本发明公开了一种太阳能手机外壳,包括壳体,壳体包括面板和一与手机外形相匹配的侧板,面板为一平板,侧板为网状结构,面板和侧板为一体式结构,且面板和侧板为柔性太阳能薄膜材质制成,所述的柔性太阳能薄膜为CIGS,在面板上设有与手机视频位置相匹配的视频孔,侧板上设有多个与手机侧边按键相匹配的按键孔和/或按键槽。本发明与现有技术相比具有外形美观大方、不易弄脏,就算弄脏了也易清洗,另外本发明所述的手机壳上通过安装柔性薄膜太阳能电池,可以为手机电池进行充电,避免了携带充电宝带来的不便。

技术领域
本发明属于手机配件技术领域,特别涉及一种太阳能手机外壳。
背景技术
现有的手机外壳一般为塑料材质,这种手机外壳易脏,不易清洗,其硬度低导致不具备抗压能力,而且采用塑料材质违背环保理念,对环境造成污染,而且现有的手机套的周围为密封的,其散热性能差,对手机的伤害较大。
另外,目前使用太阳能的手机外壳专利,几乎没有。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术的不足,提供一种太阳能手机外壳,可以为手机电池充电,避免的携带充电宝带来的不便。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种太阳能手机外壳,包括壳体,壳体包括面板和一与手机外形相匹配的侧板,面板为一平板,侧板为网状结构,面板和侧板为一体式结构,且面板和侧板为柔性太阳能薄膜材质制成,所述的柔性太阳能薄膜为CIGS,在面板上设有与手机视频位置相匹配的视频孔,侧板上设有多个与手机侧边按键相匹配的按键孔和/或按键槽。
优选地,在所述的侧板上活动连接有一挂环。
进一步地,所述的壳体的侧板的高度比手机的厚度大1mm-5mm。所述的腔体的背面还设有反光条。
所述的壳体的背面还设有防滑波浪纹。
所述的壳体的背面还设有温度感应贴片。
所述的壳体的背面还嵌有夜光片。
所述柔性太阳能薄膜为铜铟镓硒(CIGS)柔性薄膜太阳能电池,包括基板,所述基板上依次有背电极层、光吸收层、过渡层、本征氧化锌层及透明导电膜层,其特征在于,所述背电极层为金属Mo层或者金属Mo与金属Cu的合金层,所述光吸收层具有梯度能带分布结构,所述过渡层为ZnS薄膜,所述透明导电膜层为氧化锌掺铝ZAO薄膜。
光吸收层中形成能带的梯度分布,提高光吸收层对光子的吸收能力,提高太阳能电池的光电装换效率。
各膜层厚度范围分别为:背电极层200~1500nm,光吸收层1000~3000nm,过渡层30~500nm,本征氧化锌层30~500nm,透明导电膜层200~1000nm。
所述CIGS柔性太阳能电池可以为手机电池充电。
本发明的有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比具有外形美观大方、不易弄脏,就算弄脏了也易清洗,另外本发明所述的手机壳上通过安装柔性薄膜太阳能电池,可以为手机电池进行充电,避免了携带充电宝带来的不便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示的一种太阳能手机外壳,包括壳体,壳体包括面板1和一与手机外形相匹配的侧板2,值得注意的是,面板1为一平板,侧板2为网状结构,面板1和侧板2为一体式结构,且面板1和侧板2为柔性太阳能薄膜材质制成,所述的柔性太阳能薄膜为CIGS柔性太阳能薄膜,在面板1上设有与手机视频位置相匹配的视频孔3,侧板2上设有多个与手机侧边按键相匹配的按键孔4和/或按键槽。
所述的壳体的背面还设有防滑波浪纹,这样可以防止手机滑落摔到地上,损坏手机和手机外壳。所述的腔体的背面还设有温度感应贴片。所述的壳体的背面嵌有夜光片。夜光贴片可以方便人们在夜晚快速的找到手机,很方便。
所述机壳表面包裹有一层铜铟镓硒(CIGS)柔性薄膜太阳能电池,包括基板9,基板9上依次有背电极层10、光吸收层11、过渡层12、本征氧化锌层13及透明导电膜层14,背电极层10为金属Mo层或者金属Mo与金属Cu的合金层,光吸收层11具有梯度能带分布结构,过渡层12为ZnS薄膜,透明导电膜层14为氧化锌掺铝ZAO薄膜。各膜层厚度范围分别为:背电极层200~1500nm,光吸收层1000~3000nm,过渡层30~500nm,本征氧化锌层30~500nm,透明导电膜层200~1000nm。
光吸收层中形成能带的梯度分布,提高光吸收层对光子的吸收能力,提高太阳能电池的光电装换效率。
所述CIGS柔性太阳能电池可以为手机电池充电。

1.一种太阳能手机外壳,其特征在于,所述太阳能手机外壳包括壳体,壳体包括面板和一与手机外形相匹配的侧板,面板为一平板,侧板为网状结构,面板和侧板为一体式结构,且面板和侧板为柔性太阳能薄膜材质制成,所述的柔性太阳能薄膜为CIGS,在面板上设有与手机视频位置相匹配的视频孔,侧板上设有多个与手机侧边按键相匹配的按键孔和/或按键槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能手机外壳,其特征在于,在所述的侧板上活动连接有一挂环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能手机外壳,其特征在于,所述的壳体的侧板的高度比手机的厚度大1mm-5mm。所述的腔体的背面还设有反光条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能手机外壳,其特征在于,所述的壳体的背面还设有温度感应贴片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能手机外壳,其特征在于,所述CIGS薄膜太阳能电池包括基板,所述基板上依次有背电极层、光吸收层、过渡层、本征氧化锌层及透明导电膜层,所述背电极层为金属Mo层或者金属Mo与金属Cu的合金层,所述光吸收层具有梯度能带分布结构,所述过渡层为ZnS薄膜,所述透明导电膜层为氧化锌掺铝ZAO薄膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种太阳能手机外壳,其特征在于,所述CIGS薄膜太阳能电池各膜层厚度范围分别为:背电极层200~1500nm,光吸收层1000~3000nm,过渡层30~500nm,本征氧化锌层30~500nm,透明导电膜层200~1000nm。
