A first return spring 55 is arranged at the joint of the shift lever 5 and the cam 52, the shift lever 5 in a disengaged state can rotate and reach an initial position by the elastic force of the first return spring 55, one end of the first return spring 55 is connected with the moving frame 14, the other end of the first return spring 55 is connected with the shift lever 5, and when the shift lever 5 swings downwards under the gravity, the first return spring 55 can accelerate the shift lever 5 to fall back, so that the shift lever 5 is ensured to return to the initial position as soon as possible, and the initial position is usually higher than a natural drooping position.

In this embodiment, the moving frame 13 and the moving frame body 14 are mounted on the same set of moving device and reciprocate along the track above the frame 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device is composed of various mechanisms, and a moving frame is provided with a power and transmission device and can reciprocate above a vehicle to be cleaned along a track; the control module 11 is composed of a PLC, an infrared measuring sensor, an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor and the like, can measure profile parameters such as the height of each part of an automobile body, the position of a side plate, the position of a tire, the position of a head and a tail of the automobile and the like, and controls the opening and closing of necessary components such as a pump, a pipe, a valve and the like; the hub cleaning spray heads 30 and the prewashing spray heads 31 are arranged on two side surfaces close to a vehicle inlet in a car washing room, the number of the hub cleaning spray heads 30 is two groups and is arranged oppositely, the number of the prewashing spray heads 31 is also two groups and slightly deviates to the vehicle inlet, the prewashing spray heads 31 are connected with a prewashing agent storage tank and a clear water source, a cleaning spray head 32, a high-temperature water vapor spray head 33, a reclaimed water spray head 34 and a cleaning spray head 35 are arranged on the movable frame 13 and move along with the movable frame, the cleaning spray head 32 is connected with a storage tank and a clear water source of a cleaning agent, the hub cleaning spray heads 30, the prewashing spray heads 31, the cleaning spray heads 32, a windshield cleaning spray head and a liquid supply pipeline of the cleaning spray head for cleaning the front part of a car are provided with heating devices, a high-temperature water vapor generator 331 is internally provided with a, the reclaimed water spray head 34 and the chassis cleaning spray head 36 are respectively connected with a water storage tank of the sewage treatment system 5 through pipelines, the cleaning water spray head 35 is communicated with a clear water source through a pipeline, and the wax spray head 37 is connected with a wax storage tank and a clear water source. The reclaimed water and the clean water are pumped by a centrifugal pump or a high-pressure plunger pump to supply water. For chemical washing agent nozzles such as a prewashing nozzle and a cleaning nozzle, if the chemical washing agent nozzles are simultaneously communicated with an air source and a cleaning liquid source, gas-containing liquid such as foam liquid can be sprayed, so that the chemical washing agent nozzles are attractive in appearance and beneficial to heat preservation of the washing agent. For cleaning water nozzles, the air is vented when the pump on the pipeline is closed, so that the pipeline and the nozzles can be evacuated for a short time, and a pipeline shared by multiple cleaning liquid sources is realized. In cold winter, all the nozzles are independently communicated with the air source and can be emptied of the pipelines and the nozzles so as to avoid freezing in winter.
The sewage treatment device 12 is used for simply filtering, separating oil, precipitating, centrifugally removing sand and the like on sewage generated in the previous car washing process, and treated reclaimed water is injected into the water storage tank, is pumped by a centrifugal pump, and is conveyed and supplied to a reclaimed water spray head 34 and a chassis cleaning spray head 36 through water pipes. The water storage tank is also communicated with a clear water source, and when the reclaimed water generated by the sewage is insufficient for supplying a reclaimed water spray head 34 and the like, the liquid level is too low, and a pipeline is automatically opened to introduce clear water.
The corresponding car washing process is as follows:
the automobile to be cleaned is driven into the frame in the forward direction. In the moving process of the automobile during driving, the infrared sensors of the control module 11 measure the positions of the automobile head and the automobile wheels, the wheel hub cleaning nozzles 30 are controlled to be aligned with the wheel hubs from the two sides of the automobile to spray wheel hub cleaning agents, the prewashing nozzles 31 are then aligned with the middle lower part of the automobile to spray silt loosening agents, so that the thicker silt at the lower part of the automobile body becomes soft, and the absorption and reaction of the subsequently sprayed cleaning agents are facilitated.
Meanwhile, the chassis atomizing nozzle sprays atomized water to the bottom of the vehicle. The purpose is to properly cool the chassis and parts above the chassis, and reduce the risk of vehicle damage caused by temperature sharp drop caused by subsequent chassis flushing and cleaning.
After the vehicle is stopped stably, the automobile windshield sprayer fixed at the front upper part of the vehicle sprays glass cleaning agents to the windshield, and the cleaning sprayer for cleaning the front part of the automobile sprays front face cleaning agents to the head of the vehicle.
At the same time, the moving frame 13 is moved over the parked car, and the cleaning spray head 32 sprays the multifunctional cleaner to the entire car body.
The hub cleaning agent, the silt loosening agent, the glass cleaning agent, the multifunctional cleaning agent and the front face cleaning agent sprayed in the steps are subjected to heating treatment to accelerate the processes of permeation, absorption, emulsification and the like, so that the chemical agents are more fully reacted, and the waste and the meaningless consumption are reduced.
Next, the ultrasonic ranging sensor of the control module 11 measures the body contour data of the vehicle to be washed to obtain the height of the vehicle body at each position, the position of the side of the vehicle body, and the like. Therefore, in the subsequent steps, the high-temperature water vapor spray nozzle 33, the reclaimed water spray nozzle 34 and the cleaning water spray nozzle 35 can keep proper distances from the outer surface of the vehicle body as required, and a good liquid spraying effect is realized.
The high temperature water vapor can reach over 150 deg.c and may be used as effective heat source. The high-temperature water vapor is generally a gas-liquid mixture, the liquid drops of the high-temperature water vapor are in a fine-grained fog shape, the heat transfer effect is good, the temperature of the surface of the automobile can be quickly raised, and the concentration of the detergent covered on the automobile body cannot be greatly diluted. Meanwhile, the problems of high turbidity of the active agent, high specific energy consumption and the like which are faced by directly heating the detergent to the high temperature of more than 50 ℃ are solved. Generally, the data measured in the previous step is relied on in this step, and the control module 11 ensures that the high-temperature water vapor spray nozzle 33 is kept as close as possible to the vehicle body, so as to reduce heat loss and improve the operation effect.
The vehicle body is washed with the reclaimed water supplied from the sewage treatment device 12. The function of the device is that the vehicle can be washed by the large-flow reuse water, so that the use amount of the subsequent clear water is greatly reduced. Secondly, if large-flow and low-pressure water is adopted in the step, most of gravel hard dirt on the vehicle body can be removed, so that the subsequent clear water washing is suitable for adopting higher washing force, and the problem of vehicle paint scraping caused by the fact that the hard dirt slides on the surface of the vehicle body along with high-speed water flow can not be caused.
When the vehicle body is washed, water is sprayed to the chassis of the vehicle body to clean dirt such as mud, dust and the like attached to the bottom of the vehicle. The reclaimed water obtained after the sewage recycling treatment is also used in the process.
Then, the whole vehicle is washed with clean water. If the design goal is to completely remove the dirt on the vehicle body, the step is mainly a rinsing function, and low-pressure water is used for taking away the residual reclaimed water stain on the vehicle body. If the design aim is to remove the granular dirt on the surface of the vehicle body, the step is washed by high-pressure water, and the dirt is damaged, peeled and washed away by the impact force of the step, so that a more thorough decontamination effect is realized.
After the above steps are finished, the decontamination work in the cleaning stage is finished.
According to the automobile maintenance requirement, wax water is sprayed to the automobile body through the wax water spray nozzle 37, so that the paint of the automobile body is protected, the surface brightness is improved, and the anti-static and anti-fouling effects of the automobile body are enhanced. Then, the water removing part dries the vehicle body, the deflector rod 5 of the water removing part drives the wiping cloth 93 to swing back and forth, and the sleeve 914 reciprocates to drive the wiping cloth 93 to swing left and right, so that the vehicle body is wiped and water is removed.
Finally, the driver drives the vehicle away from the water removing area, strong wind is blown out by the floor type fan 8 in the driving away process, residual water at the lower part of the vehicle body is blown away, and the vehicle wiping cloth strip 82 on the air outlet 81 is also guided to the vehicle body 4 along with air flow to wipe the middle-lower part of the side surface of the vehicle body. Therefore, the whole car washing operation flow is completed.
The basic cleaning mode of the non-contact computer car washer selected by the embodiment is as follows: the automobile to be washed automatically enters the automobile washing area and then stops, in the process, a targeted chemical detergent is sprayed on each part of the automobile body, then the outline and the direction of the automobile body are measured by the control module, the movement of the movable frame and the opening and closing of the water pump and the electromagnetic valve are controlled, the operations of spraying the detergent on the surface of the automobile body, removing dirt of the automobile body by using high-pressure water washing, spraying bright water wax after the washing is finished, and the like are realized, and finally, the automobile is driven away from the automobile washing area of the automobile washer by a driver. In the cleaning and decontamination process of the vehicle, the machine automatically detects the liquid spraying, the water spraying and the water removal.
The present invention is a technical improvement to equipment with automated cleaning capabilities. Various options are available for the technical implementation of automation of the cleaning process, which can be performed by a person skilled in the art and are not described in detail here. Without affecting the spirit of the invention, the following changes are within the scope of the invention:
1) except for the situation that the reclaimed water and the clean water of the embodiment respectively adopt a centrifugal pump and a plunger pump, the purpose of water supply can be achieved by using the same pump through reasonable model selection and pipeline design;
2) through reasonable nozzle type selection, fluid parameter selection and pipeline switching design, different nozzles such as a high-temperature water vapor nozzle 33, a reclaimed water nozzle 34, a cleaning water nozzle 35 and the like and pipelines thereof can be shared, so that the arrangement mode of the nozzles and the pipelines is simplified;
3) the high temperature steam generator 331 may be based on various principles and structures, and the high temperature steam sprayed by the high temperature steam generator may be mist water droplets, or a gas-liquid mixture of the mist water droplets and the high temperature steam, such as: the liquid can be mist drops of hot water with the temperature below 100 ℃, or can be a mixture of saturated steam and hot water with the temperature far exceeding 100 ℃;
4) the invention can be used on the movable frame 13 which can move back and forth along the frame 1 in the embodiment, and can also be widely applied to floor type gantry car washing machines and other types of car washing machines which directly run on the ground by the movable frame 13;
5) in the preferred embodiment, the device for cleaning and decontaminating and the water removing device are both mounted on a frame. If the movable frame 13 and the movable frame body 14 are separated to perform various functions, the essence of the invention is not departed.
Compared with the conventional cleaning steps: 1) the invention establishes a systematic spray head system based on the difference of physicochemical characteristics of dirt on different parts of the vehicle body, applies different chemical detergents in a targeted manner, is more scientific and reasonable, and reduces the blindness of detergent use; 2) the detergent can be heated, so that the decontamination effect of the detergent is greatly improved; 3) the decontamination effect of the detergent is further improved after the surface sprayed with the detergent is heated by adopting high-temperature water vapor as a heat source; 4) the chassis and the vehicle body use reclaimed water, so that the clear water consumption is reduced; 5) each spray head can be communicated with an air source, can spray a foam liquid to strengthen the heat preservation effect, can also perform switching between different cleaning liquids through a short-time emptying pipeline, realizes pipeline sharing, can also avoid liquid in the pipeline from freezing through the emptying pipeline in winter, and greatly improves the pipeline function and the low-temperature reliability. Therefore, the invention is based on the engineering practice of vehicle surface cleaning, adopts reasonable structural design, enables all parts of the vehicle body to spray targeted detergent, accelerates dissolution and strengthening absorption by means of steam heating and the like, and reasonably utilizes reclaimed water, thereby not only improving the vehicle cleaning effect, but also effectively reducing the consumption and discharge of the detergent, greatly saving the use amount of clean water, achieving multiple purposes of synergy, environmental protection and water saving, and being convenient for realizing the whole-process automation.
