本发明涉及一种变压器铁芯防锈液,包括以质量份数计的以下成分:有机硅油40‑80份、三乙醇胺15‑30份、纳米氧化锌3‑6份、碳酸钙10‑12份、磷酸二氢铵3‑5份、氯化镁1‑2份、柠檬酸1‑2.5份、甘油三酯5‑10份、壳聚糖2‑3份。本发明的防锈液用于变压器铁芯防锈的场合,防锈性能好,且能在变压器的铁芯上形成保护层,防止铁芯由于绝缘老化损坏。

背景技术
现实中常出现变压器铁芯绝缘老化损坏,铁芯绝缘老化或夹紧螺栓套管损坏,会使铁芯产生很大的涡流,引起铁芯长期发热造成绝缘老化。

为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种能够防止铁芯绝缘老化的方法,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种变压器铁芯防锈液,包括以质量份数计的以下成分:有机硅油40-80份、三乙醇胺15-30份、纳米氧化锌3-6份、碳酸钙10-12份、磷酸二氢铵3-5份、氯化镁1-2份、柠檬酸1-2.5份、甘油三酯5-10份、壳聚糖2-3份。
进一步的,所述有机硅油为50-60份。
进一步的,还可以加入适量的纳米二氧化硅。
进一步的,所述纳米二氧化硅添加3-5份。
进一步的,包括以质量份数计的以下成分:有机硅油60份、三乙醇胺20份、纳米氧化锌5份、碳酸钙11份、磷酸二氢铵4份、氯化镁1份、柠檬酸2份、甘油三酯6份、壳聚糖3份。
本发明的有益效果在于:用于变压器铁芯防锈的场合,防锈性能好,且能在变压器的铁芯上形成保护层,防止铁芯由于绝缘老化损坏。
