本发明公开了一种新型的塑料扎带，目的在于解决扎带头部主齿承重易断，长期使用易断的问题，且扎带易于解开，可以多次使用。扎带头1的带头插口4的出口端有带头全周卡齿2，带头全周卡齿的边角开切形成带头全周卡齿间隙3，带尾7穿过带头插口4捆扎物体，扎带带体5表面有凸起的带体全周卡齿6，捆扎物体后带体全周卡齿6的大端卡住带头全周卡齿2的端面，阻止卡带松开。带头全周卡齿间隙3中插入硬物胀开卡齿，松开扎带，方便扎带的重复使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种扎带，尤其涉及一种线束、管路捆扎用塑料扎带。
背景技术
扎带是一种用于将物品快速捆绑的装置，其具有捆扎快速、自锁紧固、使用方便、成本低廉的特点，广泛应用于各种产品内外部线束、管路的捆扎，整理，以及线束、管路与其他物品的连接和固定。
常见的扎带普遍只在带体的一面和带头具有一对卡齿，或者是在带体两侧和带头具有相互作用的两对卡齿，在捆扎后有较大的张力时，或者在长时间捆扎后，容易造成带头内卡齿的断裂和脱落，使扎带失效。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种新型的安全扎带，有效的解决扎带头部主齿承重易断，长期使用易断问题，使扎带结实耐用，且扎带易于解开，可以多次使用。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案在于：提供一种带体全周都具有卡齿的扎带，扎带头也全周具有卡齿与带体卡齿相吻合。
所述带体全周卡齿相互连接成一个整体，以加强带体强度和承重能力。
所述带头全周卡齿在带头插口出口端，出口端的带头壁体即为卡齿，各边卡齿相互断开，在带体卡齿的挤压下，向外产生塑料的弹性形变，以方便带体卡齿通过插口。
本发明具有的有益效果在于：通过在带体和带头插口出口端全周设置卡齿，大大增加了卡齿的有效作用长度和结合面积，使扎带能承受更大的捆扎力量，更经久耐用，即使带头某一侧或两侧卡齿断裂失效，扎带依然能正常发挥作用，且在扎带带头内不再另设卡齿，扎带头结构更加简洁有效。
本发明具有的有益效果在于：通过带头卡齿间间隙撬开卡齿可解开扎带使扎带可以多次使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图2所示，本发明使用时，将带尾绕过被捆扎物从带头插口插入，形成封闭圆环，拉伸带尾收紧圆环，带体全周卡齿小端挤开带头插口出口端角部开切的带头全周卡齿，依次通过插口，物体被扎紧，放开带尾，带头全周卡齿顶住带体卡齿的大端，阻止卡带松开，捆扎完成。
如图2所示，所述扎带带头全周卡齿位于扎带插口出口端，出口端插口边角开切形成带头全周卡齿间隙3，在带头全周卡齿间隙3中插入硬物，可以张开卡齿，方便解开扎带，使扎带满足多次使用的需要。
如图3所示，图3为扎带的剖切图，所述扎带插口，入口端插口大，出口端插口小，既方便扎带的进入，也形成和带体卡齿大小端形态的吻合。
所述扎带，带体全周卡齿带头侧大，带尾侧小，均突出带体表面，在带体表面间隔排列。
需要理解的是，本发明包括但不局限于上述的一种结构形式，带体、带头的横断面形状不局限于扁平方体形态。其他人员从上述结构出发，未经创造性劳动而获得的其他实施实例，均在本发明保护范围内。

1.一种塑料扎带，在扎带头的插口端部和带体上具有相互吻合的全周卡齿，相互卡合，阻止扎带松开。
2.根据权利1所述的塑料扎带，其特征在于所述扎带头的插口，入口端大，出口端小，带头卡齿设置在小端，全周设置若干裂口。
3.根据权利1所述的塑料扎带，其特征在于所述扎带带体卡齿，凸出带体表面，卡齿端面在带头侧大，带尾侧小。
