技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓄电池短路保护附件,具体涉及一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器。
背景技术
蓄电池是将化学能直接转化成电能的一种装置,它的工作原理是:充电时利用外部的电能使内部活性物质再生,把电能储存为化学能,需要放电时再次把化学能转换为电能输出。蓄电池被广泛地应用在UPS、电力、通讯、应急照明、医疗器械、仪器仪表、电动玩具、电动车车辆等各个领域。
蓄电池从其它直流电源获得电能叫做充电,对外电路输出电能时叫做放电,蓄电池进行充电和放电时必须使用插头,插头从形状上分为公插头和母插头,有棒状或板状突起的为公插头,有插槽或孔洞的为母插头。蓄电池在不充电和不放电时,蓄电池上的插头会裸露在外部,特别是公插头上的棒状或板状突起会裸露在外面,非常容易受到外部导线、金属物件、水和人体等导电物体的影响,造成短路,损坏蓄电池,引发打火,造成事故,特别是人体接触造成短路,会危害身体,甚至危害生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器,结构简单实用,使用安全,可杜绝蓄电池插头短路,保护蓄电池,保护人身安全,避免发生事故。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器,包括本体1,本体1设置在公插头2与母插头3之间,本体1包括插孔部4、电路板5、插片部6和轻触开关7,插孔部4和插片部6相连接,电路板5设置在插孔部4和插片部6之间,轻触开关7设置在插片部6上,轻触开关7与电路板5连接,所述的插孔部4包括插孔外壳41和插孔42,插孔42与电路板5连接,插片部6包括插片外壳61和插片62,插片62与电路板5连接,插孔外壳41和插片外壳61的材料为绝缘材料,插孔42和插片62的材料为导电材料。
所述的电路板5上设置有保护电路。
所述的插片外壳61上设置有固定卡头63。
本发明与现有技术相比较具有以下有益效果:结构简单实用,使用安全,套装在蓄电池插头上,可杜绝蓄电池插头短路,保护蓄电池,保护人身安全,避免发生事故。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器,包括本体1,本体1设置在公插头2与母插头3之间,本体1包括插孔部4、电路板5、插片部6和轻触开关7,插孔部4和插片部6相连接,电路板5设置在插孔部4和插片部6之间,轻触开关7设置在插片部6上,轻触开关7与电路板5连接,所述的插孔部4包括插孔外壳41和插孔42,插孔42与电路板5连接,插片部6包括插片外壳61和插片62,插片62与电路板5连接,插孔外壳41和插片外壳61的材料为绝缘材料,插孔42和插片62的材料为导电材料。所述的电路板5上设置有保护电路。所述的插片外壳61上设置有便于固定安装的固定卡头63。
保护器本体的插孔部插入在蓄电池上的公插头内,并通过固定卡头固定在公插头上,蓄电池在充电放电时,连接蓄电池的母插头插入在保护器本体的插片部内,同时按压住轻触开关,接通电路板上的电路,使公插头与母插头连通,蓄电池进行充电放电。蓄电池在不充电和不放电时,保护器本体的插片部裸露在外部,轻触开关没有被按压住,电路板上的电路断开,插片部上的插片与蓄电池不连通,不会造成短路,也不会发生意外事故。如果遇到轻触开关被外物按压住,并同时发生短路的特殊情况时,电路板上的保护电路会起短路保护的作用,避免发生事故,保护蓄电池,保护人身安全。

1.一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器,其特征在于,包括本体(1),本体(1)设置在公插头(2)与母插头(3)之间,本体(1)包括插孔部(4)、电路板(5)、插片部(6)和轻触开关(7),插孔部(4)和插片部(6)相连接,电路板(5)设置在插孔部(4)和插片部(6)之间,轻触开关(7)设置在插片部(6)上,轻触开关(7)与电路板(5)连接,所述的插孔部(4)包括插孔外壳(41)和插孔(42),插孔(42)与电路板(5)连接,插片部(6)包括插片外壳(61)和插片(62),插片(62)与电路板(5)连接,插孔外壳(41)和插片外壳(61)的材料为绝缘材料,插孔(42)和插片(62)的材料为导电材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器,其特征在于,所述的电路板(5)上设置有保护电路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于蓄电池插头短路保护的保护器,其特征在于,所述的插片外壳(61)上设置有固定卡头(63)。
