空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,包括主杆和横担,横担架设在主杆上,所述主杆包括钢管和空心增强型泡沫混凝土柱,所述的空心增强型泡沫混凝土柱设在钢管内部,空心泡沫混凝土柱顶部设有钢板平台,钢板平台和钢管顶部截面结合。所述的增强型泡沫混凝土柱的原料是增强型泡沫混凝土,增强型泡沫混凝土包括废砖渣,粉煤灰、石粉、沙子,石膏、复合外加剂,液状泡沫剂和钢纤维。本发明的空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔可增加钢管的承载力,空心结构质量轻,既可作为主杆,也可以做横担用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,属于建筑工程领域。
背景技术
钢管泡沫混凝土组合立柱是指在钢管中填充泡沫混凝土,并在钢管外壁设置混凝土保护层的复合立柱。
钢管混凝土柱在20世纪60年代中期开始引入中国,在不到50多年的时间里钢管混凝土技术不论是从理论还是技术都有了迅速的发展,现存工业、民用建筑中使用的钢管混凝土支柱大多为简单地在钢管内浇注普通水泥混凝土制作而成。早期钢管混凝土柱通过钢管对混凝土的横向约束作用大大的弥补了混凝土高脆性的特点;同时钢管内填充的混凝土限制了钢管产生变形。由于其综合性能远远强于单纯的钢筋混凝土柱,所以得到了大量的使用。随着建筑向高层化、复杂化方向发展,传统钢管混凝土柱的一些不足之处逐渐表现出来。首先,钢管混凝土柱的强度和刚度大大增加,但其抗震能力没有得到很好的改善,在地震力的反复作用下钢管内的混凝土易发生脆性破坏,造成立柱承载力降低。其次,在高温情况下钢管会发生变形,这些危害都会影响混凝土柱的受力。
中国专利申请201310047960.9提出了一种钢管泡沫混凝土组合立柱及其施工方法,但其结构复杂,质量偏大,成本相对还是偏高。
发明内容
针对现有的不足,本发明提供一种空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔。
本发明的技术方案如下:空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,它包括主杆和横担,横担架设在主杆上,所述主杆包括钢管和钢管内部的空心增强型泡沫混凝土柱,增强型泡沫混凝土柱顶部设钢板平台,钢板平台和钢管顶部截面结合。
所述的增强型泡沫混凝土柱来源是增强型泡沫混凝土,增强型泡沫混凝土包括废砖渣粉、粉煤灰、石粉、沙子、石膏、复合外加剂、液状泡沫剂和钢纤维。
所述的钢管外加箍筋,将多节的主杆固定连接起来。
所述的增强型泡沫混凝土的配合比为废砖渣粉35%-40%、粉煤15%-25%、石粉12%-15%、沙子22%-25%、石膏3%-5%、复合外加剂2%-3%、液状泡沫剂0.15%、钢纤维0.05%、水料比0.21。
所述的复合外加剂由质量比为1∶1.1的C-3减水剂和膨胀剂组成。
本发明的空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔在泡沫混凝土中增加的钢纤维,可以有效地提高泡沫混凝土和钢管的抗载能力,且原料为砖渣粉、粉煤灰、石粉、沙子、石膏等,来源广泛,结构简单,成本低廉,适用于房屋、工业建筑、文体建筑等结构的主要支撑和支撑部件。

如图1所示,空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,它包括主杆和横担,横担架设在主杆上,所述主杆包括钢管2和钢管内部的空心增强型泡沫混凝土柱1,增强型泡沫混凝土柱1顶部设钢板平台4,钢板平台4和钢管2顶部截面结合。
所述的增强型泡沫混凝土柱2来源是增强型泡沫混凝土,增强型泡沫混凝土包括废砖渣粉、粉煤灰、石粉、沙子、石膏、复合外加剂、液状泡沫剂和钢纤维。
所述的钢管外加箍筋3。

通过箍筋3将多节空心增强型钢管泡沫混凝土主杆连接起来,形成质量轻,承载力高、成本低廉的实用性杆塔的主杆。

1.空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,它包括主杆和横担,横担架设在主杆上,其特征在于:所述主杆包括钢管(2)和钢管内部的空心增强型泡沫混凝土柱(1),空心增强型泡沫混凝土柱(1)顶部设钢板平台(4),钢板平台(4)和钢管(2)顶部截面结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,其特征在于:所述的增强型泡沫混凝土柱(1)来源是增强型泡沫混凝土,增强型泡沫混凝土包括废砖渣粉、粉煤灰、石粉、沙子、石膏、复合外加剂、液状泡沫剂和钢纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,其特征在于:所述的钢管(2)外加箍筋(3)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,其特征在于:所述的增强型泡沫混凝土的配合比为废砖渣粉35%-40%、粉煤灰15%-25%、石粉12%-15%、沙子22%-25%、石膏3%-5%、复合外加剂2%-3%、液状泡沫剂0.15%、钢纤维0.05%、水料比0.21。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空心钢管泡沫混凝土杆塔,其特征在于:所述的复合外加剂由质量比为1∶1.1的C-3减水剂和膨胀剂组成。
