背景技术
羊毛是一种应用广泛的天然蛋白质纤维,具有手感柔和、弹性好、保暖性好等特点。羊毛帽子是以羊毛纤维为原料制作而成的,是人们日常备用的生活用品,可装饰、可遮阳、可保暖,深受消费者喜爱。羊毛纤维虽是吸湿能力很强的纤维,回潮率达15%-17%,但表面疏水。当环境的相对湿度较低时,秋冬季节羊毛帽子也会带上静电,人们佩戴时与其接触,常会有不适的感觉,严重时会影响身体健康。使用抗静电剂整理能实现很好的抗静电效果。目前已公开了多种羊毛抗静电整理剂,但是其存在抗静电效果不佳,耐洗性差的缺陷。

本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯2-10份、纳米铝溶胶3-9份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体1-5份、改性丝素2-9份、纤维素晶须2-9份、橡碗提取液1-4份、硫酸铜3-10份、掺铟氧化锡0.1-1.3份、氧化石墨烯2-8份、表面活性剂2-5份、乙醇3-20份、偶联剂0.3-2份、水100份。
优选地,所述纳米铝溶胶的平均粒度为20-32nm。

优选地,所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物、亲水性氨基硅油中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-570中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,其原料中还包括0.1-0.8重量份的渗透剂JFC和0.1-0.3重量份的碳酸氢钠。
本发明所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料中加入了聚氨酯,同时加入了纤维素晶须与其配合,并控制了聚氨酯与纤维素晶须的重量比为2-10:2-9;使两者发挥最佳的协同作用,其中纤维素晶须的活性羟基、羊毛纤维的氨基、羧基等活性基团,以及聚氨酯的异氰酸酯能发生交联作用,从而在羊毛纤维的表面形成了一个均一的薄膜覆盖住了羊毛鳞片,限制了羊毛鳞片层间的定向摩擦效应,提高了羊毛纤维的防毡缩性能,同时引入的纤维素晶须具有良好的亲水性,可以吸附水分子,从而提高了羊毛纤维的亲水性,进一步降低了羊毛帽子的毡缩性,同时提高了羊毛帽子的抗静电性;以硝酸银、硝酸锌为金属盐,与丝素进行反应,得到了银和锌改性的改性丝素,将其加入体系中,与橡碗提取液、硫酸铜配合,赋予羊毛帽子优异的抗菌性和抗紫外线性;纳米铝溶胶加入体系中,与掺铟氧化锡、氧化石墨烯配合,赋予羊毛帽子优异的抗静电性。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯10份、纳米铝溶胶3份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体5份、改性丝素2份、纤维素晶须9份、橡碗提取液1份、硫酸铜10份、掺铟氧化锡0.1份、氧化石墨烯8份、表面活性剂2份、乙醇20份、偶联剂0.3份、水100份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯2份、纳米铝溶胶9份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体1份、改性丝素9份、纤维素晶须2份、橡碗提取液4份、硫酸铜3份、掺铟氧化锡1.3份、氧化石墨烯2份、表面活性剂5份、乙醇3份、偶联剂2份、水100份。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯8份、纳米铝溶胶5份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体4.3份、改性丝素3.2份、纤维素晶须8份、橡碗提取液1.6份、硫酸铜8份、掺铟氧化锡0.4份、氧化石墨烯7.3份、表面活性剂2.6份、乙醇17份、偶联剂0.7份、水100份;
其中,所述纳米铝溶胶的平均粒度为20nm;
所述改性丝素按照以下工艺进行制备:将丝素加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸银和硝酸锌,调节体系的pH值为8,升温至80℃,搅拌2h后干燥得到所述改性丝素;其中,丝素、硝酸银、硝酸锌的重量比为25:1:5;
所述橡碗提取液由橡碗破碎后加入水中回流提取得到;
所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯;
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的混合物,且硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的重量比为3:2;
其原料中还包括0.1重量份的渗透剂JFC和0.3重量份的碳酸氢钠。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯4份、纳米铝溶胶8份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体1.6份、改性丝素8份、纤维素晶须4份、橡碗提取液3.5份、硫酸铜4.6份、掺铟氧化锡1.2份、氧化石墨烯2.6份、表面活性剂4份、乙醇5份、偶联剂1.3份、水100份;
其中,所述纳米铝溶胶的平均粒度为32nm;
所述改性丝素按照以下工艺进行制备:将丝素加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸银和硝酸锌,调节体系的pH值为9,升温至76℃,搅拌5h后干燥得到所述改性丝素;其中,丝素、硝酸银、硝酸锌的重量比为15:4:2;
所述橡碗提取液由橡碗破碎后加入水中回流提取得到;
所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物;
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550;
其原料中还包括0.8重量份的渗透剂JFC和0.1重量份的碳酸氢钠。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯5份、纳米铝溶胶6份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体3份、改性丝素6份、纤维素晶须5份、橡碗提取液3份、硫酸铜7份、掺铟氧化锡1份、氧化石墨烯5份、表面活性剂3.5份、乙醇12份、偶联剂1.5份、水100份;
其中,所述纳米铝溶胶的平均粒度为25nm;
所述改性丝素按照以下工艺进行制备:将丝素加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸银和硝酸锌,调节体系的pH值为8,升温至78℃,搅拌3h后干燥得到所述改性丝素;其中,丝素、硝酸银、硝酸锌的重量比为20:3:4;
所述橡碗提取液由橡碗破碎后加入水中回流提取得到;
所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物、亲水性氨基硅油的混合物,且聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物、亲水性氨基硅油的重量比为3:2:1;
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的混合物,且硅烷偶联剂KH-550、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的重量比为3:4:2;
其原料中还包括0.6重量份的渗透剂JFC和0.2重量份的碳酸氢钠。

Claims (8)
1.一种羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯2-10份、纳米铝溶胶3-9份、氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐离子液体1-5份、改性丝素2-9份、纤维素晶须2-9份、橡碗提取液1-4份、硫酸铜3-10份、掺铟氧化锡0.1-1.3份、氧化石墨烯2-8份、表面活性剂2-5份、乙醇3-20份、偶联剂0.3-2份、水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,所述纳米铝溶胶的平均粒度为20-32nm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,所述改性丝素按照以下工艺进行制备:将丝素加入水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸银和硝酸锌,调节体系的pH值为8-9,升温至76-80℃,搅拌2-5h后干燥得到所述改性丝素。
4.根据权利要求3所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,丝素、硝酸银、硝酸锌的重量比为15-25:1-4:2-5。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,所述橡碗提取液由橡碗破碎后加入水中回流提取得到。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物、亲水性氨基硅油中的一种或者多种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550、硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-570中的一种或者多种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,其原料中还包括0.1-0.8重量份的渗透剂JFC和0.1-0.3重量份的碳酸氢钠。
