背景技术
粉碎机是将大尺寸的固体原料粉碎至要求尺寸的机械。根据被碎料或碎制料的尺寸可将粉碎机区分为粗碎机、粉碎机、超微粉碎机。
在粉碎过程中施加于固体的外力有剪切、冲击、碾压、研磨四种。剪切主要用在粗碎以及粉碎作业,适用于有韧性或者有纤维的物料和大块料的破碎或粉碎作业;冲击主要用在粉碎作业中,适于脆性物料的粉碎;碾压主要用在高细度粉碎作业中,适于大多数性质的物料进行超微粉碎作业;研磨主要用于超微粉碎或超大型粉碎设备,适于粉碎作业后的进一步粉碎作业。实际的粉碎过程往往是同时作用的几种外力,但高端粉碎机都是根据粉碎环境而量身定做的。用在粗、中碎,适用于硬质料和大块料的破碎;剪切主要用在破碎或粉碎,适于韧性或纤维性物料的粉碎;冲击主要用在粉碎和解聚,适于脆性物料的粉碎;研磨主要在超细粉碎以及超微粉碎,适于中细度粉碎后的超微粉碎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小型粉碎机,优化了传统的粉碎机,具有安全系数高、粉碎效率好的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种小型粉碎机,由电机、机壳、转子和筛分辊组成,所述机壳的顶端设置有进料口,所述机壳的底端分别设置有出料口和滚轮,所述机壳的内部上设置有保护层,所述电机通过支撑板位于机壳的一侧,所述筛分辊位于进料口的下端,所述筛分辊通过传动带与电机连接,所述转子位于机壳内部,所述转子通过转轴设置有切刀。
优选的,所述筛分辊的下侧设置有吹风筒和空压机,所述吹风筒的出风口朝向筛分辊。
优选的,所述进料口处与机壳连接处设置为倒立L形。
优选的,所述切刀为双刃矩形刀片,所述双刃矩形刀片固定于刀架上,所述刀架通过转轴孔与转轴进行连接。
