Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,各组分按重量百分比计为:噻菌铜10‑40%、噻霉酮8~25%、中生菌素5‑20%、氢氧化铜5~15%、植物生长素0.2~0.6%、助剂和/或溶剂10‑50%。本发明在水稻病理和生理上对水稻同时发挥作用,既杀菌治病,又能提供植物生长急需地营养元素和生长素,促进生长,提高抗病能力,显示出治病、促长和增产的综合高效功能,有着广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂。
背景技术
水稻细菌性基腐病又称细菌性心腐病。主要分布在广东、广西、福建、江西、浙江、江苏、湖南、湖北、四川等地。该病在涟源市年年发生,发生面积在0.5万亩以上。特别是近10年受气候异常等因素的影响,其发生面积总体有上升趋势,严重年份发生总面积超过了1万亩。在涟源水稻发病田块危害率一般在10-20%,严重的达50%以上。为害症状:水稻苗期到穗期都可发生。苗期受害,初在叶或叶鞘上出现褐色小点,以后向上下蔓延,成为紫褐色条斑,可与叶片等长,病斑边缘清楚。病苗有的不久即枯死,有的在移栽后病情逐渐停止,随着病叶枯黄脱落,不再出现症状。成株期发病,先从叶片基部的中脉上开始。病斑黄色,初黄色,继变黄褐色,直至全部腐烂。心叶抽出前发病,不能继续向上生长而死于心内,形成假枯心,故有心腐病之称。病株有恶臭,用手挤压,有乳白色至淡黄色混浊的菌液流出。在自然情况下,病斑表面也常有黄褐色菌脓分泌出来,有时会被误认为白叶枯病。剑叶也有时发病,并伴有早穗现象,穗颈伸长,小枝梗淡褐色,弯曲畸形,谷粒褐色,多秕。病株一般较健株高,且无效分蘖多。大面积发病时,病田中散发出腥臭味。水稻细菌性褐条病原细菌Pseudomonaspanici(elliott)stapp是一种弱寄生性有萤光的假单胞杆菌属的细菌。流行规律:稻种萌发第一片真叶时显现症状。早晚稻都有发病,低洼受淹稻田,或连日暴雨、受洪水淹没的田块都易发病。一般稻苗受淹后3-8天,开始出现症状。发病轻重与稻苗受淹时间长短成正相关。高温、高温、天气闷热有利于发病。秧苗期及分蘖盛期发病重,幼穗分化期较轻;生长嫩绿的发病重,黄瘦的发病轻;矮杆品种发病重,高杆品种发病轻。
水稻细菌性基腐病由玉米狄克氏细菌侵染引起,近年来在南方稻区发生较重。药剂防治是当前防控该病的主要措施之一,生产上最常用的药是农用硫酸链霉素,但常有农户反映防效不佳。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其配方简单,成本低,使用方便,安全高效,对防治水稻细菌性基腐病效果显著。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,各组分按重量百分比计为:噻菌铜10-40%、噻霉酮8~25%、中生菌素5-20%、氢氧化铜5~15%、植物生长素0.2~0.6%、助剂和/或溶剂10-50%。
进一步的,所述噻霉酮为浓度3%噻霉酮。
进一步的,所述氢氧化铜为浓度46%氢氧化铜。
进一步的,所述噻菌铜浓度为20%噻菌铜。
进一步的,所述中生菌素浓度为3%中生菌素。
进一步的,所述植物生长素为吲哚化合物或奈化合物的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂的剂型是农业上允许的任意一种剂型。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂的剂型是水剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、乳油或水分散粒剂的一种。
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明药剂对水稻细菌性基腐病的防治效果显著,株防效达到93.2%以上,而且对水稻植株生长无不良影响,同时减少了用药量,从而降低了成本和减轻了对环境的污染。
2、本发明在水稻病理和生理上对水稻同时发挥作用,既杀菌治病,又能提供植物生长急需地营养元素和生长素,促进生长,提高抗病能力,显示出治病、促长和增产的综合高效功能,有着广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步描述。
实施例1:水稻细菌性基腐病杀菌剂可溶性粉剂
噻菌铜40%、噻霉酮10%、中生菌素8%、氢氧化铜7%、植物生长素0.6%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚1%、烷基磺酸盐2%、硫酸钠0.5%,白碳黑补足至100%。
将噻菌铜、噻霉酮、中生菌素、氢氧化铜、植物生长素、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基磺酸盐、硫酸钠、白碳黑混合均匀后,通过混合后进行气流粉碎等工艺制得水稻细菌性基腐病杀菌剂可溶性粉剂。
其中,噻霉酮为浓度3%噻霉酮;
氢氧化铜为浓度46%氢氧化铜;
噻菌铜浓度为20%噻菌铜;
中生菌素浓度为3%中生菌素;
植物生长素为吲哚乙酸和奈乙酸混合物,比例为1:1。
实施例2:水稻细菌性基腐病杀菌剂可湿性粉剂
将噻菌铜12%、噻霉酮25%、中生菌素12%、氢氧化铜10%、奈乙酸0.4%、木质素磺酸钙2%、膨润土3%、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚1%、凹凸棒土补足至100%,然后充分混合,经超细粉碎机粉碎后制得水稻细菌性基腐病杀菌剂可湿性粉剂。
其中,噻霉酮为浓度3%噻霉酮;
氢氧化铜为浓度46%氢氧化铜;
噻菌铜浓度为20%噻菌铜;
中生菌素浓度为3%中生菌素。
实施例3:水稻细菌性基腐病杀菌剂微乳剂
噻菌铜15%、噻霉酮10%、中生菌素20%、氢氧化铜15%、吲哚乙酸0.2%、丙酮8%、复硝酚钠0.5%、烷基聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、丙二醇1%、尿素2%,水补足至100%。
将噻菌铜、噻霉酮、中生菌素、氢氧化铜在溶剂中完全溶解后,进行搅拌,同时加植物生长素、入乳化剂、增效助剂和抗冻剂,待上述体系混匀后,再将水慢慢加入上述混合液中,充分搅拌后即可配成不同含量的微乳剂。
其中,噻霉酮为浓度3%噻霉酮;
氢氧化铜为浓度46%氢氧化铜;
噻菌铜浓度为20%噻菌铜;
中生菌素浓度为3%中生菌素。

1.一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂各组分按重量百分比计为:噻菌铜10-40%、噻霉酮8~25%、中生菌素5-20%、氢氧化铜5~15%、植物生长素0.2~0.6%、助剂和/或溶剂10-50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述噻霉酮为浓度3%噻霉酮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述氢氧化铜为浓度46%氢氧化铜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述噻菌铜浓度为20%噻菌铜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述中生菌素浓度为3%中生菌素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述植物生长素为吲哚化合物或奈化合物的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂的剂型是农业上允许的任意一种剂型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻细菌性基腐病的杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂的剂型是水剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、乳油或水分散粒剂的一种。
