本发明涉及染料技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能环保型染料组合物。
背景技术
染色是皮革生产中必不可少的一个环节,目前使用的皮革染料大多以石油化工产品经多种化学反应制备而成。项目针对传统皮革染料不环保的问题,通过分析皮革染料的基本特性,采用从皮革染料原料改进、成品工艺改进的方法,研究出符合产品要求的绿色环保型皮革染料,并形成相应的专利技术,所开发出的皮革染料具有很好的染色效果,能够较好地提高皮具制品的产品质量,染色是皮革生产中必不可少的一个环节,它可以赋予皮革产品良好的色泽,美丽的外观,满足消费者对皮革产品的不同需求,赋予皮革产品时尚气息,提高皮革产品的附加值。目前大量使用的皮革染料大多数是以石油化工产品为原料,经多种化学反应制备而成的合成染料。合成染料色泽鲜艳,染色稳定,但是在生产过程中会产生多种有害物质,既会在生产过程中污染环境,还会在染料产品中残留致癌物质,对人体造成伤害,因此,开发一种绿色环保的皮革染料势在必行。
