Abstract

本发明公开了一种去除金属镀层的溶液,其组成成分及体积百分比为:盐酸20—25%,过氧化氢15—30%,无水乙醇1—5%,用水加至100%。溶液优化的体积百分比为:盐酸10%,过氧化氢20%,无水乙醇2%,用水加至100%。本发明溶液克服了目前大多数采用硝酸等强腐蚀液扒蚀基材表面,操作时,工艺较难控制,操作中易造成电镀层扒蚀不干净或扒蚀过多,伤及塑料基层表面,造成二次电镀难加工的缺陷,发明了一种配方较为温和的溶液,该溶液不损伤基材,操作中无有害气体产生,溶液稳定性好,使用期长,作用反应速度快,3—5分钟即可完成化学镍退镀层作业;操作简单,作用终点易观察,无气泡产生即可反应停止;该溶液应用于生产,效果很好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种去除金属镀层的溶液,特别是去除塑料基材表面上的铜镍镀层的溶液。
背景技术
电镀工件不良品在返工前,首先将工件电镀镀层去除,然后才能二次电镀加工,目前,大多数采用硝酸等强腐蚀液扒蚀基材表面,操作时,工序工艺较难控制,操作中容易造成电镀层扒蚀不干净或扒蚀过多,伤及塑料基层表面,造成二次电镀较难加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有扒蚀溶液的缺点,提供一种更为温和而且不会伤及塑料基层的扒蚀溶液。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种去除金属镀层的溶液,其组成成分及体积百分比为;
盐酸 20—25%
过氧化氢 15—30%
无水乙醇 1—5%
用水加至 100%
而且,一种去除金属镀层的溶液优化的体积百分比为:
盐酸 10%
过氧化氢 20%
无水乙醇 2%
用水加至 100%
而且,过氧化氢为30%的溶液,盐酸为35%的溶液。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明的配方较温和,不损伤基材,操作过程中无有害气体产生,减少了对人体的伤害;
2、对塑料基材电镀产生的不良品可以进行扒蚀后再电镀返工最多三次操作而不伤及塑料基材,大大节省了工件元件费用,提高了产品合格率,增加效益;
3、所需化工物质均为市场常用物品,成本低廉,纯度要求仅为一般工业级即可;
4、溶液稳定性好,使用期长;
5、化学反应速度快,3—5分钟即可完成化学镍退镀层作业;
6、溶液成分均为环保性物品,污水处理比较容易;
7、操作上工艺简单,作用终点容易观察,无气泡产生即可反应停止,对初次操作人员生产培训简单;
8、较硫酸系更容易配制,避免了因硫酸注入水中极易因集中放热而溅出伤人皮肤。
具体实施方式
以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
以配制一升溶液为例,取800ml自来水加入容器中,缓慢加入35%的盐酸10ml,再加入30%工业双氧水20ml,最后加入2ml工业无水乙醇充分搅拌后即可使用。

1.一种去除金属镀层的溶液,包括盐酸、过氧化氢、无水乙醇、水,其特征在于:所述溶液组成成分及体积百分比为;盐酸20—25%,过氧化氢15—30%,无水乙醇1—5%,用水加至100%;所述溶液优化的体积百分比为:盐酸10%,过氧化氢20%,无水乙醇2%,用水加至100%。
