Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保包装材料及其制备方法,属于包装材料技术领域。其由如下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5‑15份、植物淀粉4‑12份、增溶剂2‑8份、增塑剂4‑8份、碳酸钙4‑12份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4‑16份、可降解塑料母粒5‑15份、三元乙丙橡胶5‑15份、发泡剂4‑12份和六次甲基四胺4‑12份。本发明的环保包装材料,不仅色彩以及操作性均与含苯包装材料无区别,而且由于不含甲苯,从而对环境大气无污染均有非常明显的效果,对现场操作员工的身体无伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保包装材料及其制备方法,属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着低碳经济和绿色包装的理念逐步被人们认可,环保包装材料已经得到广泛应用。目前,市场上的包装材料多种多样,相同的领域都会有很多种不同类型的环保包装材料,但这些环保包装材料长时间使用都会挥发出不良的气体,影响包装材料的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种环保包装材料及其制备方法。本发明的环保包装材料,不仅色彩以及操作性均与含苯包装材料无区别,而且由于不含甲苯,从而对环境大气无污染均有非常明显的效果,对现场操作员工的身体无伤害。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种环保包装材料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5-15份、植物淀粉4-12份、增溶剂2-8份、增塑剂4-8份、碳酸钙4-12份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4-16份、可降解塑料母粒5-15份、三元乙丙橡胶5-15份、发泡剂4-12份和六次甲基四胺4-12份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,由如下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10份、植物淀粉8份、增溶剂5份、增塑剂6份、碳酸钙8份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、可降解塑料母粒10份、三元乙丙橡胶10份、发泡剂8份和六次甲基四胺8份。
进一步,所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯。
进一步,所述增塑剂为乙基己基胺。
进一步,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
一种环保包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取如下重量份数的原料:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5-15份、植物淀粉4-12份、增溶剂2-8份、增塑剂4-8份、碳酸钙4-12份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4-16份、可降解塑料母粒5-15份、三元乙丙橡胶5-15份、发泡剂4-12份和六次甲基四胺4-12份;
(2)将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、增溶剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙混合后,在85℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅰ;
(3)将植物淀粉、甲苯二异氰酸酯、可降解塑料母粒、三元乙丙橡胶混合,搅拌均匀,在60℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅱ;
(4)将糊化液Ⅰ和糊化液Ⅱ充分混合,依次加入发泡剂和六次甲基四胺,充分搅拌均匀后通入惰性气体进行除去其它气体,再置于真空磨具内定型,即得到所述环保包装材料。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,步骤(1)所述原料的重量份数为:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10份、植物淀粉8份、增溶剂5份、增塑剂6份、碳酸钙8份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、可降解塑料母粒10份、三元乙丙橡胶10份、发泡剂8份和六次甲基四胺8份。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的环保包装材料,不仅色彩以及操作性均与含苯包装材料无区别,而且由于不含甲苯,从而对环境大气无污染均有非常明显的效果,对现场操作员工的身体无伤害。
(2)本发明所用原料都是易降解对环境无污染的天然有机物,且生产成本低,能够取代现有的包装材料。
(3)本发明的制备方法简单,市场前景广阔,适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
本实施例的环保包装材料,由如下重量的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5kg、植物淀粉12kg、增溶剂2kg、增塑剂8kg、碳酸钙4kg、甲苯二异氰酸酯16kg、可降解塑料母粒5kg、三元乙丙橡胶15kg、发泡剂4kg和六次甲基四胺12kg,其中,所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯,所述增塑剂为乙基己基胺,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
上述环保包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取如下重量的原料:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5kg、植物淀粉12kg、增溶剂2kg、增塑剂8kg、碳酸钙4kg、甲苯二异氰酸酯16kg、可降解塑料母粒5kg、三元乙丙橡胶15kg、发泡剂4kg和六次甲基四胺12kg;
(2)将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、增溶剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙混合后,在85℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅰ;
(3)将植物淀粉、甲苯二异氰酸酯、可降解塑料母粒、三元乙丙橡胶混合,搅拌均匀,在60℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅱ;
(4)将糊化液Ⅰ和糊化液Ⅱ充分混合,依次加入发泡剂和六次甲基四胺,充分搅拌均匀后通入惰性气体进行除去其它气体,再置于真空磨具内定型,即得到所述环保包装材料。
实施例2:
本实施例的环保包装材料,由如下重量的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10kg、植物淀粉8kg、增溶剂5kg、增塑剂6kg、碳酸钙8kg、甲苯二异氰酸酯10kg、可降解塑料母粒10kg、三元乙丙橡胶10kg、发泡剂8kg和六次甲基四胺8kg,其中,所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯,所述增塑剂为乙基己基胺,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
上述环保包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取如下重量的原料:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10kg、植物淀粉8kg、增溶剂5kg、增塑剂6kg、碳酸钙8kg、甲苯二异氰酸酯10kg、可降解塑料母粒10kg、三元乙丙橡胶10kg、发泡剂8kg和六次甲基四胺8kg;
(2)将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、增溶剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙混合后,在85℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅰ;
(3)将植物淀粉、甲苯二异氰酸酯、可降解塑料母粒、三元乙丙橡胶混合,搅拌均匀,在60℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅱ;
(4)将糊化液Ⅰ和糊化液Ⅱ充分混合,依次加入发泡剂和六次甲基四胺,充分搅拌均匀后通入惰性气体进行除去其它气体,再置于真空磨具内定型,即得到所述环保包装材料。
实施例3:
本实施例的环保包装材料,由如下重量的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺15kg、植物淀粉4kg、增溶剂8kg、增塑剂4kg、碳酸钙16kg、甲苯二异氰酸酯5kg、可降解塑料母粒15kg、三元乙丙橡胶5kg、发泡剂12kg和六次甲基四胺4kg,其中,所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯,所述增塑剂为乙基己基胺,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
上述环保包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取如下重量的原料:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺15kg、植物淀粉4kg、增溶剂8kg、增塑剂4kg、碳酸钙16kg、甲苯二异氰酸酯5kg、可降解塑料母粒15kg、三元乙丙橡胶5kg、发泡剂12kg和六次甲基四胺4kg;
(2)将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、增溶剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙混合后,在85℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅰ;
(3)将植物淀粉、甲苯二异氰酸酯、可降解塑料母粒、三元乙丙橡胶混合,搅拌均匀,在60℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅱ;
(4)将糊化液Ⅰ和糊化液Ⅱ充分混合,依次加入发泡剂和六次甲基四胺,充分搅拌均匀后通入惰性气体进行除去其它气体,再置于真空磨具内定型,即得到所述环保包装材料。
实施例1-3所得环保包装材料的拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量,结果如表1所示。

1.一种环保包装材料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5-15份、植物淀粉4-12份、增溶剂2-8份、增塑剂4-8份、碳酸钙4-12份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4-16份、可降解塑料母粒5-15份、三元乙丙橡胶5-15份、发泡剂4-12份和六次甲基四胺4-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保包装材料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10份、植物淀粉8份、增溶剂5份、增塑剂6份、碳酸钙8份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、可降解塑料母粒10份、三元乙丙橡胶10份、发泡剂8份和六次甲基四胺8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保包装材料,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保包装材料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为乙基己基胺。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保包装材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
6.一种环保包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取如下重量份数的原料:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺5-15份、植物淀粉4-12份、增溶剂2-8份、增塑剂4-8份、碳酸钙4-12份、甲苯二异氰酸酯4-16份、可降解塑料母粒5-15份、三元乙丙橡胶5-15份、发泡剂4-12份和六次甲基四胺4-12份;
(2)将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、增溶剂、增塑剂、碳酸钙混合后,在85℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅰ;
(3)将植物淀粉、甲苯二异氰酸酯、可降解塑料母粒、三元乙丙橡胶混合,搅拌均匀,在60℃下溶解糊化,得糊化液Ⅱ;
(4)将糊化液Ⅰ和糊化液Ⅱ充分混合,依次加入发泡剂和六次甲基四胺,充分搅拌均匀后通入惰性气体进行除去其它气体,再置于真空磨具内定型,即得到所述环保包装材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述原料的重量份数为:乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10份、植物淀粉8份、增溶剂5份、增塑剂6份、碳酸钙8份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、可降解塑料母粒10份、三元乙丙橡胶10份、发泡剂8份和六次甲基四胺8份。
