一种钻头用钨系高速钢材料,其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳2.4‑3.6、铬5.3‑6.3、钨15.5‑17.9、钒1.9‑2.8、锰3.0‑3.2、钛6.4‑9.6、铌0.2‑0.4、Bi0.1‑0.3、Yb0.4‑0.6、镍0.3‑0.45、其余为铁。本发明在钨系高速钢的基础上添加铬、锰、Bi、Yb、镍,增加了耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,通过添加钒、钛、铌,细化了晶粒,降低了脆性,提高了强度和韧性,该合金钢硬度和韧性都较好,适用于制作长钻头,不易折断;本发明精炼剂用于铸造生产,能使铸件中的气孔度降低1‑2度,氧化夹杂物在2级左右,明显提高了成品率。

本发明涉及合金材料领域,尤其涉及一种钻头用钨系高速钢材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电钻是一种应用广泛的电动工具,在建筑、加工等领域有广泛的应用。电钻的主要原理是通过电动机的转动,带动驱动作业装置,从而使钻头刮削物体表面以洞穿物体,钻头是电钻必不可少的部件之一。
目前钻头材料主要是高速钢和硬质合金,这两种合金硬度高、耐磨、红硬性好,而且保持一定韧性,但是电钻在使用过程中,经常出现折断、刀刃易磨损或者弯曲现象,钻头经常需要更换,主要是因为钻头材料的硬度、耐磨性、韧性等性能不能达到平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钻头用钨系高速钢材料,该磨球材料具有高强度、耐磨性好、韧性较好的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种钻头用钨系高速钢材料,其特征在于:其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳2.4-3.6、铬5.3-6.3、钨15.5-17.9、钒1.9-2.8、锰3.0-3.2、钛 6.4-9.6、铌0.2-0.4、Bi0.1-0.3、Yb0.4-0.6、镍0.3-0.45、其余为铁。
本发明的有益效果
本发明在钨系高速钢的基础上添加铬、锰、Bi、Yb、镍,增加了耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,通过添加钒、钛、铌,细化了晶粒,降低了脆性,提高了强度和韧性,该合金钢硬度和韧性都较好,适用于制作长钻头,不易折断,使用寿命长;本发明通过合理控制铸后处理温度,分批投放原料,增加了合金的强度、耐磨性,减小了脆性,通过使用废铁作为原料,使合金品质均一。本发明精炼剂用于铸造生产,能使铸件中的气孔度降低1-2度,氧化夹杂物在2级左右,明显提高了成品率。

一种钻头用钨系高速钢材料,其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳2.4-3.6、铬5.3-6.3、钨15.5-17.9、钒1.9-2.8、锰3.0-3.2、钛6.4-9.6、铌0.2- 0.4、Bi0.1-0.3、Yb0.4-0.6、镍0.3-0.45、其余为铁。
本实施例的钻头用钨系高速钢材料的机械性能为:硬度66HRC,500℃时的硬度55HRC,冲击吸收功58J,冲击韧性69J/cm2。
