Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于环锭的锭轨。
背景技术
用于环锭纺纱机的锭子是已知的,其基本上由安置在锭轨内的固定不动的下部和回转的上部构成。下部包括用于所谓上部杆的支座。通常,上部杆的在呈滚动轴承状的颈部轴承(Halslager)和呈滑动轴承状的底部轴承(Fusslager)中延伸。颈部轴承和底部轴承一般用油润滑,在这里,底部轴承在油槽内运动,而颈部轴承只通过油雾来润滑。油雾因锭杆回转而产生。存在润滑油用锭壳内空间是有限的。因此,实际上需要每年一次到两次给以三层运行方式运转的锭子供给新油。为此需要从下部取出锭子上部,抽出用过的油并换上新油。此时要严格关注每个上部在完成换油后又被装入其为了换油而被从中取出的下部中。但尤其当人们考虑到操作者通常并未被很好培训时,显然此时错误率相当高。目前,在环锭中的换油是一项昂贵且有危险的作业。
发明内容
本发明基于以下任务,提出一种用于环锭纺纱机的锭轨,其中从现有技术知道的缺点得以避免或至少被显著减轻,以及明显延长换油之间的间歇期。
该任务通过根据本发明的一种用于环锭的锭轨完成,即一种用于环锭的锭轨,其特点是,
a)多个由锭壳承载的锭轨以不透油的空心体形式构成,
b)承载颈部轴承和底部轴承和锭子的锭壳与锭轨固定联接,
c)锭壳在其锭子底部轴承区域内与该不透油的空心体连通,
d)该锭轨被设计成如此用油填充,即油位在运行中高于设置于锭壳内的锭子底部轴承。
根据本发明的锭轨有利地允许明显延长锭子轴承的油润滑间隔期,这是因为储备油因为根据本发明将锭轨设计成不透油的空心体形式而允许坚持很长时间的长期润滑。同时不再需要从下部取出锭子上部以抽走用过的油,这是因为可以与锭子上部的保留无关地实现呈空心体形式的锭轨的油填充和排除用过的锭子油。通常向下敞开的锭壳突入锭轨的空腔中并且没入处于空腔内的油槽中。

具体实施方式
在图1中原则上示出了环锭纺纱机锭子的已知支承结构看起来大致如何。环锭纺纱机用锭子基本上由固定不动的设置在(在此仅开头示出)锭轨6上的锭子下部1和回转的锭子上部2构成,在锭子上部上安放(未示出)纡子。在锭子下部1中,在锭壳8内安装锭子上部2的锭杆5。一般,锭子上部2的锭杆5在呈滚动轴承形式的颈部轴承3和呈滑动轴承形式的底部轴承4中引导。轴承3和底部轴承4通常用油润滑。在此,底部轴承4在油槽7内运行,而颈部轴承3只被油雾润滑,该油雾因锭杆5的回转而产生。
在图2中,类似于图1的位置2地示出了锭子上部12,其安放在锭杆15上。锭杆15通过呈滚动轴承状的颈部轴承13和呈滑动轴承状的底部轴承14在锭子下部11内引导。锭子下部11又过渡至锭壳18,锭壳承载颈部轴承13和底部轴承14。最好呈圆管形式的空心体是自支承式锭轨16,其承载多个锭子上部12。
在其下部区域内经油道19、20朝向锭轨16敞开的锭壳18借此与锭轨16的空腔连通,因而浸入位于空腔内的油槽17中。在此情况下,底部轴承14低于油位21。存在于锭轨16的空腔内的可用油量对于每个锭子等于在已知锭壳内可供使用的油量的多倍。与此相应,换油之间的时间相比于已知装置有利地延长了多倍,这导致成本节约。另外,从机器中取出锭子以便换油是多余的,因而由此也得到成本优点。
壳管22可在合适部位具有用于充入和排走锭子油的可封闭的开口23、24。
一个特别节约成本的解决方案是采用图3a和图3b中示出的实施例。这里涉及的是一种用于环锭的锭轨,具有承载有两个锭壳28的锭轨26,该锭轨具有用于两个相邻锭子的不透油的空心体25,空心体与锭轨26例如通过螺钉27连接。在不透油的空心体或者油容器25中的油量计量用于多个企业年度,并且通常对于锭子的使用寿命来说是足够的。锭壳28在其(在此不可见的)锭子底部轴承区域中与不透油的空心体25连通。不透油的空心体或者油容器25可以在锭子底部轴承区域内具有凸出部29,其中可以集聚轴承摩擦(磨损)。用于阻尼和轴承润滑的油保持洁净。

1.一种用于环锭的锭轨,其特征是,
a)承载有多个锭壳(1)的锭轨(16)具有不透油的空心体,
b)承载锭子颈部轴承(13)、锭子底部轴承(14)以及锭子的锭壳(18)与所述锭轨(16)固定联接,
c)所述锭壳(18)在其锭子底部轴承(14)区域内与所述不透油的空心体连通,
d)所述锭轨(16)被设计成能用油填充,使得油位(21)在运行中高于设置在所述锭壳(18)内的所述锭子底部轴承(14)。
