Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fruit, vegetable and flower preservation, in particular to a fruit, vegetable and flower preservation card with a preservation function.
Background
According to the data of the Ministry of agriculture, the fruit and vegetable yield of China ranks first in the world at present, the fruit yield is nearly 27375 ten thousand tons in 2015, and the vegetable yield is 76918 ten thousand tons. However, 25-30% of fruits and vegetables are rotten and discarded every year in China, and billions of yuan is lost. Among them, the most important reason for the decay and loss of fruits and vegetables is improper preservation. Therefore, preservation becomes an important link in the fruit industry chain. The main fresh-keeping methods include physical methods such as refrigeration storage, air conditioning and the like and other chemical methods. The construction cost of a cold storage, a gas-conditioned cold storage and the like is high, the technical requirement is high, common farmers cannot bear the construction cost, and the common chemical method has the problems of safety and residue. The farmer urgently needs a fresh-keeping method which is low in cost, convenient to use, obvious in effect, safe and environment-friendly. In addition, according to the current situation of storage and transportation, the conventional packages adopted by fruit growers and intermediaries are cartons, foam boxes or iced foam boxes, so that the fresh-keeping effect is poor or the fresh-keeping cannot be realized, and no commercial fresh-keeping package exists in the market at present.
The harvested fruits and vegetables are still a living organism and need to continuously breathe, absorb oxygen, release carbon dioxide and release heat, so that the product has resistance to adverse environments and pathogenic microorganisms. These are closely related to the freshness of fruits and vegetables, and influence and restrict the storage life of fruits and vegetables. Factors influencing the metabolic activity and the storage effect of the fruits and vegetables mainly comprise two types of external factors and the factors of the fruits and vegetables, and the external factors mainly comprise temperature, gas components and humidity. The low temperature can inhibit respiration and other metabolic processes of fruits and vegetables, thereby delaying aging. On the premise of no cold damage, the storage period is prolonged by adopting the lowest temperature possible; the gas components also have important influence on the fresh keeping of the fruits and vegetables, the gas components in the surrounding environment are changed, for example, the oxygen content is reduced, the metabolism speed can be slowed down by increasing the carbon dioxide content, and the storage time of the fruits and vegetables can be prolonged; the harvested fruits and vegetables can cause the changes of structures, textures and surfaces due to the termination of the process of absorbing the moisture of the roots of the plants, so that certain humidity is kept, and the reduction of moisture loss plays a key role in keeping the freshness and quality of the fruits and vegetables. The factors of the fruits and vegetables mainly refer to the types of the fruits and vegetables. The respiration intensity of different varieties of fruits and vegetables is greatly different. If the respiration intensity of berry fruits is greater than that of citrus fruits and pome fruits, the respiration intensity of early-maturing varieties is greater than that of late-maturing varieties. The amount of ripening ethylene generated by the difference of the respiratory intensity is also very different, and reports prove that a large amount of ethylene is generated after fruits and vegetables are picked, so that the ripening and the decay of the fruits and vegetables are accelerated, the ripening of some fruits and vegetables can be accelerated by the ethylene with extremely low concentration, and the ethylene is a decisive factor for promoting the ripening and the decay of flowers and fruits and vegetables.
At present, the main fresh-keeping technologies for fruits and vegetables have 2 physical and chemical methods, which respectively control the external factors and the self factors of fruit and vegetable decay. The physical method mainly comprises the following steps: low-temperature storage, air-conditioned storage, reduced-pressure storage, electromagnetic radiation storage and the like, wherein the more advanced preservation technologies mainly comprise critical low-temperature high-humidity preservation, intercellular water structured air-conditioned preservation, ozone air-conditioned preservation, low-dose radiation pretreatment preservation, high-pressure preservation, cell expansion pressure-conditioned preservation and the like. Although the preservation methods are widely applied, special equipment is needed, the operation is complex, the cost is high, and the preservation methods are difficult to use in a large range; the chemical method mainly refers to the fresh-keeping of the fresh-keeping agent. Common preservatives at present include: ethylene treating agent (absorbent), coating agent, sterilizing and preservative agent, etc. Wherein the ethylene treating agent also comprises an ethylene biosynthesis inhibitor and an ethylene absorbent. The ethylene biosynthesis inhibitor includes Aminoethoxyglycine (AVG), glycine (AOA), and cyclopropene compound (1-MCP). The ethylene absorbent includes activated carbon, natural zeolite, activated clay, and oxidant such as KMnO4 carrier. The coating agent is mainly used for coating films on the surfaces of fruits to achieve the effects of inhibiting the respiration of the fruits and inhibiting the activities of microorganisms. The coating material widely used for apple fresh-keeping includes saccharide, protein, polysaccharide sucrose ester, polyvinyl alcohol, monoglyceride, composite film formed from polysaccharide, protein and lipid, chitosan compound, wax-coating and Chinese herbal medicine coating method. The bactericidal preservative comprises borax, sodium carbonate, sulfur dioxide, sodium o-phenylphenol, biphenyl, nitrogen trichloride, ammonia and amine compounds, benzimidazole bactericide, carbendazim and thiophanate methyl. Typical inorganic fungicides are sulfite, pyrosulfate, calcium dichloride, zinc dichloride, and the like. The physical methods in the methods have obvious fresh-keeping effect, but the cost is relatively high for dealers and consumers of fruits, vegetables and flowers. Especially with more advanced physical refreshment. The current development trend of film coating preservation in a chemical method is green and environment-friendly, but the method is not suitable for large-scale fruit, vegetable and flower preservation; the cyclopropene compound has obvious effect, and very excellent fresh-keeping effect can be generated at very low concentration; the absorbent is mainly physical adsorption, so that the risk of desorption exists; the sterilization preservative is mostly used for spraying on the surface of the fruit, and the preservation effect is not particularly long.
1-methylcyclopropene is a preservative with ethylene inhibitor function. The cyclopropene compound can be combined with ethylene receptors in plant tissue structures, occupies ethylene sites, does not stimulate plants to produce enzymes and proteins for promoting maturation and aging, can effectively inhibit the action of ethylene, well delays the maturation and aging of fruits and vegetables, can well keep the hardness and brittleness of products, keeps the color, flavor, aroma and nutrients, can reduce water evaporation and prevent wilting, but is the smallest cyclic alkene compound and has 55.2kcal/mol of tonicity, wherein 27.5kcal/mol of the cyclic tonicity and 27.7kcal/mol of the double bond tonicity are included, the cyclic tonicity is very large and is an unstable substance, and the half-life of 1-methylcyclopropene is only 4.4 hours at normal temperature and normal pressure.
Although there are many reports on the synthesis, storage and application of 1-methylcyclopropene, there are still problems such as low yield of 1-methylcyclopropene and high storage cost, and the 1-methylcyclopropene is expensive and its wide application is limited. At present, 1-methylcyclopropene microcapsule powder is widely applied and is generally formed by wrapping 1-methylcyclopropene gas by alpha-cyclodextrin, although the stability of the 1-methylcyclopropene gas can be improved, the result of a heat storage accelerated aging experiment shows that the decomposition rate is still high and often exceeds 15%.
Based on the defects, the invention provides the standardized and commercialized fruit, vegetable and flower fresh-keeping card which is convenient, safe, efficient, convenient, safe and commercial according to various environmental factors and commercial factors of the freshness of fruits, vegetables and flowers in the processes of storage and transportation after the fruits, vegetables and flowers are picked.
