Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,所述工艺包括羊毛织物预处理,酶整理,含磷整理剂整理等步骤。本发明所述工艺能够赋予羊毛织物稳定的阻燃性能,且对羊毛的其他性能也有一定的提高,尤其是羊毛织物的强力、防毡缩;所述工艺对羊毛织物具有强力修复作用,与单纯的化学整理相比,本发明无污染且更加环保。

一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种功能性羊毛织物,具体为一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺。
背景技术
羊毛属于角蛋白类的纤维状蛋白,含有较多的半胱氨酸、胱氨酸、甲基硫氨酸,是具有折叠分子结构的交联多肽。由于羊毛含氮量高并极易吸湿,具有高点火温度,低燃烧热和低火焰温度,因而表现出很高的阻燃性。但是,制成的羊毛织物由于加入了一些助剂使其阻燃性能下降,致使羊毛纤维容易燃烧,大大限制了羊毛的安全使用,因而对之进行阻燃处理,降低其可燃性具有很高的现实意义。
关于羊毛的阻燃处理,最早为浸渍磷酸盐、硼酸盐溶液再烘干,所得阻燃羊毛织物不耐洗;后期采用卤系及磷卤协同阻燃体系,但由于卤系阻燃剂对环境及人体的危害,目前已遭淘汰;国际羊毛局推广的“Zirpro”工艺是工业界使用较久的比较成功的羊毛阻燃方法,该法是以六氟钛酸钾及六氟锆酸钾为阻燃剂,在酸性条件下处理,不影响织物手感,但由于目前重金属对环境和人体均有不同程度的伤害,而且钛、锆对人体的生理功能尚不明确,使用该法存在一定的风险。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种能够加强羊毛蛋白纤维的交联作用,使羊毛织物具有稳定的阻燃性能的工艺,且整理工艺不影响织物的手感,对环境友好,本发明提供了一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺。
技术方案:一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛织物与次氯酸钠水溶液混合,在常温条件下避光反应2~5小时,反应结束后,加入乙二醇中和残余的次氯酸钠,去离子水反复洗涤,自然晾干;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的羊毛织物浸渍于转谷氨酰胺酶溶液中,pH为6~8.6,织物与酶溶液的重量浴比为1:13~25,处理温度为30~55℃,处理时间为2~4.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)酶整理后的羊毛织物置于含磷整理液中,含磷整理液的重量百分含量为1%~6%,织物与整理液的重量浴比为1:15~30,处理温度为30~50℃,处理时间为1~5小时,然后进行皂洗和水洗,烘干。
优选的,步骤(1)中羊毛织物与次氯酸钠的质量比为12~25:1。
优选的,步骤(1)中乙二醇的加入量为次氯酸钠摩尔量的0.3~0.8倍。
优选的,步骤(2)中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为20~45U/L。
优选的,步骤(3)中含磷整理液选自阿伦磷酸、阿仑膦酸钠、或磷酸乙醇胺。
优选的,步骤(3)中含磷整理液中的缓冲液选自磷酸氢二钾、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸氢钾、磷酸氢钠或硼酸。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述工艺能够赋予羊毛织物稳定的阻燃性能,且对羊毛的其他性能也有一定的提高,尤其是羊毛织物的强力、防毡缩;(2)所述工艺对羊毛织物具有强力修复作用,与单纯的化学整理相比,本发明无污染且更加环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛织物与次氯酸钠水溶液混合,在常温条件下避光反应2小时,反应结束后,加入乙二醇中和残余的次氯酸钠,去离子水反复洗涤,自然晾干;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的羊毛织物浸渍于转谷氨酰胺酶溶液中,pH为6,织物与酶溶液的重量浴比为1:13,处理温度为30℃,处理时间为2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)酶整理后的羊毛织物置于含磷整理液中,含磷整理液的重量百分含量为1%,织物与整理液的重量浴比为1:15,处理温度为30℃,处理时间为1小时,然后进行皂洗和水洗,烘干。
步骤(1)中羊毛织物与次氯酸钠的质量比为12:1。
步骤(1)中乙二醇的加入量为次氯酸钠摩尔量的0.3倍。
步骤(2)中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为20U/L。
步骤(3)中含磷整理液选自阿伦磷酸。
步骤(3)中含磷整理液中的缓冲液选自磷酸氢二钾。
实施例2
一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛织物与次氯酸钠水溶液混合,在常温条件下避光反应3.5小时,反应结束后,加入乙二醇中和残余的次氯酸钠,去离子水反复洗涤,自然晾干;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的羊毛织物浸渍于转谷氨酰胺酶溶液中,pH为7.5,织物与酶溶液的重量浴比为1:20,处理温度为40℃,处理时间为3.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)酶整理后的羊毛织物置于含磷整理液中,含磷整理液的重量百分含量为4%,织物与整理液的重量浴比为1:25,处理温度为40℃,处理时间为3.5小时,然后进行皂洗和水洗,烘干。
步骤(1)中羊毛织物与次氯酸钠的质量比为19:1。
步骤(1)中乙二醇的加入量为次氯酸钠摩尔量的0.5倍。
步骤(2)中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为32U/L。
步骤(3)中含磷整理液选自阿仑膦酸钠。
步骤(3)中含磷整理液中的缓冲液选自磷酸氢二钠。
实施例3
一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛织物与次氯酸钠水溶液混合,在常温条件下避光反应5小时,反应结束后,加入乙二醇中和残余的次氯酸钠,去离子水反复洗涤,自然晾干;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的羊毛织物浸渍于转谷氨酰胺酶溶液中,pH为8.6,织物与酶溶液的重量浴比为1:25,处理温度为55℃,处理时间为4.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)酶整理后的羊毛织物置于含磷整理液中,含磷整理液的重量百分含量为6%,织物与整理液的重量浴比为1:30,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为5小时,然后进行皂洗和水洗,烘干。
步骤(1)中羊毛织物与次氯酸钠的质量比为25:1。
步骤(1)中乙二醇的加入量为次氯酸钠摩尔量的0.8倍。
步骤(2)中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为45U/L。
步骤(3)中含磷整理液选自磷酸乙醇胺。
步骤(3)中含磷整理液中的缓冲液选自硼酸。
对实施例1~3所述工艺整理获得的羊毛织物进行性能测试,结果如下表所示:

1.一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊毛织物与次氯酸钠水溶液混合,在常温条件下避光反应2~5小时,反应结束后,加入乙二醇中和残余的次氯酸钠,去离子水反复洗涤,自然晾干;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的羊毛织物浸渍于转谷氨酰胺酶溶液中,pH为6~8.6,织物与酶溶液的重量浴比为1:13~25,处理温度为30~55℃,处理时间为2~4.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)酶整理后的羊毛织物置于含磷整理液中,含磷整理液的重量百分含量为1%~6%,织物与整理液的重量浴比为1:15~30,处理温度为30~50℃,处理时间为1~5小时,然后进行皂洗和水洗,烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中羊毛织物与次氯酸钠的质量比为12~25:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中乙二醇的加入量为次氯酸钠摩尔量的0.3~0.8倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为20~45U/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中含磷整理液选自阿伦磷酸、阿仑膦酸钠、或磷酸乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物的阻燃整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中含磷整理液中的缓冲液选自磷酸氢二钾、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸氢钾、磷酸氢钠或硼酸。
