Abstract

一种LED散热筒灯,包括灯体、光源板及驱动板,该灯体设有一侧开口的容置腔,该灯体由散热材料制成,该光源板及该驱动板收容在该容置腔内,该光源板安装在该灯体的容置腔的底部且与该容置腔热连接,该驱动板设置在该光源板的上方且该驱动板上设有让位孔,该光源板发出的光线穿过该让位孔后朝向该容置腔的开口射出。本发明的LED散热筒灯具有结构简单、有利提高生产组装效率的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别是一种LED散热筒灯。
背景技术
目前,随着LED芯片制造及封装技术的日趋成熟,LED元件的成本大大降低,LED得到了越来越广泛的应用。在LED照明领域,LED的节能和长寿命优势得到了充分的体现,越来越多的传统筒灯被LED筒灯所取代,市场上涌现的LED筒灯越来越多。
但是,目前市场上涌现的LED筒灯往往需要额外地设置散热件来给LED光源及时散热、设置单独的驱动盒用于收纳驱动组件。由于额外设置了散热件、驱动盒,使得LED筒灯的结构变得复杂,难以实现LED筒灯的自动化生产,降低了LED灯生产组装效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单的LED散热筒灯。
一种LED散热筒灯,包括灯体、光源板及驱动板,该灯体设有一侧开口的容置腔,该灯体由散热材料制成,该光源板及该驱动板收容在该容置腔内,该光源板安装在该灯体的容置腔的底部且与该容置腔热连接,该驱动板设置在该光源板的上方且该驱动板上设有让位孔,该光源板发出的光线穿过该让位孔后朝向该容置腔的开口射出。
进一步地,还包括反光杯,该反光杯设置在该容置腔内,该反光杯用于朝向该容置腔的开口反射该光源板发出的光线。
进一步地,还包括面环,该面环由透明或半透明材料制成,该面环固定在该灯体的开口处,用于对该光源板发出的光线进行配光。
与现有技术相比,通过将该光源板及该驱动板收容在该灯体的容置腔内,并且将驱动板设置在该光源板的上方且在该驱动板上设置让位孔,从而避免了驱动板对光源板的阻挡;同时,该光源板与该容置腔底部热连接,利用灯体壳体本身进行散热,这样就省去了给光源板另外设置散热件的步骤;这样的设置也省去了用于收纳驱动组件的驱动盒,从而使得该LED散热筒灯具有结构简单、有利提高生产组装效率的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明第一实施例的LED散热筒灯作进一步描述。
请参考图1,该LED散热筒灯包括面环1、螺钉2、反光杯3、驱动板4、光源板5以、灯体6以及安装件7。该灯体6设有一侧开口的容置腔60,该灯体6由散热材料制成,该光源板5及该驱动板4收容在该容置腔60内,该光源板5安装在该灯体6的容置腔60的底部且与该容置腔60热连接,该驱动板4设置在该光源板5的上方且该驱动板4上设有让位孔41,该光源板5发出的光线穿过该让位孔41后朝向该容置腔60的开口射出。该反光杯3通过所述螺钉2设置固定在该容置腔60内,该反光杯3用于朝向该容置腔60的开口反射该光源板5发出的光线。该面环1固定在该灯体6的开口处,用于对该光源板5发出的光线进行配光。该安装件7通过螺钉2安装于该灯体6且远离该灯体6开口的底端面。
请参照图1至图3,该灯体6为一侧开口具有容置腔60的壳体结构,该容置腔60为圆台状空间,该容置腔60开口的面积大于该容置腔60底部的面积。该容置腔60的底部还设有开孔(图未示),与该驱动板4电连接的电源线(图未示)穿过该开孔并与外部电源(图未示)电连接。该光源板5上设有LED光源51,该光源板5安装在该灯体6的容置腔60的底部且与该容置腔60热连接,可以理解地,为了使该光源板5与该灯体6之间具有更好的热传递效率,也可以在该光源板5与该灯体6之间涂覆导热胶(图未示),这样,所述LED光源51工作时产生的热就可以更好地通过该光源板5传递给该灯体6向外界散发出去。通过该光源板5与该灯体6的热连接设置,这样也就省去了对该光源板5额外设置散热件的步骤。该光源板5的一端还设有母端子52,该母端子52与所述LED光源51电连接。该母端子52包括固定座521及弹片电极522,该固定座521由绝缘材料制成,该固定座521上设有收容槽5210,该弹片电极522固定在该收容槽5210内,该母端子52用于与该驱动板4进行电连接。
请参照图1至图4,装配时,该驱动板4具有元件的一面朝向该光源板5,该驱动板4通过所述螺钉2固定在该容置腔60的底部。该驱动板4设置在该光源板5的上方且该驱动板4的中央位置设有让位孔41,该让位孔41呈圆形,该让位孔41用于安装于该驱动板4下方的LED光源51所发出的光线可以穿过该让位孔41朝该容置腔60的开口方向射出。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,根据实际设计的需要,该让位孔41的形状也可以为方形或者多边形等其它形状。该驱动板4对应该母端子52的位置还设有公端子41,该公端子41为金属杆结构,该公端子41的一端与驱动板4电连接,该公端子41的另一端插入该收容槽5210内且与该与该弹片电极522弹性抵接,从而使该公端子41与该母端子52电连接以使该驱动板4与该光源板5电连接。这样,通过把该驱动板4与该光源板5均设置在该容置腔60的底部,并通过该公端子41与该母端子52实现其两者的电连接,就省去了额外设置驱动盒的步骤。
请参照图1,该反光杯3为底部较小的喇叭状壳体结构,该反光杯3设置在该容置腔60内,该反光杯3的底部穿过该让位孔41且围绕所述LED光源51设置。该反光杯3用于朝向该容置腔60的开口反射该光源板5发出的光线。该反光杯3通过所述螺钉2固定在该驱动板4上。请参照图1,该面环1由透明或半透明材料制成,该面环1固定在该灯体6的开口处,用于对该光源板5发出的光线进行配光。该安装件7通过螺钉2安装于该灯体6且远离该灯体6开口的底端面,该安装件7用于最终用户把该LED散热筒灯安装固定在相应的灯筒内。
综上所述,通过将该光源板5及该驱动板4收容在该灯体6的容置腔60内,并且将该光源板5安装在与该容置腔60底部且与该容置腔60热连接,利用灯体6壳体本身进行散热,这样就省去了额外给该光源板5设置散热件的步骤,也省去了额外设置用于收纳驱动组件的驱动盒,从而使得该LED散热筒灯具有结构简单、有利提高生产组装效率的优点。

Claims (5)

1.一种LED散热筒灯,包括灯体、光源板及驱动板,该灯体设有一侧开口的容置腔,该灯体由散热材料制成,该光源板及该驱动板收容在该容置腔内,其特征在于,该光源板安装在该灯体的容置腔的底部且与该容置腔热连接,该驱动板设置在该光源板的上方且该驱动板上设有让位孔,该光源板发出的光线穿过该让位孔后朝向该容置腔的开口射出;还包括反光杯,该反光杯设置在该容置腔内,该反光杯用于朝向该容置腔的开口反射该光源板发出的光线,该反光杯固定在该驱动板上;该驱动板上设有公端子,该光源板上设有母端子,该公端子与该母端子电连接以使该驱动板与该光源板电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热筒灯,其特征在于:该光源板上设有LED光源,该反光杯为底部较小的喇叭状壳体结构,该反光杯的底部穿过该让位孔且围绕所述LED光源设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热筒灯,其特征在于:还包括螺钉,该驱动板通过所述螺钉固定在该容置腔的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热筒灯,其特征在于:该母端子包括固定座及弹片电极,该固定座由绝缘材料制成,该固定座上设有收容槽,该弹片电极固定在该收容槽内,该公端子为金属杆结构,该公端子的一端插入该收容槽内且与该与该弹片电极弹性抵接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED散热筒灯,其特征在于:还包括面环,该面环由透明或半透明材料制成,该面环固定在该灯体的开口处,用于对该光源板发出的光线进行配光。
