Abstract
本发明是一种复合隔热瓦,耐老化改性聚酯薄膜通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与漫反射镜面铝箔连接,漫反射镜面铝箔通过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜连接,高分子膜与冷轧板连接,冷轧板通过防锈底涂料与钢板连接,本发明利用漫反射反光起到隔热效果,下雨天降噪明显,并且轻便,容易加工施工,降低建筑架构承重要求,增加了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种复合隔热瓦,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的彩钢瓦/隔热瓦都是铁板上喷涂油漆,隔热效果非常低,夏天厂房内及其闷热,容易腐蚀生锈,特别是螺丝钉处,下雨天噪音非常大,特别是在南方市场以及东南亚,例如越南、柬埔寨等市场。
而泡沫夹心彩钢瓦是两层彩钢瓦中间夹隔热泡沫,首先用料多,需要两层彩钢板,成本高,并且重量大,最主要的是泡沫夹心彩钢瓦不防火,消防部门已经命令禁止继续使用泡沫夹心彩钢瓦,再有岩棉夹心彩钢瓦,虽然隔热效果也不错,但是成本高,也是需要两层彩钢,而且重量大,对于建筑承重要求高,从而提高整个建筑用钢量,提高成本。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以往使用寿命短、耐水性差、不易施工,本发明提供一种复合隔热瓦。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开一种复合隔热瓦,包括钢板、防锈底涂料、冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、漫反射镜面铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐老化改性聚酯薄膜,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与漫反射镜面铝箔连接,所述漫反射镜面铝箔通过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜连接,所述高分子膜与冷轧板连接,所述冷轧板通过防锈底涂料与钢板连接,冷轧板的厚度0.35mm-0.55mm,本发明利用漫反射反光起到隔热效果,经试验,对比普通彩钢瓦,隔热效果能达到夏天同等条件下降温8-10度,并且耐酸碱腐蚀,同时下雨天降噪明显,并且轻便,容易加工施工,降低建筑架构承重要求,增加了使用寿命。
进一步,所述漫反射镜面铝箔使用烘干箱烘烤,烘烤温度70°-100°,可以更好的将漫反射镜面铝箔复合。
进一步,所述钢板脱脂清洗并钝化处理,所述钢板加热至220°与防锈底涂料复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年。

实施例1:
如图1所示一种复合隔热瓦,包括钢板、防锈底涂料、冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、漫反射镜面铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐老化改性聚酯薄膜,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与漫反射镜面铝箔连接,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜厚底25µm,所述漫反射镜面铝箔通过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜连接,所述高分子膜与冷轧板连接,所述冷轧板通过防锈底涂料与钢板连接,冷轧板的厚度0.35mm,所述钢板脱脂清洗并钝化处理,所述钢板加热至220°与防锈底涂料复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年,所述漫反射镜面铝箔使用烘干箱烘烤,烘烤温度70°,可以更好的将漫反射镜面铝箔复合,本发明利用漫反射反光起到隔热效果,经试验,对比普通彩钢瓦,隔热效果能达到夏天同等条件下降温8-10度,并且耐酸碱腐蚀,同时下雨天降噪明显,并且轻便,容易加工施工,降低建筑架构承重要求,增加了使用寿命。

如图1所示一种复合隔热瓦,包括钢板、防锈底涂料、冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、漫反射镜面铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐老化改性聚酯薄膜,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与漫反射镜面铝箔连接,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜厚底35µm,所述漫反射镜面铝箔通过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜连接,所述高分子膜与冷轧板连接,所述冷轧板通过防锈底涂料与钢板连接,冷轧板的厚度0.45mm,所述钢板脱脂清洗并钝化处理,所述钢板加热至220°与防锈底涂料复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年,所述漫反射镜面铝箔使用烘干箱烘烤,烘烤温度85°,可以更好的将漫反射镜面铝箔复合,本发明利用漫反射反光起到隔热效果,经试验,对比普通彩钢瓦,隔热效果能达到夏天同等条件下降温8-10度,并且耐酸碱腐蚀,同时下雨天降噪明显,并且轻便,容易加工施工,降低建筑架构承重要求,增加了使用寿命。
实施例3:
如图1所示一种复合隔热瓦,包括钢板、防锈底涂料、冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、漫反射镜面铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐老化改性聚酯薄膜,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与漫反射镜面铝箔连接,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜厚底50µm,所述漫反射镜面铝箔通过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜连接,所述高分子膜与冷轧板连接,所述冷轧板通过防锈底涂料与钢板连接,冷轧板的厚度0.55mm,所述钢板脱脂清洗并钝化处理,所述钢板加热至220°与防锈底涂料复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年,所述漫反射镜面铝箔使用烘干箱烘烤,烘烤温度100°,可以更好的将漫反射镜面铝箔复合,本发明利用漫反射反光起到隔热效果,经试验,对比普通彩钢瓦,隔热效果能达到夏天同等条件下降温8-10度,并且耐酸碱腐蚀,同时下雨天降噪明显,并且轻便,容易加工施工,降低建筑架构承重要求,增加了使用寿命。
Claims (5)
1.一种复合隔热瓦,其特征在于,包括钢板、防锈底涂料、冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、漫反射镜面铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐老化改性聚酯薄膜,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与漫反射镜面铝箔连接,所述漫反射镜面铝箔通过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜连接,所述高分子膜与冷轧板连接,所述冷轧板通过防锈底涂料与钢板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合隔热瓦,其特征在于,所述漫反射镜面铝箔使用烘干箱烘烤,烘烤温度70°-100°。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种复合隔热瓦,其特征在于,所述钢板脱脂清洗并钝化处理,所述钢板加热至220°与防锈底涂料复合。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种复合隔热瓦,其特征在于,所述冷轧板的厚度0.35mm-0.55mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种复合隔热瓦,其特征在于,所述耐老化改性聚酯薄膜厚底25—50µm。
