Abstract

本发明公开了一种“草大帅”除草剂,其各组份混合时的配比为异丙隆1-95%,苄磺隆0.1-20%,885为1-20%,净洗剂1-10%,分散剂1-10%,其余为填料。本发明的“草大帅”除草剂具有明显扩谱增效的作用,由于用药量减少而改善了环境和水稻的安全度,有利于降低成本,提高粮食作物产量,符合我国国情。

Description

除草剂
本发明涉及一种除草剂,尤其是一种由主辅成份混合而成的稻田除草剂,属于农药技术领域。
目前我国在用的稻田除草剂主要是乙草胺、丙草胺、丁草胺,及其复合剂。这类除草剂虽能杀除稻田中稗草之类的多数杂草,但不能有效杀除千金子等部分杂草,并时有伤苗现象,因而不适应轻型栽培稻田的除草。随着农业科技的发展,稻田的耕作方式变得复杂多样。例如,在水稻移栽基础上出现了抛秧、直播等各种耕作方式。这种耕作方式的多样化引起了稻田杂草的多样化,从而要求稻田除草剂既要防除大多数常见杂草,同时又要求除草剂对水稻、尤其是抛秧、直播等耕作方式的幼嫩水稻无伤害。据本申请人了解,至今仍未有人研究出适应我国稻田耕作方式变化的理想除草剂。
本发明目的在于:针对我国稻田耕作方式变化产生的新需求,提出一种杀草谱广、对水稻基本无害、适应性更好的除草剂——“草大帅”除草剂。
经过本发明人对各种现有除草剂进行分析,并反复将有可能产生新效果的成份加入异丙隆除草剂后观察实验效果,终于形成了以下本发明的技术方案:配制“草大帅”除草剂时,可行的配比为:
异丙隆    1-95%
苄磺隆    0.1-20%
885       1-20%
净洗剂    1-10%
分散剂    1-10%
其余为填料。其中异丙隆的化学结构式为

以往用于旱田除草,为一种旱田除草剂,以往从未有人将其应用于水田,实验发现,将异丙隆由旱田改水田用,其杀草活力成倍猛增,在杀草效果基本相同的情况下,其使用量仅为旱田的32%以下,因此安全性提高明显;而与化学结构式为

的苄磺隆混合后,扩谱作用明显,杀草范围显著扩大,并且大大提高了各自单独使用的活性,在直播田、小苗田使用时更是如此。885的化学结构式为

用以增加润滑作用,净洗剂的作用是提高除草剂的润湿和悬浮率,分散剂可以使各种组份得以充分混合。
总之,本发明的“草大帅”除草剂具有明显扩谱增效的作用,由于用药量减少而改善了环境和水稻的安全度,有利于降低成本,提高粮食作物产量,符合我国国情。
进一步实验后发现,“草大帅”除草剂较好的配比为:
异丙隆    20-80%
苄磺隆    0.2-10%
885       3-10%
净洗剂    2-10%
分散剂    3-10%
其余为填料。
理想的配比为:
异丙隆    50-70%
苄磺隆    1-5%
885       5-8%
净洗剂    5-8%
分散剂    5-6%
其余为填料。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例中的净洗剂为L5(化学结构式为 NNO,各组份的配比为:
异丙隆       60%
苄磺隆       2.5%
885          4%
净洗剂(L5)   4%
分散剂(NNO)  3%
其余为填料。
以下是农业部农药检定所,江苏、安徽、浙江、上海植保站站长等专家进行现场药效考察,并由海宁市植保站在试验田所作药效对比试验报告:
播种时间99年6月2日,施药时间99年6月4日,调查时间99年6月24日(62.5%草大帅即本实施例配比的“草大帅”除草剂,草杀特是具有代表性的丙草胺类除草剂)

从以上报告可以看出,本发明的“草大帅”除草剂对各种杂草的防效均超过90%,尤其是对禾草、阔叶草的防效明显超过草杀特,并且其用药量只有草杀特的60%,因此对秧苗基本无害,成本仅为草杀特的50%左右。考察专家一致认为:“草大帅”除草剂药效好、使用安全,具有独创性,是一种适应现代化耕作的理想除草剂,应当进一步扩大应用。
除上述权威机构的考察、报告之外,实践已经证明,采用本实施例的“草大帅”除草剂后,可以不再使用乙草胺、丙草胺、丁草胺等危害性较大的除草剂,从而真正实现了安全除草,其杀草效果却明显优于乙草胺、丙草胺、丁草胺及其复合剂,其应用范围除稻田、直播田之外,还包括抛秧田、小苗田等。无论南方还是北方,无论毒土毒肥使用、还是喷雾使用,均能到达理想的效果,其适应性在除草剂中实属罕见。

Claims (5)

1.一种除草剂,其各组份混合时的配比为异丙隆1-95%,苄磺隆0.1-20%,885为1-20%,净洗剂1-10%,分散剂1-10%,其余为填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂,其特征在于各组份混合时的配比为异丙隆20-80%,苄磺隆0.2-10%,885为3-10%,净洗剂2-10%,分散剂3-10%,其余为填料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂,其特征在于各组份混合时的配比为异丙隆50-70%,苄磺隆1-5%,885为5-8%,净洗剂5-8%,分散剂5-6%,其余为填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂,其特征在于所述净洗剂为L5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂,其特征在于所述分散剂采用NNO。
