本发明公开了一种新型立式小型搅拌机,包括搅拌仓,所述搅拌仓内表壁焊接有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌仓底部固定有定位轴承,且定位轴承两侧焊接有传动杆,所述后位支撑架外表面焊接有加强块,且加强块上表面设置有电机,所述电机通过转轴与传动齿轮传动连接,且传动齿轮与所述搅拌仓外表壁的齿轮盘啮合连接,所述前位支撑架外侧转动连接有转盘,且转盘外表面设置有防脱销,所述后位支撑架和前位支撑架的内表壁焊接有限位杆,所述后位支撑架底部设置有轮毂,所述前位支撑架底部通过定位销与调节柱卡扣连接,且调节柱底部设置有脚垫。本发明中,该搅拌机整体结构设计简单合理,操作灵活便捷,运行安全稳定,具有较强的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型立式小型搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机是一种建筑工程机械,主是用于搅拌水泥、沙石、各类干粉砂浆等建筑材料,是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转,将多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器,搅拌机分为好多种,有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等,搅拌机是由多个参数决定的,用任何一个单一参数来描述一台搅拌机是不可能的。轴功率(P)、桨叶排液量(Q)、压头(H)、桨叶直径(D)及搅拌转速(N)是描述一台搅拌机的五个基本参数,而小型搅拌机作为现代建筑行业经常使用的机械设备,在现代社会中已经具有广泛的使用需求。
然而现有的小型搅拌机在使用过程中存在着一些不足之处,一方面搅拌机的整体体积较为庞大,无法实现立式的固定,另一方面也不便于移动运输操作,降低了搅拌机的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型立式小型搅拌机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种新型立式小型搅拌机,包括搅拌仓,所述搅拌仓内表壁焊接有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌仓底部固定有定位轴承,且定位轴承两侧焊接有传动杆,所述传动杆两侧分别设置有后位支撑架和前位支撑架,所述后位支撑架外表面焊接有加强块,且加强块上表面设置有电机,所述电机通过转轴与传动齿轮传动连接,且传动齿轮与所述搅拌仓外表壁的齿轮盘啮合连接,所述前位支撑架外侧转动连接有转盘,且转盘外表面设置有防脱销,所述后位支撑架和前位支撑架的内表壁焊接有限位杆,所述后位支撑架底部设置有轮毂,所述前位支撑架底部通过定位销与调节柱卡扣连接,且调节柱底部设置有脚垫。

本发明中,首先通过设置的齿轮盘,能够通过电机带动传动齿轮旋转进而带动搅拌仓进行水平方向的旋转操作,使得搅拌仓内的搅拌物料能够与倾斜式对称结构的搅拌叶片相互接触而进行高速搅拌,增强了搅拌机的工作效率,其次通过脚垫内部设置的弹簧柱,能够在前位支撑架受到较大的冲击挤压时,使得弹簧柱被压缩变形,从而减小前位支撑架受到的震动幅度,提高了搅拌机的工作稳定性,另一方面该搅拌机采用立式的结构,方便了搅拌机的移动运输,同时转盘的结构设计也便于对搅拌仓内的物料进行卸料操作,提高了搅拌机的操作灵活性和便捷性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种新型立式小型搅拌机,包括搅拌仓1,搅拌仓1内表壁焊接有搅拌叶片16,搅拌仓1底部固定有定位轴承8,且定位轴承8两侧焊接有传动杆9,传动杆9两侧分别设置有后位支撑架5和前位支撑架12,后位支撑架5外表面焊接有加强块4,且加强块4上表面设置有电机3,电机3通过转轴与传动齿轮2传动连接,且传动齿轮2与搅拌仓1外表壁的齿轮盘15啮合连接,前位支撑架12外侧转动连接有转盘14,且转盘14外表面设置有防脱销13,后位支撑架5和前位支撑架12的内表壁焊接有限位杆7,后位支撑架5底部设置有轮毂6,前位支撑架12底部通过定位销11与调节柱10卡扣连接,且调节柱10底部设置有脚垫17。
搅拌仓1的横截面为梯形结构,其上端直径小于下端直径20cm,轮毂6共安装有两个,且两个轮毂6均处于同一水平面上,搅拌叶片16的横截面为倾斜式对称结构,脚垫17的内部设置有用于缓冲减震的弹簧柱。
搅拌仓1的底部焊接有定位杆,而定位杆插入定位轴承8中对搅拌仓1进行定位,从而避免搅拌仓1在搅拌时发生倾斜的现象。
工作原理:使用时,通过后位支撑架5和前位支撑架12将搅拌机安装在工作地点,调节调节柱10的高度,然后将定位销11插入进行前位支撑架12高度的固定,之后将搅拌物料加入到搅拌仓1内,盖上密封盖,启动电机3,此时电机3通过转轴带动传动齿轮2转动,传动齿轮2进而带动齿轮盘15转动使得搅拌仓1能够沿着水平面转动,此时搅拌仓1内的物料与搅拌叶片16相互接触进行搅拌,搅拌完成之后,将防脱销13取出,转动转盘14,转盘14带动传动杆9进而带动搅拌仓1倾斜转动,使得物料能够排出搅拌仓1,则该搅拌机完整运行。

1.一种新型立式小型搅拌机,包括搅拌仓(1),其特征在于,所述搅拌仓(1)内表壁焊接有搅拌叶片(16),所述搅拌仓(1)底部固定有定位轴承(8),且定位轴承(8)两侧焊接有传动杆(9),所述传动杆(9)两侧分别设置有后位支撑架(5)和前位支撑架(12),所述后位支撑架(5)外表面焊接有加强块(4),且加强块(4)上表面设置有电机(3),所述电机(3)通过转轴与传动齿轮(2)传动连接,且传动齿轮(2)与所述搅拌仓(1)外表壁的齿轮盘(15)啮合连接,所述前位支撑架(12)外侧转动连接有转盘(14),且转盘(14)外表面设置有防脱销(13),所述后位支撑架(5)和前位支撑架(12)的内表壁焊接有限位杆(7),所述后位支撑架(5)底部设置有轮毂(6),所述前位支撑架(12)底部通过定位销(11)与调节柱(10)卡扣连接,且调节柱(10)底部设置有脚垫(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型立式小型搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌仓(1)的横截面为梯形结构,其上端直径小于下端直径20cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型立式小型搅拌机,其特征在于,所述轮毂(6)共安装有两个,且两个轮毂(6)均处于同一水平面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型立式小型搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片(16)的横截面为倾斜式对称结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型立式小型搅拌机,其特征在于,所述脚垫(17)的内部设置有用于缓冲减震的弹簧柱。
