本发明公开了一种新能源混合动力汽车电气系统,包括直流电源(1)、蓄电池(2)、电子元器件(3)、高压配电单元(4)、电机控制器(5)、电动机(6)、变速箱(7)、内燃机(8)、发电机(9)、执行机构(10)、整流器(11)、BMS电池管理单元(12)和锂电池(13),直流电源输出端与蓄电池相连,蓄电池与电子元器件相连,高压配电单元分别与电机控制器和BMS电池管理单元相连,电机控制器与电动机相连,电动机与变速箱相连,变速箱分别与内燃机、发电机和执行机构相连,发电机与整流器相连,整流器与BMS电池管理单元相连,所述BMS电池管理单元连接于锂电池。本发明采用新能源混合动力汽车电气系统,结构设计合理。

本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源混合动力汽车电气系统。
背景技术
目前,现有的新能源混合动力汽车电气系统存在结构设计不合理,亟需本领域技术人员研究出新的新能源混合动力汽车电气系统。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种新能源混合动力汽车电气系统。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新能源混合动力汽车电气系统,它包括直流电源、蓄电池、电子元器件、高压配电单元、电机控制器、电动机、变速箱、内燃机、发电机、执行机构、整流器、BMS电池管理单元和锂电池,所述直流电源输出端与蓄电池相连,所述蓄电池与电子元器件相连,所述高压配电单元分别与电机控制器和BMS电池管理单元相连,所述电机控制器与电动机相连,所述电动机与变速箱相连,所述变速箱分别与内燃机、发电机和执行机构相连,所述发电机与整流器相连,所述整流器与BMS电池管理单元相连,所述BMS电池管理单元连接于锂电池。
作为优选地,所述蓄电池为12V电池。
作为优选地,所述电动机为可变速电动机。
本发明的有益效果为:采用新能源混合动力汽车电气系统,直流电源输出端与蓄电池相连,蓄电池与电子元器件相连,高压配电单元分别与电机控制器和BMS电池管理单元相连,电机控制器与电动机相连,电动机与变速箱相连,变速箱分别与内燃机、发电机和执行机构相连,发电机与整流器相连,整流器与BMS电池管理单元相连,BMS电池管理单元连接于锂电池,结构设计合理;电动机为可变速电动机,设计合理。

如图1所示,一种新能源混合动力汽车电气系统,它包括直流电源1、蓄电池2、电子元器件3、高压配电单元4、电机控制器5、电动机6、变速箱7、内燃机8、发电机9、执行机构10、整流器11、BMS电池管理单元12和锂电池13,所述直流电源1输出端与蓄电池2相连,所述蓄电池2与电子元器件3相连,所述高压配电单元4分别与电机控制器5和BMS电池管理单元12相连,所述电机控制器5与电动机6相连,所述电动机6与变速箱7相连,所述变速箱7分别与内燃机8、发电机9和执行机构10相连,所述发电机9与整流器11相连,所述整流器11与BMS电池管理单元12相连,所述BMS电池管理单元12连接于锂电池13。
所述蓄电池2为12V电池。所述电动机6为可变速电动机。

1.一种新能源混合动力汽车电气系统,其特征在于:它包括直流电源(1)、蓄电池(2)、电子元器件(3)、高压配电单元(4)、电机控制器(5)、电动机(6)、变速箱(7)、内燃机(8)、发电机(9)、执行机构(10)、整流器(11)、BMS电池管理单元(12)和锂电池(13),所述直流电源(1)输出端与蓄电池(2)相连,所述蓄电池(2)与电子元器件(3)相连,所述高压配电单元(4)分别与电机控制器(5)和BMS电池管理单元(12)相连,所述电机控制器(5)与电动机(6)相连,所述电动机(6)与变速箱(7)相连,所述变速箱(7)分别与内燃机(8)、发电机(9)和执行机构(10)相连,所述发电机(9)与整流器(11)相连,所述整流器(11)与BMS电池管理单元(12)相连,所述BMS电池管理单元(12)连接于锂电池(13)。
