立式自吸泵广泛应用于电力、冶金、石化、采矿等行业, 现有的立式自吸泵流道进口流速不均匀,易形成涡带及由此引起的振动, 泵效率低,泵运行时产生的径向力、轴向力大,润滑装置散热效果不好, 成本高,大大降低了立式自吸泵的使用寿命。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是要提供一种自吸泵,它能很好 地克服目前立式自吸泵所存在的问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的, 一种自吸泵,是由进水段、吸水管、导水锥、喇叭管、首级泵体、轴 承座、滑动轴承等所组成,其特征在于:在首级泵体的外侧设置有进水段, 所述的进水段与吸水管相连,吸水管的另一端喇叭管设置在首级泵体的中 央,所述的喇叭管内设置有导水锥;喇叭管的上方设置有轴承座,轴承座 内设置有套在泵轴上的滑动轴承,由螺钉穿过轴承压盖对其密封,并对轴 承装置采用泵工作的自压液压循环润滑装置进行水润滑;泵轴的顶端分别 设置有首级叶轮和次级叶轮,所述的首级叶轮和次级叶轮采用反向对称设 置;所述的首级泵体的上段连接着次级泵体,首级泵体和次级泵体的水力设计采用双涡壳,并采用将首级泵体和次级泵体螺旋型压水室错开180度 的设置。本发明流道进口流速均匀,消除涡带及由此引起的振动,泵 效率高,能将泵运行时产生的径向力、轴向力减小到最低程度,润滑装置 散热效果好,大大提高了立式自吸泵的使用寿命。

1.一种自吸泵,是由进水段(1)、吸水管(2)、导水锥(3)、 喇叭管(4)、首级泵体(5)、轴承座(8)、滑动轴承(7)所组成,其特 征在于:在首级泵体(5)的外侧设置有进水段(1),所述的进水段(1) 与吸水管(2)相连,吸水管(2)的另一端喇叭管(4)设置在首级泵体 (5)的中央,所述的喇叭管(4)内设置有导水锥(3);喇叭管(4)的 上方设置有轴承座(8),轴承座(8)内设置有套在泵轴上的滑动轴承(7), 由螺钉穿过轴承压盖(6)对其密封,并对轴承装置采用泵工作的自压液 压循环润滑装置进行水润滑。
