绝缘构件42的第二表面46可包括围绕绝缘构件42的周边延伸的导电加热轨道48。电路轨道50也可围绕第二表面46的周边延伸。在某些实施方案中,电路轨道50可被定位在加热轨道48的周边内。电路轨道50可与加热轨道48间隔开,因此其不干扰电路轨道50的功能。电路轨道50可包括被定位在绝缘构件42的第二表面46的相对的侧向端部上(例如,被定位在左侧和右侧上)的一对热传感器52a和52b。在某些实施方案中,热传感器52a和52b可为NTC型热传感器(负温度系数)。应当理解,取决于加热元件16的期望成本和安全要求,可使用多于一个热传感器52a和52b。另外,热传感器52a和52b可被定位在绝缘构件42上的任何位置。
热传感器52a和52b在绝缘构件42的第二表面46的相对的侧向端部上的定位可提供对加热元件16(例如,面板30)和/或绝缘构件42的温度的更安全且更可靠的测量。例如,如果加热元件16的仅一个端部暴露于冷水(例如,当在剃刮行程之间冲洗剃须刀刀片架时),加热元件的那个端部将比加热元件的另一个端部更冷。从加热元件的一端到另一端的侧向热流可能较差,并且温度均衡性可能受到机械加热器系统的耐热性的限制。因此,单个传感器或采用平均温度的多个传感器可能不提供准确的读数并且可能对加热元件过度加热,这可能导致皮肤的灼热。由于加热元件16的不平衡的温度(即,可能永远也不能达到平均温度或暴露于冷水的单个传感器的单独温度),通向加热元件16的电力可能永远也不关断。因此,热传感器52,52b可将与加热元件16的温度相关的信号独立地输出到与热传感器50,52电连通的温度控制电路。
类似地,如果加热元件16的仅一个端部暴露于热水(例如,当在剃刮行程之间冲洗剃须刀刀片架时),加热元件的那个端部将比加热元件16的另一个端部更热。因此,单个传感器或采用平均温度的多个传感器将不提供准确的读数并且可能导致通向加热元件的电力被切断或过早地减小(从而导致消费者在剃刮期间感觉不到加热感)。热传感器52a和52b也可与加热轨道48间隔开,以提供更准确的温度读数。例如,热传感器52a和52b可间隔开约3mm至约30mm,这取决于期望的准确度和制造成本。在某些实施方案中,保护性涂层可在电路轨道50和/或加热轨道48上分层。如果需要,整个第二表面可被覆盖在保护涂层中以提供热隔离和/或防止水浸入,这可能导致电热控制电路的故障(例如,传感器52a和52b、电路轨道50和/或加热轨道48的损坏)。

柔性印刷电路板34可具有完全延伸穿过柔性印刷电路板34的有界开口62。有界开口62的尺寸可被设定为接收非导电底部填充物封装剂,以提供止水密封。例如,有界开口可具有约0.5mm至约2.5mm的直径。在某些实施方案中,有界开口62可被定位在间隔开的电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e中的两个或更多个电端子之间。例如,图2示出了电端子54a和54b之间的有界开口62。有界开口62可与电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e间隔开约0.1mm,0.2mm或0.3mm至约0.4mm,0.5mm或0.6mm。有界开口62与电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e之间的距离可基本相同(例如,在彼此的10%内),以允许用于底部填充物封装剂的类似流动路径。例如,如果有界开口62与电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e中的每个电端子之间的距离差异太大,则电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e中的一些电端子在组装时可能未被有效地密封。
柔性印刷电路板34可具有从边缘58延伸到电路板中的狭槽56。如下文将进行的更详细说明的,狭槽56可完全切穿柔性印刷电路板34,以有利于非导电底部填充物封装剂提供止水密封。狭槽56可沿柔性印刷电路板34的中心线“CL”定位,以有利于对封装剂的正确填充。狭槽56可代替开口62使用或者除了开口62之外还可使用狭槽56。狭槽56可提供更大的可能的填充区域,以进行更快和更完全的密封。例如,狭槽56可具有约0.5mm至约5mm的宽度“w1”以及约0.5mm至约5mm的深度“d1”。
参考图3,其示出了具有连接到绝缘构件42的柔性电路34的加热元件16的透视图。柔性电路34可被放置在绝缘构件42上方,使得柔性电路34的电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e与绝缘构件上的电端子60a,60b,60c,60d和60e大致对准。底部填充物封装剂72可通过开口62和/或狭槽56而被施加。如果狭槽56被用于底部填充物封装剂,则开口62可能能够被用作定位孔,以帮助柔性电路板34和绝缘构件42对准,而不是接收底部填充物封装剂72。定位孔可为有利的,因为空间被限制在柔性电路板32上并且端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e必须与对应的端子60a,60b,60c,60d和60e正确对准。开口62也可用于帮助控制底部填充物封装剂72的任何溢出。另选地,底部填充物封装剂72可从印刷电路板34的边缘58插入柔性电路34和绝缘构件42之间。例如,在填充完成之后,底部填充物封装剂72可向上延伸到边缘58。
图4示出了大致沿图3的线4-4截取的加热元件16的横截面视图。焊垫接头70a可被定位在柔性电路34上的电端子54a与绝缘构件42上的电端子60a之间。类似地,焊垫接头70b被定位在柔性电路34上的电端子54b与绝缘构件42上的电端子60b之间。如图5所示,加热元件16还可包括被定位在柔性电路34的电端子54c,54d和54e与绝缘构件42上的对应电端子60c,60d和60e之间的多个焊垫70c,70d和70e。焊垫接头70a,70b,70c,70d和70e可有利于绝缘构件42和柔性电路34之间的机械联接和/或电联接。
如图4和5所示,电端子60a,60b,60c,60d和60e可从绝缘构件42的基座74延伸。电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e可从柔性电路34的基座76延伸。绝缘构件42的基座74可与柔性电路34的基座76间隔开约10μm至约300μm,并且更优选地约30μm至约60μm,以为底部填充物封装剂72提供足够的间隔(例如,间隙),从而在组装期间流动。底部填充物封装剂72可粘结到印刷电路板34和/或绝缘构件42。底部填充物封装剂72的厚度(例如,基座76与基座74之间的距离)以及底部填充物封装剂72与印刷电路板34和/或绝缘构件42的粘合可提供用于对应的电端子54a,54b,54c,54d,54e,60a,60b,60c,60d和60e之间的连接的足够的应变消除。增加的应变消除产生具有更长的产品使用寿命和更低的故障风险的更安全、更稳固的组件。在某些实施方案中,可在柔性印刷电路板34、绝缘构件(例如,加热轨道48和电轨道50)和/或传感器52a和52b上添加非金属涂层80。
非金属涂层80可有利于保护传感器52a和52b以及图2所示的加热轨道48和电轨道50。例如,可在柔性电路板34被连接和/或固定到绝缘构件42之前或之后将非金属涂层80施加到绝缘构件42的第二表面46(例如,也可在柔性电路板34被固定到绝缘构件42之后将非金属涂层80施加在柔性电路板34上)。涂层的示例可包括环氧树脂、或它们的任何组合。
一旦绝缘构件42和柔性电路34机械联接(例如,焊接),则有界开口62和/或狭槽56可完全或至少部分地利用底部填充物封装剂72来填充。底部填充物封装剂72可通过毛细管作用来填充间隙,这使空隙最小化并且一旦底部填充物封装剂72到达柔性电路板34和绝缘构件42的外边缘便停止进行填充。可使底部填充物封装剂72固化以进行硬化和强化,例如固化可包括将底部填充物封装剂72加热到约90℃至约200℃的温度。如图4和图5所示,底部填充物封装剂72可围绕所连接的电端子54a,54b,54c,54d,54e,60a,60b,60c,60d和60e流动。焊料接头70a,70b,70c,70d和70e可防止底部填充物封装剂72在对应的电端子54a,54b,54c,54d,54e,60a,60b,60c,60d和60e之间流动,该流动可能阻碍充分的机械连接和/或电连接。此外,底部填充物封装剂72可为焊垫接头70a,70b,70c,70d和70e提供支撑(例如,提供应变消除),这可防止绝缘构件42与柔性电路34之间的机械连接和/或电连接的过早失效。
底部填充物封装剂不仅可提供止水密封,而且可在电连接周围提供机械支撑(例如,应变消除),以防止柔性电路板34与绝缘构件42之间的物理连接和/或电连接的过早失效。因此,底部填充物封装剂可包围电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e中的每个电端子、以及电端子60a,60b,60c,60d和60e中的每个电端子。应当理解,取决于电端子54a,54b,54c,54d和54e的间距和其他因素诸如底部填充物封装剂的粘度,可存在多于一个有界开口62和/或狭槽56。还应当理解,有界开口62和/或狭槽56可包括任何形状,以允许进行适当的填充。在某些实施方案中,底部填充物封装剂72可从柔性印刷电路板34的外边缘58施加。
底部填充物封装剂可为在25摄氏度下具有约1mPas至约100mPas的粘度的在组装过程期间固化或硬化的液体。例如,底部填充物封装剂可能为可热固化的、可辐射固化的(例如,光或紫外线)、热固性的、热塑性的,或者固化可通过在分配之前或分配期间添加第二组分来发起。底部填充物封装剂72还可通过在分配期间将底部填充物封装剂72加热到第一温度并且然后在分配之后将底部填充物封装剂加热到高于第一温度的第二温度来固化。在某些实施方案中,底部填充物封装剂可为不透明的或着色的,以帮助检查由底部填充物封装剂72产生的密封。底部填充物封装剂可具有足够的玻璃化转变温度,从而使其不因暴露于加热元件16通电时所产生的温度而变形或弱化。
本文所公开的量纲和值不应理解为严格限于所引用的精确数值。相反,除非另外指明,否则每个此类量纲旨在表示所述值以及围绕该值功能上等同的范围两者。例如,被公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于剃须刀(10)的加热元件(16),包括:
绝缘构件(42),所述绝缘构件(42)具有基座(74)和至少一个电端子(60a,60b,60c,60d和60e);
柔性印刷电路板(34),所述柔性印刷电路板(34)具有基座(76),所述基座(76)具有电联接且机械联接到所述绝缘部件(42)的对应电端子(60a,60b,60c,60d和60e)的至少一个电端子(54a,54b,54c,54d和54e)。
非导电底部填充物封装剂(72),所述非导电底部填充物封装剂(72)位于所述绝缘构件(42)的所述基座(74)和所述柔性印刷电路板(34)的所述基座(76)之间,其中所述底部填充物封装剂(72)在所述电端子周围提供止水密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热元件(16),其中所述柔性印刷电路板(34)限定用于接收所述底部填充物封装剂(72)的贯通开口(62)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加热元件(16),其中所述贯通开口(62)为有界孔。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述贯通开口(62)被定位在所述印刷电路板上的一对间隔开的电端子(54a和54b)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加热元件(16),其中所述柔性印刷电路板(34)限定接收所述底部填充物封装剂(72)的狭槽(56)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的加热元件(16),其中所述狭槽(56)从所述柔性印刷电路板(34)的边缘(58)延伸。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述底部填充物封装剂(72)为热固化封装剂。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述柔性印刷电路板(34)的所述基座(76)与所述绝缘构件(42)的所述基座(74)间隔开10μm至300μm。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述绝缘构件(42)包括加热器轨道(48)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述绝缘构件(42)包括具有至少一个热传感器(52a,52b)的电轨道(50)。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),还包括所述绝缘构件(42)上的非导电涂层(80)。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述底部填充物封装剂(72)粘结到所述绝缘构件(42)和所述柔性电路板(34)。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述底部填充物封装剂(72)为着色的或不透明的。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),其中所述绝缘构件(42)包括陶瓷。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热元件(16),还包括位于所述柔性印刷电路板(34)的所述电端子(54a,54b,54c,54d和54e)中的至少一个电端子与所述绝缘构件(42)的所述电端子(60a,60b,60c,60d和60e)中的至少一个电端子之间的焊垫接头(70a,70b,70c,70d和70e)。
