Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Aiming at the problems that the existing humidifier can not be dried and scales are easy to form on the heater, the embodiment of the invention uses the following three characteristics of the existing electric pressure cooker for reference: 1. when the electric pressure cooker is heated, the temperature of water in the cooker can reach 106 ℃, and when the exhaust valve is opened, a large amount of water vapor is discharged into a room; 2. the electric pressure cooker structure is provided with the thermal fuse, so that dry burning can be effectively prevented; 3. the inner container of the electric pressure cooker can be disassembled for cleaning, thereby having the characteristic of no scaling. The basic idea of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the electric pressure cooker has the advantages that the electric pressure cooker is combined with the three characteristics, the electromagnetic exhaust valve is controlled to be opened and closed when the electric pressure cooker is in a working state, so that water vapor is controlled to be discharged indoors, the effect of improving indoor relative humidity is achieved, the problem that the conventional humidifier cannot be dried, scaling is easy to occur on a heating body, and the indoor humidity is controlled in an open loop mode is solved.
Based on the above idea, the embodiments of the present invention are explained by the following embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, which illustrates an electric pressure cooker 10 for adjusting humidity according to an embodiment of the present invention, the electric pressure cooker 10 may include: a humidity sensor 101, a main control unit 102 and an exhaust valve 103; the exhaust valves 103 of the humidity sensors 101 are connected with the main control unit 102; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the humidity sensor 101 is used for detecting the current indoor humidity and transmitting the current indoor humidity to the main control unit 102;
the main control unit 102 is used for generating a control instruction according to the current humidity and the working state of the electric pressure cooker and transmitting the control instruction to the exhaust valve 103;
and the exhaust valve 103 is used for opening or closing according to a control command.
In the method shown in fig. 1, the main control unit 102 controls the opening or closing of the exhaust valve 103 according to the current indoor humidity detected by the humidity sensor 101, so that the water vapor inside the main body 100 of the electric pressure cooker 10 is exhausted into the room to adjust the indoor air humidity.
In a specific implementation process, the main control unit 102 may be a main program control board or a unit with a control function, which is not described in detail in this embodiment. The exhaust valve 103 is provided with a solenoid, and the opening and closing of the exhaust valve 103 are controlled by energizing and de-energizing the solenoid, accordingly, the control command transmitted by the main control unit 102 can be specifically used for controlling the energizing or de-energizing of the solenoid in the exhaust valve 103.
For example, since the embodiment of the present invention regulates the indoor air humidity by discharging the water vapor in the electric pressure cooker, the main control unit 102 needs to generate a control command according to the indoor current humidity detected by the humidity sensor 101 and the operating state of the electric pressure cooker. Specifically, the master control unit 102 may be configured to:
when the electric pressure cooker is in a water boiling state and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches a preset pressure value, generating a corresponding control instruction according to a humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity value is located; or
When the electric pressure cooker is in a food rolling heating section in a food heating state and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches a preset pressure value, a corresponding control instruction is generated according to a humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity value is located.
It will be appreciated that the preset pressure value may be 80 Kpa.
Specifically, the specific process of the main control unit 102 generating the corresponding control instruction according to the humidity interval where the indoor current humidity value is located may include:
when the indoor current humidity value is not less than a preset standard comfortable humidity value, generating a first control instruction; wherein the first control instruction is used for closing the exhaust valve 103, so that the electric pressure cooker does not exhaust water vapor indoors;
when the indoor current humidity value is smaller than the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the difference value between the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is in a first interval, generating a second control instruction; the second control instruction is used for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state in the first time period;
when the indoor current humidity value is smaller than the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the difference value between the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is in a second interval, generating a third control instruction; the third control instruction is used for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state in the second time period;
when the indoor current humidity value is smaller than the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the difference value between the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is in a third interval, generating a fourth control instruction; the fourth control instruction is used for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state in the third time period;
it is understood that the length of the first time period is less than the second time period, and the length of the second time period is less than the third time period.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the preset standard comfort humidity value is 55%, and the indoor current humidity value is a%; when the pressure value 55-A is less than or equal to 0, the main control unit 102 generates a first control instruction for closing the exhaust valve 103, so that the electric pressure cooker does not discharge water vapor indoors; when the value 0<55-A is less than or equal to 10, the main control unit 102 generates a second control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 60 seconds, so that the electric pressure cooker continuously exhausts water vapor indoors for 60 seconds; when the pressure cooker 10<55-A is less than or equal to 20, the main control unit 102 generates a third control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 120 seconds, so that the pressure cooker can exhaust water vapor indoors for 120 seconds; when 120<55-A, the main control unit 102 generates a fourth control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opened state within 180 seconds, so that the electric pressure cooker discharges water vapor indoors for 180 seconds.
It can be understood that, the number of the intervals in which the difference between the preset standard comfort humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is located and the range of the intervals can be adjusted and changed by those skilled in the art according to actual needs; correspondingly, the duration time period for maintaining the opening state of the exhaust valve 103 corresponding to each interval may also be changed according to the actual application scenario, which is not described in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, after the exhaust valve 103 is opened to discharge the water vapor into the room, the temperature sensor 101 may perform humidity detection again after a preset time interval, thereby cyclically controlling the humidity value in the room. Thus, the present embodiment can adjust the humidity of the indoor air by closed-loop control.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the electric pressure cooker 10 may further include a humidifying function switch 104 for controlling the humidity sensor 101 to be turned on or off; it can be understood that the above technical solution is only started to be executed when the humidification function switch 104 turns on the humidity sensor 101; when the humidifying function switch 104 turns off the humidity sensor 101, the electric pressure cooker is used according to the usual function.
This embodiment provides an electric pressure cooker 10 of humidity regulation, through opening and closing of control electromagnetism discharge valve when electric pressure cooker operating condition to control is to indoor discharge vapor, in order to realize promoting indoor relative humidity's effect, thereby avoided current humidifier can not dry combustion method, easy scale deposit on the heating member moreover, and be the shortcoming through open loop control to indoor humidity.

s301: when the humidifying function switch is turned on, the main control unit judges the working state of the electric pressure cooker; when the food is in a heating state, turning to S302; when the water is in the water boiling state, the step is switched to S306;
it should be noted that the humidifying function switch may be an entity switch or a touch switch, and the humidity adjustment control of the subsequent electric pressure cooker is turned on or off by receiving the operation of the user.
S302: when the electric pressure cooker is in a state of heating food, judging whether the electric pressure cooker is in a food rolling heating section; when the food is not in the food rolling and heating section, the step is switched to S303; when the food is in the food rolling heating section, the step is switched to S304;
s303: the electric pressure cooker works according to a normal program;
s304: when the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches 80Kpa, the humidity sensor detects the indoor humidity;
s305: the main control unit controls the opening and closing of the exhaust valve according to the indoor humidity value;
s306: when the electric pressure cooker is in a water boiling state and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches 80Kpa, the humidity sensor detects the indoor humidity;
s307: the main control unit controls the opening and closing of the exhaust valve according to the indoor humidity value.
For the scheme, a preset standard comfortable humidity value is set to be 55%, and an indoor current humidity value is A%; it should be noted that, the controlling, by the main control unit, the opening and closing of the exhaust valve according to the indoor humidity value may specifically include:
when the pressure value 55-A is less than or equal to 0, the main control unit generates a first control instruction for closing the exhaust valve 103, so that the electric pressure cooker does not discharge water vapor indoors; as shown in fig. 4, the arrows indicate the water vapor in the electric pressure cooker body 100, and the water vapor remains in the electric pressure cooker body 100 because the exhaust valve is closed;
when the value 0<55-A is less than or equal to 10, the main control unit 102 generates a second control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 60 seconds, so that the electric pressure cooker continuously exhausts water vapor indoors for 60 seconds;
when the pressure cooker 10<55-A is less than or equal to 20, the main control unit 102 generates a third control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 120 seconds, so that the pressure cooker can exhaust water vapor indoors for 120 seconds;
when 120<55-A, the main control unit 102 generates a fourth control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve 103 to be opened and maintaining the opened state within 180 seconds, so that the electric pressure cooker discharges water vapor indoors for 180 seconds.
When the exhaust valve is opened, as shown in fig. 5, the arrows indicate the water vapor in the electric pressure cooker body 100, and the exhaust valve is opened, so that the water vapor is discharged from the electric pressure cooker body 100 and enters the room, thereby increasing the indoor humidity.
According to the technical scheme, the humidity sensor, the main control unit and the exhaust valve are used for performing closed-loop control on the indoor humidity, as shown in fig. 6, so that the defect that the existing humidifier performs open-loop control on the indoor humidity is overcome.

For example, a solenoid is arranged in the exhaust valve, and the opening and the closing of the exhaust valve are controlled by energizing and de-energizing the solenoid, and accordingly, the control command can be specifically used for controlling the energizing or de-energizing of the solenoid in the exhaust valve.
For example, since the embodiment of the present invention regulates the indoor air humidity by exhausting the water vapor in the electric pressure cooker, the main control unit needs to generate a control command according to the indoor current humidity detected by the humidity sensor and the operating state of the electric pressure cooker. Specifically, the main control unit generates the control command according to the current humidity and the working state of the electric pressure cooker, and may include:

when the electric pressure cooker is in a food rolling heating section in a food heating state and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches a preset pressure value, a corresponding control instruction is generated according to a humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity value is located.
It will be appreciated that the preset pressure value may be 80 Kpa.
Specifically, the main control unit generates a corresponding control instruction according to a humidity interval where the indoor current humidity value is located, and specifically may include:
when the indoor current humidity value is not less than the preset standard comfortable humidity value, the main control unit generates a first control instruction; wherein the first control command is used for closing the exhaust valve;
when the indoor current humidity value is smaller than a preset standard comfortable humidity value and the difference value between the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is in a first interval, the main control unit generates a second control instruction; the second control instruction is used for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened and maintaining the opening state in the first time period;
when the indoor current humidity value is smaller than the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the difference value between the preset standard comfortable humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is in a second interval, the main control unit generates a third control instruction; the third control instruction is used for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened and maintaining the opening state in the second time period;

the length of the first time period is smaller than the second time period, and the length of the second time period is smaller than the third time period.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the preset standard comfort humidity value is 55%, and the indoor current humidity value is a%; when the 55-A is less than or equal to 0, the main control unit generates a first control instruction for closing the exhaust valve, so that the electric pressure cooker does not discharge water vapor indoors; when the value 0 is more than or equal to 55-A and less than or equal to 10, the main control unit generates a second control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 60 seconds, so that the electric pressure cooker can discharge water vapor indoors for 60 seconds; when the pressure cooker is 10<55-A < 20, the main control unit generates a third control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 120 seconds, so that the pressure cooker can discharge water vapor indoors for 120 seconds; when 120<55-A, the main control unit generates a fourth control instruction for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened and maintaining the opening state within 180 seconds, so that the electric pressure cooker discharges water vapor indoors for 180 seconds.
It can be understood that, the number of the intervals in which the difference between the preset standard comfort humidity value and the indoor current humidity value is located and the range of the intervals can be adjusted and changed by those skilled in the art according to actual needs; correspondingly, the duration time period for maintaining the opening state of the exhaust valve corresponding to each interval can also be changed according to the actual application scenario, which is not described in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, after the exhaust valve is opened to discharge the water vapor into the room, the temperature sensor may perform the humidity detection again after a preset time interval, thereby cyclically controlling the humidity value in the room. Thus, the present embodiment can adjust the humidity of the indoor air by closed-loop control.
Preferably, before the humidity sensor detects the current humidity in the room, the method may further include:
controlling the humidity sensor to be turned on or off;
it can be understood that the above technical solution is only started to be executed when the humidification function switch turns on the humidity sensor; when the humidifying function switch turns off the humidity sensor, the electric pressure cooker is used according to the common function.
