The operating end is operating pliers, the operating pliers are composed of a movable pliers handle 2, a screw 3, a static pliers block 4, a static pliers handle 5, a spring 24, a limiting block 25, anti-skid threads 26 and a movable pliers block 27, the movable pliers handle 2 is of an n-type structure, the movable pliers handle 2 is clamped at the end of the first inner rod 1, the movable pliers block 27 is arranged at the lower part of the movable pliers handle 2, the movable pliers block 27 is connected with the static pliers block 4 through the screw 3, the static pliers handle 5 is arranged on the static pliers block 4, the static pliers handle 5 is connected with the outside of the first sleeve 6, the movable pliers block 27 and the movable pliers handle 2 are of an integral structure, and the anti-skid threads 26 are arranged on two surfaces, which are in contact with the static pliers block 4 and the movable pliers block 27, of the anti-skid threads 26 are arranged on two surfaces.
The spring 24 is arranged on the first inner rod 1 in the first sleeve 6, one end of the spring 24 is fixed on the first inner rod 1, the other end of the spring 24 is provided with a limiting block 25, the limiting block 25 is of a rectangular structure, and the limiting block 25 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first sleeve 6.
In the embodiment 1, when the insulating rod operating tool is used, a proper amount of buckles 28 are added between the first inner rod 1 and the second inner rod 15 according to the required length, two buckles 28 at two ends are respectively inserted into through holes on clamping strips 29 of the first inner rod 1 and the second inner rod 15 during installation, then the two adjacent buckles 28 are buckled, after the first inner rod 1 and the second inner rod 15 are connected, the first outer rod 7 and the second outer rod 9 are respectively sleeved on the first inner rod 1 and the second inner rod 15, the connection part of the first outer rod 7 and the second outer rod 9 is connected by using a connecting cylinder 8, then the first sleeve 6 and the second sleeve 10 are respectively sleeved on the first outer rod 7 and the second outer rod 9, when operation scissors are required to be used for processing operation, the operation scissors are firstly installed on the first inner rod 1, when the object to be operated is clamped between the static blade 20 and the movable blade 19, the first handle 11 and the second handle 12 at the control end are held by hands during use, the first handle 11 is pressed towards the second handle 12, so that the first handle 11 and the second handle 12 are overlapped, the first handle 11 moves towards the second handle 12 to drive the connecting rod 13, at the moment, one end of the elastic block 14 stretches, the connecting rod 13 inclines on the fixed rod 17, the second inner rod 15 drives the first inner rod 1 to move in the second outer rod 9 and the first outer rod 7 respectively, when the first inner rod 1 moves towards the second inner rod 15, the spring 14 is compressed on the limiting block 25, the movable connecting rod 21 between the first inner rod 1 and the clamping block 22 moves towards the first sleeve 6, the movable connecting rod 21 replaces the movable blade 19, and the movable blade 19 moves towards the static blade 20, so that foreign matters on a wire can be easily cut off or sheared.
