Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a rice hull activated carbon loaded terramycin organic fertilizer, which comprises the steps of crushing and carbonizing rice hulls, crushing and activating, washing with pickling water, drying to obtain powdery activated carbon, mixing terramycin dregs with water, heating in a water bath after mixing with the powdery activated carbon, carrying out microwave treatment, air-drying, adding urea and livestock manure into sludge, inoculating a solid compound microbial agent for primary fermentation, spreading out an inoculated functional microbial liquid microbial agent, and carrying out secondary fermentation to obtain the product. The organic fertilizer prepared by the invention has high utilization rate, can be biologically degraded, has no peculiar smell and has good deodorization effect.

The livestock manure is one or more of cow manure, sheep manure, pig manure and chicken manure.

A preparation method of a rice hull activated carbon-loaded oxytetracycline organic fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of powdered activated carbon
Heating 35 parts by weight of rice hulls to carbonize, naturally cooling to room temperature, crushing the carbonized rice hulls by a crusher, sieving by a 40-60-mesh sieve, drying in a vacuum drying oven, adding 2 parts by weight of an activating agent, fully and uniformly mixing, standing at room temperature for 24 hours, heating and activating under the protection of nitrogen, washing with hydrochloric acid, washing for 3 times by using clean water, drying in the vacuum drying oven, and grinding to 40-60 meshes to obtain powdery activated carbon for later use;

(4) secondary fermentation

The temperature-rising carbonization is to perform carbonization in a program temperature-rising mode in an electric-control carbonization furnace for 100 ℃/h, heat to 500 ℃ and keep for 1 hour.

1. A preparation method of a rice hull activated carbon-loaded oxytetracycline organic fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of powdered activated carbon
Heating 30-40 parts by weight of rice hulls for carbonization, naturally cooling to room temperature, crushing the carbonized rice hulls by a crusher, sieving by a 40-60-mesh sieve, drying in a vacuum drying oven, adding 0.5-3 parts by weight of an activating agent, fully and uniformly mixing, standing for 12-24 hours at room temperature, heating and activating under the protection of nitrogen, washing by hydrochloric acid, washing for 3-4 times by using clean water, drying in the vacuum drying oven, and grinding to 40-60 meshes to obtain powdery activated carbon for later use;
(2) activated carbon loaded oxytetracycline
Adding 5-10 parts by weight of oxytetracycline drug residues into 3-5 times of water for mixing, adding the powdery activated carbon obtained in the step (1), heating in a water bath, heating to 60-70 ℃, keeping the temperature, stirring and mixing for 20-30 minutes, performing microwave treatment for 30-45 minutes at the microwave power of 190-;
(3) one-time fermentation
Placing 50-70 parts by weight of sludge into a mud pit, adding 5-8 parts by weight of urea, 15-25 parts by weight of livestock manure and the obtained product in the step (2), inoculating 3.5% of solid compound microbial agent, fully stirring, fermenting for 5-10 days, and stirring the materials in the fermentation pit once every 2-3 days during fermentation for later use;
(4) secondary fermentation
