本发明一一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂,其特征在于,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:乙烯基甲氧基硅烷38~52份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷32~45份、乙烯基环氧硅烷28~35份、聚硅酸锂12~25份、聚硅酸钠8~12份、二氧化钛颗粒1~11份、甲苯2~12份、甲基异丁基酮1~5份。本发明所得的添加剂具有极高的防腐性能,且制备配方简单。

本发明涉及一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂。
背景技术
随着现代工业的迅速发展,人们对于型材的要求也越来越高。目前,一般型材都没有做很好的防腐措施,其防腐效果往往不佳,难以满足现代人对于新型建材的要求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂,其特征在于,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:乙烯基甲氧基硅烷38~52份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷32~45份、乙烯基环氧硅烷28~35份、聚硅酸锂12~25份、聚硅酸钠8~12份、二氧化钛颗粒1~11份、甲苯2~12份、甲基异丁基酮1~5份。
上述一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂,其特征在于,二氧化钛颗粒的粒径为40-80微米。
本发明所得的添加剂具有极高的防腐性能,且制备配方简单。

一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂,其特征在于,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:乙烯基甲氧基硅烷52份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷45份、乙烯基环氧硅烷35份、聚硅酸锂25份、聚硅酸钠12份、二氧化钛颗粒11份、甲苯12份、甲基异丁基酮5份。
二氧化钛颗粒的粒径为80微米。
实施例2
一种建筑涂料专用防腐添加剂,其特征在于,其组成成分按质量份数计如下:乙烯基甲氧基硅烷38份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷32份、乙烯基环氧硅烷28份、聚硅酸锂12份、聚硅酸钠8份、二氧化钛颗粒1份、甲苯2份、甲基异丁基酮1份。
二氧化钛颗粒的粒径为40微米。
