Ethylene is a plant hormone, and can be slowly accumulated and released in the development of fruit and vegetable horticultural plants, and when the released ethylene reaches a certain amount around the fruits and vegetables, the ripening and the decay of the fruits and vegetables can be accelerated, and the commodity value of the fruits and vegetables is reduced. In the storage environment of fruits and vegetables, ethylene can also change the action of carbon dioxide on the fruits and vegetables to cause metabolic disorder of the fruits and vegetables. Therefore, the traditional corrugated board cannot effectively reduce the ethylene concentration around the fruits and vegetables, so that the ethylene concentration is gradually increased, the rotting speed of the fruits and vegetables is increased, the fresh-keeping effect is influenced, and the fresh-keeping time is shortened. And because the potassium permanganate is accommodated in the hollow porous polymer microspheres, the specific surface area is higher, when the ethylene contacts the fresh-keeping coating, the potassium permanganate can fully react with the potassium permanganate by passing through a large number of microspheres, the reaction efficiency and the raw material utilization rate are improved, and the ethylene can be removed more efficiently, so that the ethylene concentration is maintained at a very low level, and the respiration of fruits and vegetables is not influenced, thereby improving the preservation effect and prolonging the preservation time.
Secondly, methylcyclopropene, chromic oxide, activated carbon and montmorillonite are added into the adsorbent, and the fresh-keeping effect is further improved by optimizing the proportion of each component. Methyl cyclopropene can compete with ethylene for ethylene receptor to inhibit the synthesis and physiological action of ethylene, chromium sesquioxide is added to promote the oxidative decomposition of ethylene, activated carbon has excellent physical adsorption performance, montmorillonite has unique one-dimensional layered nano structure, and is a soil-like mineral formed by stacking nano-thickness silicate sheets with negative surface charges and relying on the electrostatic action between layers, and a unit cell in the crystal structure is formed by sandwiching a layer of aluminum oxygen octahedron between two layers of silicon oxygen tetrahedron, and has strong adsorption capacity and good dispersion performance. The components are cooperated and matched under a specific proportion, so that the concentration of ethylene can be further kept at a lower level, and the preservation time is prolonged.

Weighing the following components in percentage by mass to obtain the adsorbent: 50% of methyl cyclopropene, 40% of chromium sesquioxide, 8% of activated carbon and 2% of montmorillonite. And mixing an adsorbent with water to obtain slurry, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the adsorbent is 0.5%, coating the slurry on one surface of the corrugated medium paper, which is far away from the mildew-proof coating, slowly drying the corrugated medium paper in an environment at 20 ℃ for 5 hours, and drying the corrugated medium paper in an oven at 60 ℃ for 2 hours to form the fresh-keeping coating. And finally, sequentially laminating and fixing the corrugated liner paper, the corrugated medium paper and the corrugated surface paper to obtain the corrugated board, wherein the thickness of the mildew-proof coating is 3 micrometers, and the thickness of the fresh-keeping coating is 3 micrometers.
The peaches with uniform size, no plant diseases and insect pests, no mechanical damage and similar maturity are selected and purchased in the market, 10 peaches are respectively packaged by the corrugated boards prepared in the examples 1 to 4 and the comparative examples 1 to 3, and the peaches are stored at room temperature. After 7 days, the average value of the hardnesses of the peaches of each example and comparative example was measured using a GY-B type fruit hardness tester. The average rotting rate of the peaches in each example and comparative example was measured after 12 days of storage, and the rotting rate was classified into 0-5 grade, 0 grade being no rotting, 1 grade being 20% or less, 2 grade being 20-40%, 3 grade being 40-60%, 4 grade being 60-80%, and 5 grade being 80-100% according to the mass percentage of rotted parts of the peaches. In addition, the ethylene concentration in the storage environment of each example and comparative example after 12 days of storage, and the weight loss ratio of peaches of each example and comparative example were measured.
Hardness is one of the important indicators for the storage stability and quality of peach fruits, and the size of the peach fruit can basically represent the edibility of the fruits, and generally speaking, high hardness is beneficial to storage. The acid content is closely related to the flavor of the fruit and is an important index influencing the flavor quality of the fruit. The detection results are shown in table 1, and it can be seen that compared with comparative examples 1 to 3, peaches packed by the mildewproof fresh-keeping corrugated cardboard of examples 1 to 4 have higher hardness after 7 days, the rotting rate after 12 days is very low, the ethylene concentration in the storage environment is obviously lower, the weight loss rate is lower, the moisture loss is less, and the effect of example 1 is the best. The mildew-proof coating of the mildew-proof fresh-keeping corrugated board can inhibit the growth of mildew in a package, the mildew is not easy to generate under the condition that fruits and vegetables are not pretreated, ethylene can be removed more efficiently by the fresh-keeping coating, and the respiration of the fruits and vegetables is not influenced, so that the preservation effect is improved, and the preservation duration is prolonged.
