本发明涉及杀菌、消毒产品技术领域，特别公开了一种三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂。该三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂，以三氯异氰尿酸、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙甲基纤维素、洒石酸、己二酸、氯酸钾、碘酸钠为原料，按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明使用安全，稳定性好，杀菌效率高，制作方法简单，生产成本低，适用范围广，可用于食用菌生产过程中卫生消毒，同时该消毒剂溶于水后还可用于对鱼池、游泳池、餐具进行消毒，是具有烟水两用的多功能消毒剂。

Description

一种三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂
（一）技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌、消毒产品技术领域，特别涉及一种三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂。
（二）背景技术
烟雾消毒剂用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物，使其达到无害化要求，既可适用于医院的病毒疫源地，还可用于污染物壁地地面，仓库、蚕室、禽室等物体表面烟雾卫生消毒。消毒剂由于使用方便，且成本低廉，成为人们日常消毒杀菌的首选。
在人们的生活环境中，存在大量的真菌、细菌、放射菌、病毒等有害微生物。在日常生活中，一定要对家庭及公共场所的环境和物品进行定期消毒，及时消除生活环境中的有害微生物。目前常用的烟雾消毒剂，存在消毒效果不太理想，成本高，安全稳定性差等缺陷。
（三）发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种杀菌效果好、生产成本低、安全稳定的三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：
三氯异氰尿酸60-70份、羟乙基纤维素5-8份、羟丙甲基纤维素4-6份、洒石酸10-12份、己二酸5-10份、氯酸钾2-8份、碘酸钠3-5份。
本发明以三氯异氰尿酸为主要原料，采用羟乙基纤维素、羟丙甲基纤维素、己二酸为助燃剂，起到了易点燃、发烟量大的作用，提高了烟雾的杀菌消毒效果；同时，采用洒石酸为稳定剂，氯酸钾、碘酸钠为助效剂，使得消毒效果得到显著提高。
其优选的重量配比为：
三氯异氰尿酸64份、羟乙基纤维素6份、羟丙甲基纤维素5份、洒石酸12份、己二酸6份、氯酸钾3份、碘酸钠4份。
所述消毒剂为粉剂，将各原料称重后制成粉料，置于混拌机中混合均匀制成。
本发明使用安全，稳定性好，杀菌效率高，制作方法简单，生产成本低，适用范围广，可用于食用菌生产过程中卫生消毒，也可用于医院的病房、疫源地、污染物壁地地面、仓库、蚕室、禽室等的烟雾卫生消毒，同时该消毒剂溶于水后还可用于对鱼池、游泳池、餐具进行消毒，是具有烟水两用的多功能消毒剂。
（四）具体实施方式
实施例1：
（1）计量称取：三氯异氰尿酸64份、羟乙基纤维素6份、羟丙甲基纤维素5份、洒石酸12份、己二酸6份、氯酸钾3份、碘酸钠4份；并且将各原料制成粉料；
（2）混拌：将计量好的各组份原料送入混拌机中进行混拌，混拌均匀；
（3）将混拌好的物料称重，每100g一份分装塑封，即得本发明的产品。
实施例2：
（1）计量称取：三氯异氰尿酸62份、羟乙基纤维素5份、羟丙甲基纤维素6份、洒石酸11份、己二酸7份、氯酸钾4份、碘酸钠5份；并且将各原料制成粉料；
（2）混拌：将计量好的各组份原料送入混拌机中进行混拌，混拌均匀；
（3）将混拌好的物料称重，每150g一份分装塑封，即得本发明的产品。
实施例3：
（1）计量称取：三氯异氰尿酸67份、羟乙基纤维素5份、羟丙甲基纤维素4份、洒石酸10份、己二酸9份、氯酸钾2份、碘酸钠3份；并将各原料制成粉料；
（2）混拌：将计量好的各组份原料送入混拌机中进行混拌，混合均匀；
（3）将混拌好的物料称重，每200g一份分装塑封，即得本发明的产品。
本发明应用助燃剂：羟乙基纤维素、羟丙甲基纤维素、己二酸，起到了易点燃发烟量大等优点，提高烟雾的杀菌消毒效率，通过对比实验明显高于其他烟雾消毒剂；应用了稳定剂洒石酸，使产品安全性显著提高；应用了助效剂氯酸钾、碘酸钠，使烟雾消毒剂消毒效果得到很大提高。
三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂溶于水后，可作为水剂喷撒消毒。因此本发明三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂是一种杀菌效果好，生产成本低，使用安全稳定的烟雾和水剂两用多功能消毒剂。

Claims (3)

1.一种三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：三氯异氰尿酸60-70份、羟乙基纤维素5-8份、羟丙甲基纤维素4-6份、洒石酸10-12份、己二酸5-10份、氯酸钾2-8份、碘酸钠3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料制成：三氯异氰尿酸64份、羟乙基纤维素6份、羟丙甲基纤维素5份、洒石酸12份、己二酸6份、氯酸钾3份、碘酸钠4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三氯异氰尿酸烟雾消毒剂，其特征在于：所述消毒剂为粉剂。
