Abstract
本发明属于瓦楞纸技术领域,具体为纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨及其制备方法,该防伪油墨由以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:树脂10%~20%,双氧水0.5%~0.8%,植物油1%~2%,氧化锌1%~2%,无机颜料2%~5%,碳酸钙0.3%~0.4%,乙二醇0.3%~0.5%,螺吡喃分子0.5%~1%,玉米淀粉0.5%~0.8%,聚乙烯蜡0.5%~0.8%,助剂0.5%~0.8%,其余为水,总量为100%。本发明采用第三类防伪技术,易于鉴别且制备简单,在纸板的普通印刷油墨中加入有机物光敏材料分子等特殊物质,经过特殊工艺加工,区别于普通油墨,油墨印刷后室内浅色,在太阳光或长波紫外光的照射下呈现颜色,撤离光源后能还原为浅色的油墨。使用时只要太阳光即可检测真伪,实施简单、隐蔽性好而且检验方便。

技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸技术领域,具体为纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前我国的防伪技术还存在单纯依靠某一科技、不注意消费者的识别能力与水平这样的误区;美国、加拿大、瑞士等国研制和应用的干涉光变油墨,是一种新型防伪油墨,其价格昂贵,销售控制比较严格,干涉与衍射膜目前作为主要颜料用于防伪油墨中;另外国际上还有以天然云母片和金属铝片为原料,用化学包覆法制取干涉颜料和利用液晶片制取防伪颜料的,但这些颜料主要用在涂料行业,颜色种类和物理特性无法与水性油墨相比,难以满足印刷油墨对防伪特性的要求。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种鉴别简单,性质稳定,防伪性高,价格低廉,存放周期长的防伪油墨,还提供了该油墨的制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,其特征在于,该防伪油墨由以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:树脂10%~20%,双氧水0.5%~0.8%,植物油1%~2%,氧化锌1%~2%,无机颜料2%~5%,碳酸钙0.3%~0.4%,乙二醇0.3%~0.5%,螺吡喃分子0.5%~1%,玉米淀粉0.5%~0.8%,聚乙烯蜡0.5%~0.8%,助剂 0.5%~0.8%,其余为水,总量为100%。
进一步的,所述的树脂为丙烯酸树脂、苯丙聚合物、单乙醇胺、柔性乙烯基酯树脂、PU改性型环氧乙烯基酯中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的无机颜料由无机盐、氧化锌、色料、钛白Ti氧化物、MO3组成。
进一步的,所述的助剂为保护剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂中的一种或几种。
该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将保护剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂等助剂、1/4的水、1/4的淀粉、无机颜料混合均匀,研磨得到无树脂色浆;
(2)在研磨机内加入色浆和树脂乳液按比例搅拌、分散, 形成稳定均匀体,加入聚乙烯蜡及PH调节剂等助剂并搅拌均匀;
(3)然后向反应釜中加入水、乙二醇、助剂和步骤(2)中所制得的油墨,搅拌均匀并过滤得到水性防伪油墨。
本发明提供的纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨及其制备方法,采用第三类防伪技术,在一般的防伪技术上经过适当加密处理,易于鉴别且制备简单,在纸板的普通印刷油墨中加入有机物光敏材料分子等特殊物质,经过特殊工艺加工,区别于普通油墨,油墨印刷后室内浅色,在太阳光或长波紫外光的照射下呈现颜色,撤离光源后能还原为浅色的油墨。使用时只要太阳光即可检测真伪,实施简单、隐蔽性好而且检验方便。 具体实施方式

实施例1
纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,该防伪油墨由以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:
树脂24%,双氧水0.5%,植物油1%,氧化锌1%,无机颜料4%,碳酸钙0.3%,乙二醇0.3%,螺吡喃分子0.6%,玉米淀粉0.8%,聚乙烯蜡0.7%,助剂0.8%,其余为水,总量为100%。
所述的树脂为丙烯酸树脂、苯丙聚合物、单乙醇胺。
所述保护剂为羟乙基纤维素和苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液任意比混合物。
所述的纸板印刷用防伪油墨的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将羟乙基纤维素和苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液混合物、稳定剂、消泡剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂等助剂、1/4的水、1/4的淀粉、无机颜料混合均匀,研磨得到无树脂色浆;
(2)在研磨机内加入色浆和树脂乳液按比例搅拌、分散, 形成稳定均匀体,加入聚乙烯蜡及PH调节剂等助剂并搅拌均匀;
(3)然后向反应釜中加入水、乙二醇、助剂和步骤(2)中所制得的油墨,搅拌均匀并过滤得到水性防伪油墨。
实施例2
纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,该防伪油墨由以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:
树脂17%,双氧水0.6%,植物油1.2%,氧化锌1.5%,无机颜料5%,碳酸钙0.4%,乙二醇0.4%,螺吡喃分子0.9%,玉米淀粉0.5%,聚乙烯蜡0.7%,助剂0.8%,其余为水,总量为100%。
所述的树脂为柔性乙烯基酯树脂。
所述保护剂为藻酸盐。
所述的纸板印刷用防伪油墨的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将藻酸盐、稳定剂、消泡剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂等助剂、1/4的水、1/4的淀粉、无机颜料混合均匀,研磨得到无树脂色浆;
(2)在研磨机内加入色浆和树脂乳液按比例搅拌、分散, 形成稳定均匀体,加入聚乙烯蜡及PH调节剂等助剂并搅拌均匀;
(3)然后向反应釜中加入水、乙二醇、助剂和步骤(2)中所制得的油墨,搅拌均匀并过滤得到水性防伪油墨。
实施例3
纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,该防伪油墨由以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:
树脂19%,双氧水0.7%,植物油1.6%,氧化锌1.1%,无机颜料3%,碳酸钙0.3%,乙二醇0.5%,螺吡喃分子0.8%,玉米淀粉0.6%,聚乙烯蜡0.5%,助剂 0.6%,其余为水,总量为100%。
所述的树脂为PU改性型环氧乙烯基酯。
所述保护剂为改性聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液。
所述的纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将改性聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、稳定剂、消泡剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂等助剂、1/4的水、1/4的淀粉、无机颜料混合均匀,研磨得到无树脂色浆;
(2)在研磨机内加入色浆和树脂乳液按比例搅拌、分散, 形成稳定均匀体,加入聚乙烯蜡及PH调节剂等助剂并搅拌均匀;
(3)然后向反应釜中加入水、乙二醇、助剂和步骤(2)中所制得的油墨,搅拌均匀并过滤得到水性防伪油墨。
Claims (5)
1.纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,其特征在于,由以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:树脂10%~20%,双氧水0.5%~0.8%,植物油1%~2%,氧化锌1%~2%,无机颜料2%~5%,碳酸钙0.3%~0.4%,乙二醇0.3%~0.5%,螺吡喃分子0.5%~1%,玉米淀粉0.5%~0.8%,聚乙烯蜡0.5%~0.8%,助剂 0.5%~0.8%,其余为水,总量为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,其特征在于,所述的树脂为丙烯酸树脂、苯丙聚合物、单乙醇胺、柔性乙烯基酯树脂、PU改性型环氧乙烯基酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,其特征在于,所述的无机颜料由无机盐、氧化锌、色料、钛白Ti氧化物、MO3组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨,其特征在于,所述的助剂为保护剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1到4任一项所述的纸板印刷用水性防伪油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将保护剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、麻油稀释剂、增滑剂等助剂、1/4的水、1/4的淀粉、无机颜料混合均匀,研磨得到无树脂色浆;
(2)在研磨机内加入色浆和树脂乳液按比例搅拌、分散, 形成稳定均匀体,加入聚乙烯蜡及PH调节剂等助剂并搅拌均匀;
(3)然后向反应釜中加入水、乙二醇、助剂和步骤(2)中所制得的油墨,搅拌均匀并过滤得到水性防伪油墨。
