Abstract
本发明公开了一种渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹,包括止流夹本体,止流夹本体由弹片以及固定部件构成,弹片一端与固定部件为一体成型或是弹片一端安装在固定部件上,弹片另一端与固定部件扣接;其中固定部件整体呈U字型,且在固定部件上加工有供输液软管穿过的孔;弹片压迫输液软管的接触部位为圆弧结构。本发明在弹片与固定部件上表面挤压的过程中,输液软管内形成往导管方向的正压,从而实现将导管内回流血液挤出到血管内,达到抗凝血的目的,提高了临床输液的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
留置针又称静脉套管针,它的使用能减少患儿因反复静脉穿刺而造成的痛苦以及对打针的恐惧感,减轻家长的焦躁情绪,便于临床用药,减轻临床护士的工作量。留置针操作简便,适用于任何部位的穿刺,在临床上得以普遍应用,留置针的核心组成部件包括留置在血管内的导管(俗称套管)、穿刺引导针芯、输液软管、止流夹以及连接部件,使用时,将导管和针芯一起穿刺入血管内,当导管进入血管后,回撤针芯,将导管留置在血管内从而进行输液治疗。每次输液结束后,为了避免血液回流至导管内形成凝血,一般要采用肝素或生理盐水注入留置针内进行封管,或采用结构复杂的正压接头将回流至导管内的血液挤压至血管内而实现封管。现有技术的肝素或生理盐水封管大大增加了医护人员的工作量,且增加了注射肝素或生理盐水导致微生物侵入的风险;正压接头封管方面,产品结构的复杂性大大增加,产品稳定性差,且仅适合于标准圆锥接头与正压接头装配的产品,不适用于输液器的静脉输液针直接插入留置针的方式;常规止流夹不具备正压性能,仅起到开关的作用。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种更为简单、安全、成本更低、使用更方便的渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹,包括止流夹本体,其特征在于,止流夹本体由弹片以及固定部件构成,弹片一端与固定部件为一体成型或是弹片一端安装在固定部件上,且弹片相对于固定部件可做受压变形,弹片另一端与固定部件扣接;其中固定部件整体呈U字型,且在固定部件上加工有供输液软管穿过的孔,固定部件上用于压迫输液软管的接触部位为平面或圆弧结构;弹片压迫输液软管的接触部位为圆弧结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果是:通过将压迫输液软管的两个接触面分别设计成平面或圆弧结构以及圆弧结构,在将弹片与固定部件扣合的过程中,弹片与固定部件上表面的间隙向着导管方向逐步减小,直至关闭输液软管,在弹片与固定部件上表面挤压的过程中,输液软管内形成往导管方向的正压,从而实现将导管内回流血液挤出到血管内,达到抗凝血的目的,提高了临床输液的安全性。

现在结合附图,对本发明作进一步描述。显然,不能因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。需要说明的是,当组成部件被称为“设计有”或“加工有”另一部件时,两者可以是一体成型后并辅以打磨等加工方法加工而成,也可以是通过焊接、胶粘等方式连接而成。当一个部件被认为是“连接”另一个部件,它可以是直接连接到另一个部件或者可能同时存在的居中部件。本说明书所使用的术语“左“、”右”、“前”、“后”以及类似的表达只是为了说明的目的,下述实施例中未注明型号、尺寸、条件,按照常规方法,或按照商品说明书选择。
实施例一
如图1、图2所示,本发明的渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹,包括止流夹本体,止流夹本体由弹片2以及固定部件1构成,其中固定部件1整体呈U字型,且在固定部件1上加工有供输液软管穿过的孔1.1,固定部件1压迫输液软管3的接触部位为平面或圆弧结构1.2,弹片2与固定部件1为一体成型,且弹片2相对于固定部件1可作受压变形,或者弹片另一端与固定部件1扣接(或是弹片2以焊接、粘接或熔接等方式安装在固定部件上且弹片2相对于固定部件1可作受压变形,弹片另一端与固定部件1扣接),弹片2可以为高分子弹性材料或金属弹性材质,弹片2压迫输液软管3的接触部位为圆弧结构2.1,关闭止流夹的过程中,弹片2与固定部件1上表面的间隙从A点沿B点方向逐步减小,直至关闭输液软管3,在弹片2与固定部件1上表面挤压的过程中,输液软管3内形成往导管方向的正压,从而实现将导管内回流血液挤出到血管内,达到抗凝血的目的,提高临床输液的安全性。

1.一种渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹,包括止流夹本体,其特征在于,止流夹本体由弹片以及固定部件构成,弹片一端与固定部件为一体成型或是弹片一端安装在固定部件上,弹片另一端与固定部件扣接;其中固定部件整体呈U字型,且在固定部件上加工有供输液软管穿过的孔;弹片压迫输液软管的接触部位为圆弧结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渐进式抗凝血正压止流夹,其特征在于,固定部件上用于压迫输液软管的接触部位为平面或圆弧结构。
