Abstract
本发明公开了一种太阳能输送机,包括输送机本体,所述输送机本体的出料口与集料箱连接,在输送机本体的出料口与集料箱接口之间设有计量称,所述计量称包括设在输送机本体的出料口外侧与集料箱间的外部固定筒,外部固定筒内通过称重传感器悬挂安装有浮动称重筒,称重传感器与外部计算机电连接;所述浮动称重筒与输送机本体的出料口通过软接头连接;所述机壳表面包裹有一层铜铟镓硒(CIGS)柔性薄膜太阳能电池。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送机,具体涉及一种太阳能输送机。
背景技术
埋刮板输送机是一种用于输送散状物料的设备,便于散状物料输送。
现有埋刮板输送机在使用过程中有以下缺点:第一、现有埋刮板输送机以输送粉尘状、小颗粒及小块状物料;第二、拉紧困难,耗时长,影响输送效率;第三、输送机耗电量大,浪费大量能源,并造成企业成本大大增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种安全可靠,运行稳定的太阳能输送机。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种太阳能输送机,包括输送机本体,所述输送机本体的出料口与集料箱连接,在输送机本体的出料口与集料箱接口之间设有计量称,所述计量称包括设在输送机本体的出料口外侧与集料箱间的外部固定筒,外部固定筒内通过称重传感器悬挂安装有浮动称重筒,称重传感器与外部计算机电连接;所述浮动称重筒与输送机本体的出料口通过软接头连接。
所述机壳表面包裹有一层铜铟镓硒(CIGS)柔性薄膜太阳能电池,包括基板,所述基板上依次有背电极层、光吸收层、过渡层、本征氧化锌层及透明导电膜层,其特征在于,所述背电极层为金属Mo层或者金属Mo与金属Cu的合金层,所述光吸收层具有梯度能带分布结构,所述过渡层为ZnS薄膜,所述透明导电膜层为氧化锌掺铝ZAO薄膜。
光吸收层中形成能带的梯度分布,提高光吸收层对光子的吸收能力,提高太阳能电池的光电装换效率。
各膜层厚度范围分别为:背电极层200~1500nm,光吸收层1000~3000nm,过渡层30~500nm,本征氧化锌层30~500nm,透明导电膜层200~1000nm。本发明可在提及的各膜层厚度范围内进行调整,使太阳能电池兼具高效性和经济性。
有益效果:本发明输送机输送效率高,运行平稳,无污染,利用柔性薄膜太阳能电池使用清洁能源太阳能作为能源是一种绿色环保机械,涨紧装置采用新型拉紧结构,可快速实现涨紧目的,能快速、便捷地拉紧刮板链。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如附图所示:一种太阳能输送机,包括输送机本体1,所述输送机本体1的出料口11与集料箱2连接,在送机本体1的出料口11与集料箱2接口之间设有计量称3,所述计量称3包括设在输送机本体地出料口11外侧与集料箱2间的外部固定筒31,外部固定筒31内通过称重传感器32悬挂安装有浮动称重筒33,称重传感器32与外部计算机电连接,所述浮动称重筒33与输送机本体1的出料口11通过软接头4连接。
所述机壳表面包裹有一层铜铟镓硒(CIGS)柔性薄膜太阳能电池,包括基板9,基板9上依次有背电极层10、光吸收层11、过渡层12、本征氧化锌层13及透明导电膜层14,背电极层10为金属Mo层或者金属Mo与金属Cu的合金层,光吸收层11具有梯度能带分布结构,过渡层12为ZnS薄膜,透明导电膜层14为氧化锌掺铝ZAO薄膜。各膜层厚度范围分别为:背电极层200~1500nm,光吸收层1000~3000nm,过渡层30~500nm,本征氧化锌层30~500nm,透明导电膜层200~1000nm。

1.一种太阳能输送机,其特征在于,一种太阳能输送机,包括输送机本体,所述输送机本体的出料口与集料箱连接,在输送机本体的出料口与集料箱接口之间设有计量称,所述计量称包括设在输送机本体的出料口外侧与集料箱间的外部固定筒,外部固定筒内通过称重传感器悬挂安装有浮动称重筒,称重传感器与外部计算机电连接;所述浮动称重筒与输送机本体的出料口通过软接头连接;所述机壳表面包裹有一层铜铟镓硒(CIGS)柔性薄膜太阳能电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能输送机,其特征在于,所述CIGS薄膜太阳能电池包括基板,所述基板上依次有背电极层、光吸收层、过渡层、本征氧化锌层及透明导电膜层,所述背电极层为金属Mo层或者金属Mo与金属Cu的合金层,所述光吸收层具有梯度能带分布结构,所述过渡层为ZnS薄膜,所述透明导电膜层为氧化锌掺铝ZAO薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能输送机,其特征在于,各膜层厚度范围分别为:背电极层200~1500nm,光吸收层1000~3000nm,过渡层30~500nm,本征氧化锌层30~500nm,透明导电膜层200~1000nm。
