The invention aims to provide a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a ram parafoil, which delays the time of inflating and fully opening a ram parafoil air chamber, changes instant larger impact overload into multiple small impact overload, improves the reliability of parachute opening procedures, does not need to carry out deep improvement on the ram parafoil, and has simple implementation and strong universality.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a stamping parafoil comprises the steps that a plurality of air chambers in the middle are reserved air chambers, a plurality of air chambers between a side air chamber and the reserved air chambers are constraint air chambers, the constraint air chambers on two sides are symmetrical, a plurality of rope penetrating holes are uniformly distributed in front edge notches of the side air chamber and the constraint air chambers, the constraint air chambers on the same side and the side air chambers are overlapped, then a constraint rope is used, one end of the constraint rope is fixedly connected with the outer side of the side air chamber, the other end of the constraint rope penetrates through the rope penetrating holes in the side air chambers and all the constraint air chambers on the same side in an S-shaped penetrating sequence and finally penetrates through the outer sides of the side air chambers and is fixedly connected, the middle section of the constraint; when the ram parafoil is out of the bag, the reserved air chamber is unfolded and a timer on the separator is started at the same time, after the timer reaches a set time, the separator works, the restraint rope is cut off from the middle, the air flow of the reserved air chamber flows to the restraint air chamber and the side air chamber, and the ram parafoil is gradually unfolded until the ram parafoil is fully inflated and starts to work.
Furthermore, a timer on the separator is matched with the pulling pin, the pulling pin is connected with a pulling pin rope, and when the ram parafoil is taken out of the bag, the pulling pin rope pulls out the pulling pin to start the timer.
Furthermore, a plurality of fixing tabs are sewn near the rope penetrating holes on the outer side of the side air chamber, two ends of the restraint rope are tied on the corresponding fixing tabs, and the separator is hung on the corresponding fixing tabs.
Further, the ends of the restraining cord are tied to the securing tabs using a plain knot.
Further, the stringing hole is sewed on the reinforcing lining belt at the front edge cut.
Furthermore, the restraining rope is a smooth nylon wire rope.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method changes the instantaneous and complete unfolding and inflation of all air chambers of the ram parafoil into the time-interval inflation of the air chambers, delays the time for the inflation and the full inflation of the air chambers of the ram parafoil, changes the instantaneous one-time larger impact overload into multiple-time small impact overload, reduces the instantaneous impact of parachute opening, reduces the strength design requirement of a canopy, and improves the reliability of a parachute opening procedure; the method only needs to additionally arrange the rope threading hole, the restraint rope and the separator, does not need to carry out depth improvement on the ram parafoil, and is simpler to implement; the method can adopt separators with different time delays according to the need of opening the umbrella, and has strong universality.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, a method for reducing parachute opening impact of a ram parafoil, which takes a plurality of air chambers in the middle as reserved air chambers 2 (in the embodiment, five reserved air chambers 2 are arranged and can be adjusted according to actual requirements), a plurality of air chambers between a side air chamber 3 and the reserved air chambers 2 as constraint air chambers 1, and the constraint air chambers 1 on two sides are symmetrical, a plurality of rope penetrating holes 7 are uniformly distributed on front edge notches of the side air chamber 3 and the side air chamber 1, the restraining rope 5 is used after the restraining air chamber 1 and the side air chamber 3 on the same side are overlapped, one end of the restraining rope 5 is fixedly connected with the outer side of the side air chamber 3, the other end of the restraining rope passes through the rope penetrating holes 7 on the side air chamber 3 and all the restraining air chambers 1 on the same side in an S-shaped passing sequence and finally penetrates out of the outer side of the side air chamber 3 and is fixedly connected, the middle section of the restraining rope 5 also passes through a cutting hole of the separator 6, and the separator 6 is fixedly connected with the outer; when the ram parafoil is out of the bag, the timer on the separator 6 is started while the reserved air chamber 2 is unfolded, after the timer is timed to a set time, the separator 6 works, the restraint rope 5 is cut off from the middle, the airflow of the reserved air chamber 2 flows to the restraint air chamber 1 and the side air chamber 3, and the ram parafoil is gradually unfolded until the ram parafoil is fully inflated and starts to work.
The method changes the instantaneous and complete unfolding and inflation of all air chambers of the ram parafoil into the time-interval inflation of the air chambers, delays the time for the inflation and the full inflation of the air chambers of the ram parafoil, changes the instantaneous one-time larger impact overload into multiple-time small impact overload, reduces the instantaneous impact of parachute opening, reduces the strength design requirement of a canopy, and improves the reliability of a parachute opening procedure; the method only needs to additionally arrange the rope threading hole 7, the restraint rope 5 and the separator 6, does not need to carry out depth improvement on the ram parafoil, and is simpler to implement; the method can adopt separators 6 with different time delays according to the need of opening the umbrella, and has strong universality.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a plurality of fixing tabs 4 are sewn near the rope threading holes 7 outside the side air chambers 3, two ends of the constraining rope 5 are tied (or tied with flat knots) on the respective corresponding fixing tabs 4, and the separator 6 is hung on the corresponding fixing tabs 4. The restraint rope 5 and the separator 6 are fixedly connected with the outer side of the side air chamber 3 through the fixing loop 4, and the use of the side air chamber 3 is not influenced.
In this embodiment, the timer on the separator 6 is matched with the pulling pin, the pulling pin is connected with the pulling pin rope, and when the ram parafoil is taken out of the bag, the pulling pin rope pulls out the pulling pin to start the timer.
In this embodiment, the lacing holes 7 are sewn to the reinforcing backing strip at the front edge cut.
In the embodiment, the restraining rope 5 is made of smooth nylon ropes, so that the side air chamber 3 and the restraining air chamber 1 are not scratched.
