Abstract

本发明公开了一种带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器,包括钉匣和切割刀,所述钉匣由钉匣内芯和钉匣套管组成,其中,钉匣内芯包括钉匣底座和钉匣上盖,所述切割刀置于钉匣内芯中,所述切割刀尾部开有一凹槽,所述凹槽对应的钉匣上盖开有一通孔,所述带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器还包括转向锁,所述转向锁的锁头通过通孔卡接在凹槽内实现固定切割刀;所述转向锁外套有转向锁套管。本申请带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器,去除了原有类似于包材的保护套,节省成本;使用中操作更简易化,降低了操作者的操作难度;可以防止操作失误引起的组件无法回复,降低潜在的临床风险。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,特别是涉及一种带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器。
背景技术
目前市场上腔镜吻合器均带有保护套,其目的在于防止产品在运输过程中切割刀意外活动,导致出钉。现有保护套如图1所示,使用中存在以下问题:手术前必须先对组件进行对接,然后摘除保护套,操作繁琐;如先对保护套进行摘除再进行对接,存在严重隐患,如对接不到位导致组件吻合后无法复位等;现有保护套相当于一包材,造成材料浪费。
发明内容
发明目的:基于上述问题,本发明提供一种操作简单、难度低、风险小的带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器,包括钉匣和切割刀,所述钉匣由钉匣内芯和钉匣套管组成,其中,钉匣内芯包括钉匣底座和钉匣上盖,所述切割刀置于钉匣内芯中,所述切割刀尾部开有一凹槽,所述凹槽对应的钉匣上盖开有一通孔,所述带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器还包括转向锁,所述转向锁的锁头通过通孔卡接在凹槽内实现固定切割刀;所述转向锁外套有转向锁套管。
安装套管后可保证转向锁无法脱落。
进一步的,所述转向锁呈一侧开口的套管状。
所述转向锁为PC料加工而成,其韧性良好可以保证其按开口方向套入钉匣内芯轴体上。
进一步的,所述带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器还包括一防转结构。
优选的,所述防转结构由设置在转向锁轴内的凸点和对应设置在钉匣内芯上与之匹配的凹槽组成。解锁时靠转向锁的形变量产生一个挤压力,防止使用前转向锁发生错位。
进一步的,所述转向锁和转向锁套管之间通过4011医用胶水粘合。
为了增加阻尼,所述转向锁和转向锁套管之间涂抹硅脂。
所述转向锁套管上激光打标有刻度指示线。
工作原理:使用本申请所述的带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器时,初始为锁止状态,转向锁的锁头固定在切割刀尾部的凹槽内,当需要解锁使用时,捏住转向锁套管,顺时针旋转30度,使得转向锁锁头从切割刀尾部的凹槽内脱离,实现解锁。
有益效果:相比较于现有技术,本申请所述的带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器,去除了原有类似于包材的保护套,节省成本;使用中操作更简易化,降低了操作者的操作难度;可以防止操作失误引起的组件无法回复,降低潜在的临床风险。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本申请作出详细说明。
如图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,一种带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器,包括钉匣1和切割刀2,钉匣1由钉匣内芯11和钉匣套管12组成,其中,钉匣内芯11包括钉匣底座101和钉匣上盖102,切割刀2置于钉匣内芯11中,切割刀2尾部开有一凹槽21,凹槽21对应的钉匣上盖102开有一通孔103,还包括转向锁3,转向锁3的锁头31通过通孔103卡接在凹槽21内实现锁定切割刀;为了保证转向锁3无法脱落,转向锁3外还套有转向锁套管4。转向锁3呈一侧开口的套管状,为PC料加工而成,其韧性良好可以保证其按开口方向套入钉匣内芯轴体上;转向锁3和转向锁套管4之间通过4011医用胶水粘合,为了增加阻尼,转向锁3和转向锁套管4之间涂抹硅脂。上述带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器还包括一防转结构5,由设置在转向锁轴内的凸点和对应设置在钉匣内芯上与之匹配的凹槽组成,解锁时靠转向锁的形变量产生一个挤压力,进一步防止使用前转向锁发生错位。转向锁套管上还通过激光打标有刻度指示线。

1.一种带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器,包括钉匣(1)和切割刀(2),所述钉匣(1)由钉匣内芯(11)和钉匣套管(12)组成,其中,钉匣内芯(11)包括钉匣底座(101)和钉匣上盖(102),所述切割刀(2)置于钉匣内芯(11)中,其特征在于,所述切割刀(2)尾部开有一凹槽(21),所述凹槽(21)对应的钉匣上盖(102)开有一通孔(103),所述带套管解锁的腔镜吻合器还包括转向锁(3),所述转向锁(3)的锁头(31)通过通孔(103)卡接在凹槽(21)内实现固定切割刀;所述转向锁(3)外套有转向锁套管(4);所述转向锁(3)呈一侧开口的套管状,为PC料加工而成,其韧性良好可以保证其按开口方向套入钉匣内芯轴体上;
还包括一防转结构(5),所述防转结构(5)由设置在转向锁轴内的凸点和对应设置在钉匣内芯上与之匹配的凹槽组成。
