本发明公开了一种海上缆绳,所述缆绳包括从内向外依次选取芳纶纤维或者超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制成的芯体和经双层编绳机编织成外包护套,在外包护套表面浸渍涂覆一层防火涂层和聚四氟乙烯层,所述防火涂层由阻燃材料聚碳酸酯树脂为基料制备而成。本发明进一步确保阻燃耐火性能的持久性,海上缆绳满足发生火灾或特定高温环境下的使用要求,应用领域十分广阔,适用于特殊行业安全防火和火灾环境下紧急救援。

本发明涉及一种海上缆绳。
技术背景
传统化纤缆绳大多由易燃材料编织而成,无阻燃性,不耐高温,限制了它在明火或高温特定环境中的应用。同时燃烧后产生的固体小颗粒形成的烟雾和有害气体,尽管在化纤缆绳阻燃防火技术方面,先后经历了有卤阻燃、低卤低烟阻燃、无卤低烟阻燃、绿色环保阻燃,但这些阻燃方式都有各自的不足,不能满足目前阻燃防火市场的需求。另一方面阻燃防火新技术已成为缆绳行业的一个重要发展方向,迫切需要研制一种成本低、安全性高、具有抵抗高温和明火能力的海上缆绳。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种海上缆绳。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种海上缆绳,所述缆绳包括从内向外依次选取芳纶纤维或者超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制成的芯体和经双层编绳机编织成外包护套,所述芯体的线密度为0.1Ktex-5000Ktex(g/m),在外包护套表面浸渍涂覆一层防火涂层和聚四氟乙烯层,所述防火涂层由阻燃材料聚碳酸酯树脂为基料制备而成,其涂层组分为阻燃剂和改性剂,涂层浸渍液重量比为聚碳酸酯树脂80%~90%,聚四氟乙烯5%~20%,抑烟剂铝酸锌5%~10%,改性剂1%~2%。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明海上缆绳,从内向外芯体采用高性能耐火材料,制成核心耐火层,能够满足高阻燃耐火缆绳的耐火特性;同时使用同类难燃材料在芯体外经双层编绳机编成外包护套,进一步提高缆绳的耐火性能;再在外包护套表面涂覆一层由新型阻燃材料特制的防火涂层,构成隔火阻燃保护层,具有耐高温、阻燃、低烟、无卤、环保等性能,这种复配组合式阻燃体系,显示了比传统加入阻燃剂的缆绳更加优良的阻燃性,进一步确保阻燃耐火性能的持久性。
具体实施方式
