背景技术

油茶中的茶皂素是一种天然功能性活性成分,其去油、去污能力非常强,能迅速去除油污;可用于碗筷、盘子、锅子、蔬菜、水果等的清洗。中国是茶籽油生产的大国,每年产生大量的副产品茶籽饼粕,很少用来做进一步的深加工,价值很低,没有得到充分利用。

S1.将脱油后的油茶籽粕用干燥机干燥;
S2.将干燥后的油茶籽粕,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末;

S3.将S2步骤制得的油茶籽粉40~55份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10~15份、水2~3份混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200~400r/min,搅拌5~8min,形成混合溶液;
S4.将无水碳酸钠20~30份、硅酸钠3~6份、羧甲基纤维素1~2.5份、水1~2份加入到步骤S3制得的混合溶液中搅拌,搅拌速度为300~500r/min,搅拌5~10min,形成糊状混合物,备用;
S5.将蛋白酶2~3份加入到步骤S4制得的糊状混合物中搅拌,搅拌速度为100~300r/min,搅拌5~8min,形成糊状混合物,备用;
S6.将步骤S5中制得的糊状混合物,用干燥机干燥,得到大颗粒的洗衣粉固体,备用;
S7.将步骤S6制得的洗衣粉固体粉碎,得到洗衣粉成品,包装完成。

2、本发明采用微波干燥,由于微波干燥能够深入到物料的内部,内外同时加热,而不是依靠物料本身的热传导,脱水速度更快,避免常规加热过程中容易引起材料的表面硬化几不均匀等现象。

S4.将无水碳酸钠25份、硅酸钠4.5份、羧甲基纤维素1.5份、水1.5份加入到步骤S3制得的混合溶液中搅拌,搅拌速度为400r/min,搅拌10min,形成糊状混合物,备用;
S5.将蛋白酶2.5份加入到步骤S4制得的糊状混合物中搅拌,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌7min,形成糊状混合物,备用;
S6.将步骤S5中制得的糊状混合物,用干燥机干燥,得到大颗粒的洗衣粉固体,备用;
S7.将步骤S6制得的洗衣粉固体粉碎,得到洗衣粉成品,包装完成。

S5.将蛋白酶3份加入到步骤S4制得的糊状混合物中搅拌,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌7min,形成糊状混合物,备用;
S6.将步骤S5中制得的糊状混合物,用干燥机干燥,得到大颗粒的洗衣粉固体,备用;
S7.将步骤S6制得的洗衣粉固体粉碎,得到洗衣粉成品,包装完成。

Claims (7)
1.一种油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣粉的制备,包括以下步骤:
S1.将油茶籽粕用干燥机干燥,备用;
S2.将干燥的油茶籽粕用粉碎机粉碎成粉末,备用;
S3.将S2中制得的油茶籽粉末与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、水混合搅拌,形成混合溶液,备用;
S4.然后加入无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素混合搅拌,备用;
S5.再加入蛋白酶搅拌混合,得到糊状混合物,备用;
S6.用干燥机将步骤S5中制得的糊状混合物干燥,得到洗衣粉固体,备用;
S7.步骤S6制得的洗衣粉固体粉碎、过筛,得到成大小均匀的颗粒即洗衣粉成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,洗衣粉由下述组分(按质量份数)组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10~15份;羧甲基纤维素1~2.5份;无水碳酸钠20~30份;油茶籽粉40~55份;硅酸钠3~6份;蛋白酶2~3份;水3~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中油茶籽粕中茶皂素含量为20%~25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1与S6中的干燥机为微波干燥机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中油茶籽粉末过200~500目筛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S7中洗衣粉成品颗粒过30~80目筛。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油茶籽洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S7中所述洗衣粉成品水分含量为0.1%~0.5%。
