350g的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯,具有在20℃下的4mm2/s的粘度和0.85g/cm3的密度,
3)150g的磷酸酯,
4)50g的乙氧基化蓖麻油,
5)40g的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐,
6)20g的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺,
7)20g的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇,
8)20g的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
整体在20℃的温度混合约10分钟以完成混合物的均质化。获得浅褐色的清澈的均质的组合物,具有0.87g/cm3的密度和在20℃的15mm2/s的粘度,包含35重量%的石蜡油、35重量%的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯、15重量%的磷酸酯、5重量%的乙氧基化蓖麻油、4重量%的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐、2重量%的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺、2重量%的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇和2重量%的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
实施例V
根据实施例I制备的辅助剂对在冬油菜中以全剂量和降低的剂量使用的除草剂混合物Butisan 400 SC(暂时为吡唑草胺)和Command480 EC(暂时为广灭灵)的除草功效的影响(在处理后8周,2014年的实地测试——Laskowice的实验站——Pulawy,Wroclaw Branch的IUNG-PIB)。

实施例VI
在处理后2小时和20小时使用模拟降雨(15l/m2)的影响下,根据实施例I制备的辅助剂对除草剂Butisan 400 SC(暂时为吡唑草胺)的移动的影响(在Pulawy,WroclawBranch的IUNG-PIB测试,2014年)。

结论:剂量为0.5 1/ha的根据本发明的实施例I制备的辅助剂组合物显著地促进对15 1/m2的量的模拟降雨将除草剂Butisan 400 SC向下冲刷和转移到土壤的抑制。
实施例VI
根据实施例I制备的辅助剂组合物对在多种生物刺激物的存在下冬油菜的栽培中(当其用于叶子施用时)的根茎质量和植物质量的增加的影响。通过使用冬油菜、使用Laskowice型土壤(pH=4.6,有机质=0.78)进行该实施方案的测试。每一实验体系重复三次。
在第一测试组中,使用螯合形式的微量元素锌的化肥(产品名:Patron,制造商:"AGROMIX"生产和销售公司)。Patron化肥通过根茎质量的增加而改善植物的根茎发育,因此优选地影响油菜、谷物、玉米和豆科植物的生长和产量。这种化肥包含:7.5重量%的铵形式的氮(N)(即,90g的N-NH2/l);8.0重量%的可溶解在水中的锌(Zn)(即,96g的Zn/l),其密度为1.19-1.21kg/l并且pH为6-7。
以下表格显示通过使用与推荐剂量相比较低剂量的Patron生物刺激物,使用根据实施例I制备的辅助剂对增加根茎质量和冬油菜质量的影响。
结论:以降低25%的剂量使用的Patron生物刺激物和以0.5l/ha的剂量使用的根据本发明的实施例I制备的辅助剂组合物与在使用推荐剂量而不使用辅助剂之后获得的水平相比,促进根茎质量和油菜总质量的增加。
此外,根据上述方案对其他生物刺激物进行另外的测试,所述其他生物刺激物包括含有海藻提取物的那些(产品名:Kelpak;制造商:OMEX)和含有海藻提取物和AOC的那些(产品名:Denamix Cresco,制造商:CHEMIROL)。对于其他生物刺激物,剂量为0.5l/ha的根据实施例I制备的辅助剂的添加在使用较低剂量的前述生物刺激物的情况下显著地促进根茎质量和植物质量的增加。
实施例VII
根据实施例IV制备的辅助剂组合物对用于制备农用化学品的喷雾液的水的pH的影响。
结论:向喷雾液添加的根据实施例IV制备的辅助剂组合物影响其逐渐酸化并且pH随着辅助剂剂量从0.25l/100l水增加至1.0l/100l水而降低,这产生防止许多农药(尤其是杀真菌剂和杀虫剂)的水解降解的环境。
Claims (2)
1.用于土壤或叶子施用的农用化学品的辅助剂,其包含:
40重量%的石蜡油与40重量%的油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯的混合物,所述石蜡油具有于40℃下的27mm2/s的粘度和于15℃下的0.85g/cm3的密度,所述油菜籽油的脂肪酸的甲酯具有于20℃下的4mm2/s的粘度和0.85g/cm3的密度,以及
20重量%的乳化-湿润组分,其特征在于所述乳化-湿润组分是具有乳化和湿润特性的表面活性剂的多组分混合物,所述多组分混合物包含:
a)5重量%的乙氧基化椰油基烷基二甲胺,
b)5重量%的乙氧基化蓖麻油,
c)2重量%的C16-18乙氧基化烷基胺,
d)4重量%的C12-14聚乙氧基化醇的磷酸二乙醇胺盐,
e)2重量%的C9-11直链乙氧基化醇,以及
f)2重量%的氧乙基化壬基酚的琥珀酸单酯的钠盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助剂,其特征在于,其以0.25%-2%的浓度添加到喷雾液。
