Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of air-drop parachutes, and particularly relates to a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a ram parafoil.
Background
The ram-type parafoil is a novel parachute which is a flexible aircraft with an upper layer and a lower layer of similar wing shapes sewn by a micro-air-permeable material, the ram-type parafoil is folded and packaged in a flexible state in the initial state, and the ram-type parafoil is unfolded under the condition of higher parachute opening speed generally in terms of the speed of the conventional air-drop carrier.
In order to reduce the parachute opening impact of the ram parafoil, two methods are generally adopted, one method is that a plurality of parachutes are connected in series to form a multi-stage deceleration system, but the multi-stage deceleration system is complex in structure and low in reliability; the other method is to adopt closing-in sliding cloth to control umbrella opening, but the closing-in sliding cloth is difficult to match the size, the size of the closing-in sliding cloth and the size of the wing surface are generally estimated, a proportion is set, but the load shedding effect of the sliding cloth needs a large amount of experiments to be evaluated, and especially when the wing surface is in irregular shapes such as an ellipse, the design of the sliding cloth is more difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a ram parafoil, which enables the ram parafoil to be gradually unfolded without closing and sliding cloth, can reduce the hierarchy of an parachute system and is simple to implement.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a ram parafoil comprises the steps that parachute ropes at an air inlet of the front edge of the ram parafoil are used as non-binding parachute ropes, the rest parachute ropes are used as binding parachute ropes, the binding parachute ropes are sequentially divided into a plurality of groups from the rear edge to the front edge of the ram parafoil, each group of parachute ropes is symmetrical about the center of a wing surface of the ram parafoil, each group of parachute ropes are bound and tightened together through one binding rope, a binding point is located in the center of the wing surface, the positions of all binding points are sequentially moved downwards from the rear edge to the front edge, and the strength of all binding ropes is sequentially reduced from the rear edge; when the ram air parachute is unfolded, the air inlet parachute ropes which are not bundled drive the air chamber to be unfolded to inflate from the front edge to the rear edge, the tying ropes are sequentially broken from bottom to top by the aid of the sequentially tensioned parachute ropes from the front edge to the rear edge in the inflating process, and meanwhile, the air chamber is inflated step by step until the air chamber is full.
Furthermore, when the umbrella binding rope of the ram parafoil is processed, the rope end is extended to form a rope buckle for connecting the binding rope.
Further, in each group of umbrella ropes, the number of the umbrella ropes in the group increases from the front edge to the rear edge.
Further, the binding rope is a cotton rope.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method only needs to group the parachute ropes and add the binding ropes, is simple to implement, does not affect the packaging use of the ram parafoil, and has strong universality; the method utilizes the binding rope to limit the whole area of the ram parafoil to be instantly unfolded and inflated, and simultaneously utilizes the tensioned parachute rope to gradually stretch the binding rope during inflation, so that the inflation time is prolonged, the parachute opening impact is reduced, and the strength requirement of the canopy is met; the method does not need closing and sliding cloth to control the air inflation of the air chamber, can reduce the hierarchy of the umbrella system and increase the reliability of the system.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a ram parafoil comprises the steps of taking an air inlet parachute cord at the front edge of the ram parafoil 4 as a non-binding parachute cord 2 and taking the other parachute cords as binding parachute cords 3, sequentially dividing the binding parachute cords 3 into a plurality of groups from the rear edge to the front edge of the ram parafoil 4, wherein each group of parachute cords are symmetrical about the center of an airfoil surface (the self-symmetrical center plane of the ram parafoil 4) of the ram parafoil 4, each group of parachute cords are bound and tightened together by one binding cord 1, binding points are located at the center of the airfoil surface, the positions of all binding points are sequentially moved downwards from the rear edge to the front edge, and the strength of all binding cords 1 is sequentially reduced from the rear; when the ram air parachute 4 is unfolded, the air inlet parachute ropes 2 which are not tied up drive the air chamber to be unfolded to inflate from the front edge to the rear edge, the parachute ropes 3 which are sequentially tensioned from the front edge to the rear edge break the tying ropes 1 from bottom to top in the inflation process, and meanwhile, the air chamber is inflated step by step until the tying ropes are fully inflated. The method only needs to group the parachute cords and additionally arrange the binding cords 1, is simple to implement, does not influence the package and use of the ram parafoil 4, and has strong universality; the method utilizes the binding rope 1 to limit the whole area of the ram parafoil 4 to be instantly unfolded and inflated, and simultaneously utilizes the tensioned parachute rope to gradually stretch the binding rope 1 during inflation, so that the inflation time is prolonged, the parachute opening impact is reduced, and the strength requirement of the canopy is met; the method does not need closing and sliding cloth to control the air inflation of the air chamber, can reduce the hierarchy of the umbrella system and increase the reliability of the system.
In this embodiment, the binding-rope 1 is a cotton rope.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, in each group of the umbrella strings 3, the number of the umbrella strings 3 in the group increases in order from the leading edge to the trailing edge (in the present embodiment, one pair, two pairs, three pairs, and four pairs in order).
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the tying umbrella string 3 of the ram air parachute 4 is processed by extending the string head to form a string fastener for connecting the tying string 1.
It will be understood that modifications and variations can be made by persons skilled in the art in light of the above teachings and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
