The invention discloses a movable comb-shaped platform for overhauling a heated screen in a hearth of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, which comprises an I-shaped main beam, an I-shaped auxiliary beam, an I-shaped guide rail beam, a fixed movable platform and a comb-shaped movable platform; the I-shaped main beams are arranged parallel to the boiler wall, the I-shaped auxiliary beams are perpendicular to the I-shaped main beams and are arranged on the I-shaped main beams and are connected through main and auxiliary beam fasteners; the I-shaped guide rail beams are arranged on the front two I-shaped auxiliary beams of the boiler and are connected through guide rail fixing fasteners; an anti-slip aluminum alloy springboard is paved on the I-shaped auxiliary beam; the fixed movable platform is arranged on the I-shaped guide rail beam, and one end of the fixed movable platform is connected with the comb-shaped movable platform and is used for driving the comb-shaped movable platform to move left and right. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a boiler furnace maintenance platform, in particular to a movable comb-shaped platform for maintaining a heated screen in a circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace.
Background
At present, most of boiler hearth maintenance of thermal power plants in China adopts a boiler hearth maintenance platform. The boiler furnace overhauling platform has the characteristics of short installation period, convenience in use, high safety and the like. The coal-fired boilers are classified according to the type of the furnace, and can be classified into pi-type coal-fired boilers, tower-type furnaces, W-flame furnaces and circulating fluidized bed boilers. Because the insides of the pi-type coal-fired boiler, the tower-type furnace and the W-flame furnace hearth are hollow structures, the overhaul is convenient, and the technology of a plurality of manufacturers for manufacturing the boiler hearth overhaul platform is mature.
Several to tens of heated hanging screens are distributed in the hearth of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, occupy the hearth of the boiler and are inconvenient to overhaul; and because the length of the heated hanging screen is longer, the width is thinner, the boiler is often easy to generate larger deformation after being heated, and various maintenance platform structures can not be completely and conveniently used for maintaining the heated hanging screen. Currently, the part of overhaul is generally carried out by sampling inspection or scaffold setting.
The existing overhaul method mainly has the following defects:
(1) The scaffold is erected to overhaul the heated hanging screen in the hearth of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the erection period is long, the overhaul potential safety hazard is large, and the economic cost is high.
(2) The heated hanging screen in the hearth of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is checked by sampling, so that the overhaul part is comprehensive and is easy to leave defects, and the explosion and even the shutdown accidents are caused.
(3) The fixed comb-shaped platform overhauls the inside hanging screen that is heated of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace, overhauls inflexibly, after hanging screen deformation of being heated, is difficult to continue to overhaul.

The invention aims to provide a movable comb-shaped platform for overhauling a heated screen in a hearth of a circulating fluidized bed boiler.

Description of the embodiments
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a movable comb-shaped platform for overhauling a heated screen in a hearth of a circulating fluidized bed boiler comprises an I-shaped main beam 1, an I-shaped auxiliary beam 2, an I-shaped guide rail beam 3, a fixed movable platform 4 and a comb-shaped movable platform 5;
the I-shaped main beam 1 is arranged parallel to the boiler wall, the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2 is perpendicular to the I-shaped main beam 1 and is arranged on the I-shaped main beam 1 and connected through a main and auxiliary beam fastener; the I-shaped guide rail beams 3 are arranged on the front two I-shaped auxiliary beams 2 of the boiler and are connected through guide rail fixing fasteners; an anti-slip aluminum alloy springboard is paved on the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2; the fixed movable platform 4 is arranged on the I-shaped guide rail beam 3, and one end of the fixed movable platform is connected with the comb-shaped movable platform 5 and is used for driving the comb-shaped movable platform 5 to move left and right.
The comb-shaped movable platform 5 is provided with a protective railing for three weeks, and the comb-shaped movable platform 5 is obliquely reinforced through an obliquely-pulled upright post arranged on the fixed movable platform; the top ends of the inclined-pull upright posts are respectively connected with the fixed movable platform 4 and the comb-shaped movable platform 5 through inclined-pull ropes.
The comb-shaped movable platform 5 is connected with the fixed movable platform 4 through a hinge shaft, and the comb-shaped movable platform 5 can rotate from a horizontal state to a vertical state around the hinge.
The lower wing plate of the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is perforated, the lower wing plate of the I-shaped guide rail beam is connected with the guide rail fixing fastener through a bolt, the lower end of the guide rail fixing fastener is sleeved on the upper wing plate of the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2, and the lower wing plate is connected through bolt fastening.
Referring to fig. 3, the rail fixing fastener includes a fixing plate 9, a connecting bracket 10 and an auxiliary beam fastener 11, the fixing plate 9 is connected with the auxiliary beam fastener 11 through the connecting bracket 10, the fixing plate 9 is connected with the lower wing plate of the i-shaped rail beam 3, and the auxiliary beam fastener 11 is sleeved on the upper wing plate of the i-shaped auxiliary beam 2.
Referring to fig. 4, two i-shaped guide rail beams 3 are connected through a guide rail limiting beam, the guide rail limiting beam comprises a cross beam 13 and webs 12 at two ends of the cross beam, and the webs 12 are fixed with the i-shaped guide rail beams 3.
The upper wing plates of the I-shaped guide rail beams 3 are sleeved with rolling frames, and the two I-shaped guide rail beams 3 which are parallel to each other are respectively configured into a pair of rolling frames; the fixed movable platform 4 is arranged on the upper plane of the rolling frame, and the fixed movable platform 4 and the rolling frame are connected together through bolts.
Referring to fig. 5, the rolling frame is composed of a structural frame 16 and rollers 14 with bearings, the structural frame 16 is formed by bending or welding steel plates, the rollers 14 are arranged in the structural frame 16, four rollers are respectively arranged on two sides of the inner side of the frame, two of the rollers are located above upper wing plates of the i-shaped guide rail beams 3, and the other two rollers are located below the upper wing plates of the i-shaped guide rail beams 3.
The number of the I-shaped main beams 1 is 2-4, and the number of the I-shaped auxiliary beams 2 is 3-5.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a movable comb-shaped platform for overhauling a heated screen in a hearth of a circulating fluidized bed boiler comprises an I-shaped main beam 1, an I-shaped auxiliary beam 2, an I-shaped guide rail beam 3, a fixed movable platform 4 and a comb-shaped movable platform 5;
the I-shaped main beam 1 is arranged parallel to the left furnace wall 8 of the boiler, the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2 is perpendicular to the I-shaped main beam 1 and is arranged above the I-shaped main beam 1, and the main beam and the auxiliary beam are connected through a main beam fastener and an auxiliary beam fastener. The I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is arranged on the front two I-shaped auxiliary beams 2 of the boiler, and the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is connected with the I-shaped auxiliary beams 2 through guide rail fixing fasteners. In fig. 2, 6 is a front wall of the boiler, and 7 is a heated hanging screen.
The fixed movable platform is connected with the comb-shaped movable platform and is arranged on the I-shaped guide rail beam, so that the comb-shaped movable platform can move left and right.
An anti-slip aluminum alloy springboard is paved on the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2 and is used as a basic platform for a maintainer to stand and put tools.
The I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is connected with the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2 through a guide rail fixing fastener shown in figure 3, the lower end of the guide rail fixing fastener is sleeved on an upper wing plate of the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2, and the guide rail fixing fastener is fastened and connected through bolts. The lower wing plate of the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is perforated, and the lower wing plate of the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is connected with the guide rail fixing fastener through bolts. Thus, the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 and the I-shaped auxiliary beam 2 are connected into a whole through the guide rail fixing fastener.
Two parallel I-shaped guide rail beams 3 are perforated on webs, and the two guide rails are connected through a guide rail limiting beam as shown in fig. 4 so as to fix the distance between the two parallel I-shaped guide rail beams 3.
The rolling frames shown in fig. 5 are sleeved on the upper wing plates of the I-shaped guide rail beams 3, and the two parallel I-shaped guide rail beams 3 are respectively provided with a pair of rolling frames. The rolling frame consists of a structural frame 16 and a roller 14 with a bearing, and a gasket 15 is arranged between the roller 14 and the structural frame 16. The structural frame is formed by bending or welding steel plates. The free sliding of the guide rail beam on the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 is realized through 8 rollers. The rolling frame is internally provided with upper and lower anti-overturning baffles, and the upper wing plates which are arranged between the two groups of baffles and wrap the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 are arranged. Even in the event of a roller damage, the roller frame cannot be separated from the i-shaped guide rail beam 3. The comb-shaped movable platform moves left and right along the I-shaped guide rail beam 3 through the push-pull fixed movable platform and moves between heated hanging screens in the hearth of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, so that the heated hanging screens are overhauled.

the I-shaped main beam (1) is arranged parallel to the boiler wall, the I-shaped auxiliary beam (2) is perpendicular to the I-shaped main beam (1) and is arranged on the I-shaped main beam (1) and connected through a main and auxiliary beam fastener; the I-shaped guide rail beams (3) are arranged on the front two I-shaped auxiliary beams (2) of the boiler and are connected through guide rail fixing fasteners; the fixed movable platform (4) is arranged on the I-shaped guide rail beam (3), and one end of the fixed movable platform is connected with the comb-shaped movable platform (5) and is used for driving the comb-shaped movable platform (5) to move left and right;
the comb-shaped movable platform (5) is provided with a protective railing at three weeks, the fixed movable platform (4) is provided with a diagonal upright post, and the top ends of the diagonal upright posts are respectively connected with the fixed movable platform (4) and the comb-shaped movable platform (5) through diagonal ropes;
