一种建筑用粘接剂制备工艺,其特征在于,将聚酯聚氨酯与异氰酸酯倒入反应釜中混合,混合转速为55r/min,搅拌时间为15min,搅拌温度为60度,搅拌完成后静置1h,之后再加入高岭土颗粒和云母颗粒继续搅拌,搅拌转速为30r/min,搅拌时间为12min即可。

一种建筑用粘接剂制备工艺,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:55份将聚酯聚氨酯与16份异氰酸酯倒入反应釜中混合,混合转速为55r/min,搅拌时间为15min,搅拌温度为60度,搅拌完成后静置1h,之后再加入14份高岭土颗粒和18份云母颗粒继续搅拌,搅拌转速为30r/min,搅拌时间为12min即可。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的粘接剂的的粘接性能极佳,可广泛用于工程建筑,机械装配等领域的型材粘结。
