Abstract

The invention discloses a method for judging whether the sealing firmness of a hot melt adhesive of a corrugated case meets the requirement, which comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring a box bottom firmness index of a shaking cover at the bottom of a tested corrugated box, wherein the unit is N; then, acquiring a box surface firmness index of the tested corrugated box top swing cover to be opened after the box is sealed by hot melt adhesive after the commodity is loaded, wherein the unit is N; and then judging whether the sealing firmness of the hot melt adhesive of the corrugated case meets the requirement or not according to the formula (1) and the formula (2). The applicant has statistically determined in long-term tests that the measures according to the invention provide firmness indicators at the bottom and top of the container, and that the packaged product of a factory sold corrugated beer carton does not fall off and/or pop over the entire shelf life when these indicators satisfy the formula (1) and the formula (2), respectively, thereby avoiding any impact on the quality of the beer product and the image of the producer due to the falling off and/or popping of the corrugated carton during the beer sale.

Description

Method for judging whether sealing firmness of hot melt adhesive of corrugated case meets requirements
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for judging whether the sealing firmness of a hot melt adhesive of a corrugated case meets requirements, and belongs to the technical field of beverage packaging.
Background
In the field of beverage packaging, corrugated containers are widely used as outer packages for products. In consideration of transportation and storage, the carton sealing firmness is an important link of the outer packaging quality, and at present, the use of hot melt adhesive for sealing is a main sealing mode of the corrugated carton.
In the prior art, after commodities are loaded in a formed corrugated paper box, the top of the box body is sealed by hot melt adhesive, wherein a certain gap is reserved between outer rocking covers on two sides of the top, and the gap is not sprayed with the hot melt adhesive. If the firmness of the hot melt adhesive sealing box is not good enough, the phenomenon of bottom falling and/or box bouncing can occur in the transportation and carrying processes, thereby damaging the image of products and production enterprises. However, no public report on a method for judging whether the sealing firmness of the hot melt adhesive of the corrugated case meets the requirements is found at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for judging whether the sealing firmness of a hot melt adhesive for a corrugated case meets the requirement.
The method for judging whether the sealing firmness of the hot melt adhesive for the corrugated case meets the requirement or not comprises the following steps of:
1) selecting two formed tested corrugated cases with the same specification, and obtaining the design value of the weight which can be borne by the two tested corrugated cases, wherein the design value is recorded as M and the unit is kg; placing the corrugated case to be tested on a workbench in a mode that the bottom of the corrugated case faces upwards, and acquiring tension data of opening one side of the outer rocking cover at the bottom of one corrugated case to be tested by using tension detection equipment, wherein the tension data is recorded as FBottom AIn the unit of N; the other tested corrugated case adopts the method to obtain the tension data for opening the outer rocking cover at the other side of the bottom and records the data as FBottom BIn the unit of N; with the above-mentioned FBottom AAnd FBottom BThe average value of the measured values is used as the firmness index of opening the shaking cover at the bottom of the measured corrugated case and is recorded as the firmness index of the bottom of the case, and the unit is N;
2) two formed corrugated cases with the same specification as the tested corrugated case are selected again, commodities are loaded into the two formed corrugated cases, and the quality of the corrugated cases is recorded as M0And the quality of the loaded commodity is recorded as M1In units of kg, where M is1Less than or equal to M; sealing the boxes with hot melt adhesive after the commodities are loaded; obtaining two corrugated carton samples with the same quality;
3) placing the sealed corrugated case sample on a workbench, and acquiring tension data of the opened outer rocking cover on one side of the top of one sample by using tension detection equipment, wherein the tension data is recorded as FNoodle AIn the unit of N; another sampleThe product obtains the tension data of opening the outer rocking cover at the other side of the top part in the same way as the above and records the data as FSide BIn the unit of N; with the above-mentioned FNoodle AAnd FSide BThe average value of the measured values is used as a firmness index of opening the top shaking cover of the tested corrugated case and is recorded as a case surface firmness index, and the unit is N;
4) when the box bottom firmness index and the box surface firmness index respectively meet the following formula (1) and formula (2), judging that the hot melt adhesive box sealing firmness of the corrugated carton meets the requirement;
the firmness index of the bottom of the box is more than or equal to (M)0+M1)×9.8/2×110% (1);
The firmness index of the box surface is more than or equal to (M)0+M1)×9.8/2×50% (2)。
In the above method, the tension detecting device is preferably a dynamometer, and may be a conventional device capable of detecting tension, such as a tension meter or a push-pull dynamometer. The dynamometer can be digital display or pointer scale type.
The conventional dynamometer generally includes a housing and a dowel bar, one end of the dowel bar is connected with a spring in the housing, the other end of the dowel bar is usually connected with a hook, and the dowel bar can sense the pulling force or the pressure applied to an object on the hook, so that the applied force can be displayed on a dial or a liquid crystal display on the housing. Since the dynamometer is used in a wide range, it is often applied to different objects to be measured. When testing soft objects (e.g., testing the tensile strength of soft packages such as corrugated cartons), the soft packages are easily deformed and the hooks are relatively thin, and when the hooks are forced against the soft packages, the contact area between the hooks is too small, so that the soft packages are easily deformed and easily slip, which is not conducive to the testing. Therefore, in order to increase the contact area between the hook and the soft package, prevent the soft package and the hook from sliding, and make the force applied by the hook to the soft package more uniform, it is preferable that a support arm is provided at the end of the dowel bar extending out of the housing, and the support arm can be rectangular, bar-shaped or rod-shaped. The supporting arm can be detachably connected (such as in a mode of matching the nut and the measuring head) at the end of the dowel bar extending out of the shell, or fixedly connected (such as welded) at the end of the dowel bar extending out of the shell.
Specifically, when the dynamometer with the structure is used for acquiring tension data of opening one side outer rocking cover (such as the left side outer rocking cover) at the bottom of one tested corrugated case, the supporting arm of the dynamometer can be extended into a gap (namely a gap without spraying hot melt adhesive) of one side outer rocking cover at the bottom of the tested corrugated case, the dynamometer is pulled upwards at a constant speed by vertical upward tension until the side outer rocking cover is opened, and the tension data on the dynamometer is recorded. The other tested corrugated case obtains the tension data for opening the outer rocking cover on the other side of the bottom (if the tension data of the outer rocking cover on the left side of the bottom is measured on the former tested corrugated case, the tension data of the outer rocking cover on the right side of the bottom is measured at the moment). The method of measuring the two side outer flaps on the top of the two samples of corrugated boxes filled with the goods is the same as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a method for judging whether the sealing firmness of the hot melt adhesive of the corrugated case meets the requirement. The applicant has statistically determined in long-term tests that the measures for the firmness of the bottom and top of a container according to the invention do not cause bottoming and/or popping of the packaged product of a factory-sold corrugated beer carton during the entire shelf life (12 months) when the measures satisfy the formula (1) and the formula (2), respectively, thereby avoiding the quality of the beer product and the image of the producer from being affected by the occurrence of bottoming and/or popping of the corrugated carton during the beer sales process.
