Abstract

一种卧式水平中开离心泵,该泵的泵体、泵盖内壁设有减轻泵的重量的空腔,减轻了泵的重量,降低了制造成本、便于搬运;密封环采用密封效果好的双O型密封圈结构,其结构密封效果较好,液体对泵体的冲刷小;所述的泵体和泵盖装配后在叶轮出口处形成封闭式流道,减小回流量,提高了泵的水力效率;泵体和泵盖外设有圆周径向加强筋,增强了泵体泵盖的强度和刚度,泵的外形比较美观;叶轮两侧叶片交错布置,有效降低了低频脉冲;叶轮吸口处采用导锥式密封环,液体无撞击进入叶轮,降低叶轮进口处能量的损失;泵体进水口处的进水流道采用不对称分流板结构,使泵吸水室上下面积差与流道的弯曲形成互补,可保证分流板两侧的流场分布近似相同。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械工程泵类技术领域,具体说是一种高效大型卧式水平中开离心泵。
背景技术
当前我国大型卧式水平中开离心泵的应用领域非常广泛,但是,在实际应用中普遍反应该种类型的泵质量大,搬运困难。由于某些结 构设计不理想,导致其性能差、泵的水利效率低,使用寿命短。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高效大型卧式水平中开离心泵,使其质量轻,使用寿命长,并且提高了泵的效率。
实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:该高效大型卧式水平中开离心泵包括泵轴、叶轮、泵盖、密封环、泵体、密封环;所述的泵体以及泵盖的内壁设有减轻泵的重量的空腔,密封环采用密封效果好的双O型密封圈结构,所述的泵体和泵盖装配后在叶轮出口处形成封闭式流道,泵体和泵盖外设有圆周径向加强筋,叶轮两侧叶片交错布置,叶轮吸口处采用导锥式密封环,泵体进水口处的进水流道采用不对称分流板结构。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:
1、大大减轻了泵的重量,降低了制造成本而且便于搬运;
2、密封环与泵体之间无液体冲刷现象,密封效果较好;
3、封闭式流道形成的蜗壳内回流量小,泵的水力效率较高;
4、叶轮两侧叶片交错布置,低频脉动较小,有效降低了低频脉冲;
5、导锥式密封环,使液体无撞击进入叶轮,减少了能量损失,提高了叶轮进口的汽蚀性能;
6、增加的加强筋增强了泵体泵盖的强度和刚度,这样泵的外形也比较美观。

具体实施方式
在附图中,本发明一种卧式水平中开离心泵,该泵包括泵轴、叶轮、泵盖、密封环、泵体、密封环;所述的泵体4以及泵盖2的内壁设有减轻泵的重量的空腔13和空腔12,空腔可减轻了泵的重量,降低了制造成本而且便于搬运;密封环3采用密封效果好的双O型密封圈5结构,其结构密封效果较好,液体对泵体的冲刷小;所述的泵体4和泵盖2装配后在叶轮出口处形成封闭式流道10,其好处是减小回流量,提高了泵的水力效率;泵体4和泵盖2外设有圆周径向加强筋9,增强了泵体泵盖的强度和刚度,使泵的外形比较美观;叶轮两侧叶片7交错布置,有效降低了低频脉冲;叶轮2吸口处采用导锥式密封环11,液体无撞击进入叶轮,降低叶轮进口处能量的损失;泵体进水口处的进水流道采用不对称分流板8结构,使泵吸水室上下面积差与流道的弯曲形成互补,可保证分流板两侧的流场分布近似相同。

1.一种卧式水平中开离心泵,该泵包括泵轴、叶轮、泵盖、密封环、泵体、密封环;其特征在于:所述的泵体(4)以及泵盖(2)的内壁设有减轻泵的重量的空腔(13)和空腔(12);密封环(3)采用密封效果好的双O型密封圈(5)结构;所述的泵体(4)和泵盖(2)装配后在叶轮出口处形成封闭式流道(10);泵体(4)和泵盖(2)外设有圆周径向加强筋(9);叶轮两侧叶片(7)交错布置;叶轮吸口处采用导锥式密封环(11);泵体进水口处的进水流道采用不对称分流板(8)结构。
