Abstract
The invention provides a washing machine, which is provided with a main controller, a drive control part for controlling the operation of working components of the washing machine, and an interface part arranged for exchanging data with external equipment, wherein the interface part is respectively in communication connection with the main controller and the drive control part; wherein the external device comprises a detection device and a communication device which can be alternatively connected with the interface part; when the interface part is connected with the detection equipment, the detection equipment controls the drive control part to work through the interface part, and acquires and diagnoses working condition information of the drive control part; when the interface part is connected with the communication equipment, the communication equipment establishes communication connection with the main controller through the interface part, and transmits an external work instruction to the main controller so as to control the work component to operate through the main controller.

The washing machines without the communication module can be upgraded, and particularly, the non-intelligent washing machine can be communicated with a remote server, so that the washing machines need to be modified in software and hardware, the process is complex, and the cost is high.
Aiming at the problems of fault testing and inconvenience in external communication of a washing machine without a communication function in the prior art, a relatively effective solution is not provided at present.

The detection device is provided with a driving program for controlling the driving control part to work, and the driving control part does not need to be controlled to work by the main controller. The communication equipment can establish connection with the main controller by using the interface part of the existing washing machine and exchange data with the main controller. The communication equipment sends a washing program instruction to a main controller of the washing machine, and the main controller executes a corresponding washing program. Through the interface part, the hardware circuit of the washing machine is not required to be changed, the software of the washing machine is not required to be upgraded, and fault detection and external communication can be realized simultaneously. The interface part is arranged between the main controller and the drive control part, and even if the main controller has problems, the external equipment, such as the detection equipment, can directly realize the detection function through the interface part and the drive control part.
Preferably, the working components controlled by the driving control part at least comprise a motor, a door lock, a water inlet valve, a water discharge valve and a heating module of the washing machine.
Preferably, the operating condition information at least includes working state and fault information of the laundry machine; the working instruction at least comprises a washing program and a door lock control instruction.
Preferably, the external device and the interface unit are connected by a wire. Both the detection device and the communication device need to be plugged on the interface part through physical lines.
Preferably, the communication device establishes a communication connection with the server in a wired or wireless manner.
Preferably, the communication device is connected with a router through WIFI or Bluetooth, and the router is in communication connection with the server.
Preferably, the communication device receives a work instruction sent by the server and transmits the work instruction to the main controller, so that the main controller controls the laundry machine to perform corresponding work.
Preferably, the communication device recognizes identity information of the laundry machine and provides an operating state of the laundry machine to the server in real time.
Preferably, the external device has both a detection device and a communication device, and the detection device provides the detected operating condition information and/or the detected maintenance failure information to the server through the communication device for processing. The working components controlled by the driving control part 3 include a motor 11 of the washing machine, a door lock 12, a water inlet valve 13, a water discharge valve 14, a heating module 15 and other working components (not all shown in the figure).
Wherein, the external device 5 comprises a detection device 51 and a communication device 52 which can be alternatively connected with the interface part 4; when the interface unit 4 is connected to the detection device 51, the detection device 51 controls the operation of the drive control unit 3 through the interface unit 4, and acquires and diagnoses the operation information of the drive control unit 3. The operating condition information at least includes operating state and fault information of the laundry machine. The detection device 51 has a driver program for controlling the operation of the drive control section 3, and does not need to control the operation of the drive control section 3 by the main controller 2.
When the interface section 4 is connected to the communication device 52, the communication device 52 establishes a communication connection with the main controller 2 through the interface section 4, and transmits an external work instruction to the main controller 2 to control the work component to operate through the main controller 2. The work instruction at least comprises a washing program and a door lock control instruction. The communication device 52 can establish a connection with the main controller 2 and exchange data with the main controller by using the interface unit 4 of the existing laundry machine. For example, the communication device 52 receives a work instruction (e.g., a washing program) sent by the server 6 and transmits the work instruction to the main controller 2, so as to control the washing machine 1 to perform corresponding work through the main controller 2. Or the communication device 52 recognizes the identity information of the laundry machine 1 and provides the operating state of the laundry machine 1 to the server 6 in real time, thereby realizing real-time monitoring of the laundry machine 1 by the server 6.
Therefore, through the interface part 4 of the washing machine, the fault detection and the external communication can be realized at the same time without changing the hardware circuit of the washing machine and upgrading the software of the washing machine. Even if the main controller fails, the detection device 51 can directly control the operation of the drive control unit 3 through the interface unit 4, and detect whether or not other operation components have a failure, without passing through the main controller 2.
Specifically, the external device 5, whether the detection device 51 or the communication device 52, is connected to the interface unit 4 in a wired manner, that is, a physical line is plugged into the interface unit 4. The communication device 52 may establish a communication connection with the server 6 by wire or wirelessly. For example, the communication device 52 is connected to a router (not shown) through WIFI or bluetooth, and the router is communicatively connected to the server.

Preferably, the laundry machine 1 has a storage unit 7 for storing data information of the laundry machine, and is electrically connected to the main controller 2, and the communication device 52 reads the data information of the storage unit 7 through the interface unit 4 or transmits the data information to the storage unit 7. With this storage unit, data management of the washing machine 1 by the server 6 can be realized, and when the washing machine does not communicate with the outside, information on the daily operation is stored in the storage unit 7, and when the communication with the outside is possible, data can be transmitted. 1. A washing machine (1) having a main controller (2), a drive control unit (3) for controlling the operation of the working components of the washing machine, and an interface unit (4) for exchanging data with an external device (5), characterized in that:
the interface part (4) is respectively in communication connection with the main controller (2) and the drive control part (3), a work instruction sent by the main controller (2) is transmitted to the drive control part (3) through the interface part (4), and the drive control part (3) controls the work component to operate according to the work instruction;
wherein the external device (5) comprises a detection device (51) and a communication device (52) which are alternatively connectable to the interface section (4);
when the interface part (4) is connected with the detection equipment (51), the detection equipment (51) controls the drive control part (3) to work through the interface part (4), and acquires and diagnoses working condition information of the drive control part (3);
when the interface part (4) is connected with the communication equipment (52), the communication equipment (52) establishes communication connection with the main controller (2) through the interface part (4), external work instructions are transmitted to the main controller (2) so as to control the work components to operate through the main controller (2), and the communication equipment (52) establishes communication connection with a server (6) in a wired or wireless mode.

the working components controlled by the drive control part (3) at least comprise a motor (11), a door lock (12), a water inlet valve (13), a drain valve (14) and a heating module (15) of the washing machine.
