Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of air drop, and particularly relates to an auxiliary control method for unfolding a ram parafoil.
Background
With the development of accurate air-drop systems, the application of ram parafoil is also widespread, which relies on ram air to expand and inflate to fill the canopy and form the wing shape. The upper and lower two-layer canopy of punching press parafoil is the material of little ventilative volume to flexible state is folded and is packed, and the expansion is aerifyd under the condition that has certain speed, but at the expansion in-process, because the characteristics of little ventilative, the instantaneous full area expansion can bring great impact force, so need control the gradual expansion of punching press parafoil, is used for delaying the time that full area parafoil expanded, in order to reduce the parachute-opening impact, promotes the reliability of parachute-opening.
At present, the parachute opening control method of the ram parafoil mainly adopts a closing-in cloth sliding control method, and the method has the following problems: in the gliding process of the sliding cloth, the sliding cloth can generate resistance, and the closing-up of the parafoil can be released only when the tension of the umbrella rope is greater than the downward movement resistance and the gravity of the sliding cloth, but the size design of the closing-up sliding cloth is complex, a large number of tests are required for groping, and the closing-up sliding cloth is obviously impractical when applied to a large parafoil.

Furthermore, the auxiliary ropes are connected near the umbrella rope buckles, and the auxiliary rope rings at the two ends of the auxiliary ropes are distributed along the chord direction of the airfoil.
Further, in the chord direction of the same airfoil, the number of the auxiliary ropes is 50% of the number of the umbrella ropes.
Further, auxiliary cords are attached at least near the middle air cell and at the side-most air cells.
Further, the length of the umbrella rope carding belt is 15% of the chord-wise length of the unfolded umbrella cloth.
Furthermore, the auxiliary rope adopts an umbrella rope.
Further, the suture is a zigzag suture.
Further, the rope threading ring adopts a smooth circular ring.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method can prevent the umbrella rope carding belt from rapidly sliding downwards, restrain and release the canopy unfolding area of the ram parafoil by using the auxiliary rope with specific strength, slowly straighten the parachute rope, prolong the parachute opening and inflation time of the ram parafoil, reduce parachute opening impact overload, enable the air chamber to be orderly unfolded and inflated, and improve the reliability of parachute opening program control; the tearing strength of the auxiliary rope can be designed and known in advance, so that the method has wide applicability for controlling the prediction of the full parachute opening force of the parachute opening inflation of different ram parafoil, meets the requirement of practical performance, and has better application prospect; the pressing parafoil is not changed greatly only by arranging the parachute line carding belt, the auxiliary rope and the connecting rope buckle, the cost is low, and the installation is convenient.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an auxiliary ram parafoil parachute opening control method comprises the steps of arranging a parachute cord carding belt 2 and a plurality of auxiliary cords 3, arranging a plurality of connecting cord buckles on the airfoil surface of a ram parafoil, arranging a cross belt 6 in the middle of the parachute cord carding belt 2 in a square shape, distributing cord rings 7 at four corners, dividing parachute cords 1 of the ram parafoil into four groups, respectively penetrating through the corresponding cord rings 7, sewing the auxiliary cords 3 after symmetrical superposition, reserving two ends to form superposed ends, reserving the auxiliary cord rings at two ends of the auxiliary cords 3, reserving the auxiliary cord buckles at the ends, connecting the auxiliary cords 3 with the connecting cord buckles through the auxiliary cord rings, connecting the auxiliary cord buckles with the cross belt 6, and symmetrically arranging all the auxiliary cords 3 with respect to the airfoil center; during packaging, the side air chambers 4 and the middle air chamber 5 are stacked together, the auxiliary rope 3 and the umbrella rope carding belt 2 are packaged and folded at the lower end of the wing surface, after air drop, ram air flows to the side air chambers 4 along the middle air chamber 5, the umbrella cloth is unfolded, the umbrella rope 1 is under the tension effect, the rope threading ring 7 drives the umbrella rope carding belt 2 to slide downwards, the auxiliary rope 3 is stretched and pulled straightly, the pulling force is torn along a suture line after reaching a certain value, the umbrella rope carding belt 2 continues to slide downwards until the tail end of the umbrella rope 1, and the umbrella cloth is fully inflated.
The method can prevent the umbrella rope carding belt 2 from rapidly sliding downwards, restrain and release the canopy unfolding area of the ram parafoil by using the auxiliary rope 3 with specific strength, slowly straighten the parachute rope 1, prolong the parachute opening and inflation time of the ram parafoil, reduce parachute opening impact overload, enable the air chamber to be orderly unfolded and inflated, and improve the reliability of parachute opening program control; the tearing strength of the auxiliary rope 3 can be designed and known in advance, so that the prediction of the full parachute opening force for controlling parachute opening inflation of different ram parafoil is wide in applicability, meets the practical performance requirement, and has a good application prospect; only need set up parachute cord and comb area 2, supplementary rope 3 and connect the cable loop, it is little to change punching parafoil, with low costs, simple to operate.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary rope 3 is connected near the parachute line buckle and the auxiliary rope rings at the two ends of the auxiliary rope 3 are distributed along the chord direction of the airfoil, and in the same airfoil chord direction, the number of the auxiliary rope 3 is 50% of the number of the parachute ropes 1, which can be adjusted according to the actual effect.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary ropes 3 are connected at least near the middle air chamber 5 and at the most lateral air chamber 4, and a plurality of auxiliary ropes 3 may be provided therebetween.
