Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体,包括单侧胫骨平台假体,设于单侧胫骨平台假体上的及设于单侧胫骨平台垫假体上的股骨髁假体,本发明的膝关节假体充分保留了病人骨量,满足未来翻修对于膝关节骨量的需求,同时单侧胫骨平台垫假与胫骨平台垫支撑台无锁定结构,允许膝关节假体内外翻5°到10°,保证了关节的活动性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体。
背景技术
膝关节分为三个间室,膝关节内侧间室、膝关节外侧间室和髌股关节室。膝关节前内侧关节炎(AMOA)是保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体的主要适应症,此病具有独特的特点,容易诊断,其临床影像与引起的病理损害之间存在密切关联。患者通常表现为站立或行走时膝疼痛,检查显示小腿有5°-15°内翻,在完全伸直位畸形不能矫正。然而在屈膝20°或更多时,畸形可以通过外翻应力矫正。在屈膝90°时,畸形可以自行矫正。此病通常发生在膝关节内侧间室,如果使用双平台膝关节假体,则会损失较多骨量,不利于病人术后恢复。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体,包括单侧胫骨平台假体,设于单侧胫骨平台假体上的及设于单侧胫骨平台垫假体上的股骨髁假体,其中,
所述单侧胫骨平台假体包括下部的安装连接部及设于安装连接部上的胫骨平台垫支撑台,所述胫骨平台垫支撑台内侧设有限位挡板;
所述单侧胫骨平台垫假体表面设有与股骨髁假体表面相配合的弧形滑槽,所述股骨髁假体内侧设有连接立柱。
所述单侧胫骨平台垫假体的长宽小于胫骨平台垫支撑台,单侧胫骨平台垫假与胫骨平台垫支撑台无锁定结构,使单侧胫骨平台垫假体在胫骨平台垫支撑台上移动。
所述连接立柱设有两个。
两个所述连接立柱前后并排设置且其高度不相同。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的膝关节假体充分保留了病人骨量,满足未来翻修对于膝关节骨量的需求,同时单侧胫骨平台垫假与胫骨平台垫支撑台无锁定结构,允许膝关节假体内外翻5°到10°,保证了关节的活动性能。

为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明包括单侧胫骨平台假体1,设于单侧胫骨平台假体上的单侧胫骨平台垫假体2及设于单侧胫骨平台垫假体上的股骨髁假体3,其中,
所述单侧胫骨平台假体包括下部的安装连接部4及设于安装连接部上的胫骨平台垫支撑台5,所述胫骨平台垫支撑台内侧设有限位挡板6;
所述单侧胫骨平台垫假体表面设有与股骨髁假体表面相配合的弧形滑槽7;股骨髁假体沿单侧胫骨平台垫假体表面滑动如图2所示,满足膝关节正常的功能需要。
所述股骨髁假体内侧设有连接立柱8,优选的,所述连接立柱设有两个。
优选的,两个所述连接立柱前后并排设置且其高度不相同
连接立柱便于股骨髁假体与上部结构连接;
单侧胫骨平台垫假体表面设有与股骨髁假体表面相配合的弧形滑槽,满足股骨髁假体在滑槽内的关节活动;
单侧胫骨平台垫假体的长宽小于胫骨平台垫支撑台,单侧胫骨平台垫假与胫骨平台垫支撑台无锁定结构,使单侧胫骨平台垫假体在胫骨平台垫支撑台上移动。
胫骨平台垫支撑台通过肌肉与韧带实现固定,当膝关节内外翻活动时,单侧胫骨平台垫假体在胫骨平台垫支撑台旋转,可以实现允许膝关节内外翻活动5°到10°。
本发明的膝关节假体充分保留了病人骨量,满足未来翻修对于膝关节骨量的需求,同时单侧胫骨平台垫假与胫骨平台垫支撑台无锁定结构,允许膝关节假体内外翻5°到10°,保证了关节的活动性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体,其特征在于,包括单侧胫骨平台假体,设于单侧胫骨平台假体上的及设于单侧胫骨平台垫假体上的股骨髁假体,其中,
所述单侧胫骨平台假体包括下部的安装连接部及设于安装连接部上的胫骨平台垫支撑台,所述胫骨平台垫支撑台内侧设有限位挡板;
所述单侧胫骨平台垫假体表面设有与股骨髁假体表面相配合的弧形滑槽,所述股骨髁假体内侧设有连接立柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述单侧胫骨平台垫假体的长宽小于胫骨平台垫支撑台,单侧胫骨平台垫假与胫骨平台垫支撑台无锁定结构,使单侧胫骨平台垫假体在胫骨平台垫支撑台上移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述连接立柱设有两个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保留骨量单关节置换膝关节假体,其特征在于,两个所述连接立柱前后并排设置且其高度不相同。
