Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,包括真空蒸发室、放卷装置和收卷装置,在放卷装置和收卷装置上设置有表面包裹塑胶防护层的轴辊,还设置有除静电支架,在除静电支架上设置有圆轴,圆轴与轴辊一一对应并处于轴辊的正下方,在圆轴的表面设置有除静电毛刷,在圆轴内设置有除静电导杆,在除静电导杆的表面均匀固定有导静电触杆,导静电触杆抵压在圆轴的内壁上,在除静电支架上设置有接地导杆,接地导杆与除静电导杆相连接。本发明的结构设置合理,其采用除静电毛刷,而且设置有除静电导杆和导静电触杆,可以提高除静电接触面积,有效的提高除静电的效率,有利于提高真空镀铝的质量和效率,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于真空镀铝设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构。
背景技术
真空镀铝机是将铝金属加热熔融,蒸发的铝蒸汽凝结在膜面上,形成镀铝层的设备,其主要是由放卷装置、收卷装置、真空蒸发室,其通过放卷装置和收卷装置将材料穿过真空蒸发室并完成镀铝操作,然而在实际过程中,由于放卷和收卷过程中产因为摩擦产生静电,静电沿着熔化的铝蒸汽放电会造成静电纹,从而会影响镀铝的效果,传统技术主要是采用一根接地导线进行除静电,但是由于传动辊轴的表面有塑胶层,其主要用于防护材料,然而塑胶层的导电效果较为有限,故而采用单一接地导线除静电,其除静电效果较为有限,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,包括真空蒸发室、放卷装置和收卷装置,在放卷装置和收卷装置上设置有表面包裹塑胶防护层的轴辊,还设置有除静电支架,在所述除静电支架上设置有圆轴,所述圆轴与所述轴辊一一对应并处于轴辊的正下方,在所述圆轴的表面设置有除静电毛刷,在所述圆轴内设置有除静电导杆,在所述除静电导杆的表面均匀固定有导静电触杆,所述导静电触杆抵压在圆轴的内壁上,在所述除静电支架上设置有接地导杆,所述接地导杆与所述除静电导杆相连接。
所述除静电支架包括底座和设置在所述底座上的支撑架,在所述底座上设置有燕尾形调节槽,在所述支撑架的底部固定有燕尾形调节滑块,在所述支撑架上设置有锁位螺杆,所述圆轴和接地导杆固定在支撑架上。
在所述支撑架固定有横向固定有气缸,所述气缸的活塞轴固定在圆轴的一端上,所述接地导杆与气缸分别设置在圆轴的两端。
在所述底座的底面固定有真空定位吸盘,在所述底座上设置有与所述真空定位吸盘相连接的抽真空器。
所述除静电毛刷为碳纤维毛刷体。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其采用除静电毛刷,而且设置有除静电导杆和导静电触杆,从而不但可以提高除静电接触面积,也可以有效的提高除静电的效率,一定程度上有利于提高真空镀铝的质量和效率,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

图1和图2显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式,其中图1为本发明的整体结构示意图;图2为图1中A-A剖示图。见图1和图2,一种用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,包括真空蒸发室1、放卷装置2和收卷装置3,上述结构为现有技术的常规结构,在放卷装置2和收卷装置3上设置有表面包裹塑胶防护层4的轴辊5,还设置有除静电支架6,在所述除静电支架6上设置有圆轴7,所述圆轴7与所述轴辊一一对应并处于轴辊的正下方,在所述圆轴7的表面设置有除静电毛刷8,在所述圆轴7内设置有除静电导杆9,在所述除静电导杆9的表面均匀固定有导静电触杆10,所述导静电触杆抵压在圆轴的内壁上,在所述除静电支架6上设置有接地导杆11,所述接地导杆11与所述除静电导杆10相连接。
所述除静电支架6包括底座61和设置在所述底座61上的支撑架62,在所述底座61上设置有燕尾形调节槽63,在所述支撑架62的底部固定有燕尾形调节滑块64,在所述支撑架上设置有锁位螺杆65,所述圆轴和接地导杆固定在支撑架上。
在所述支撑架62固定有横向固定有气缸12,所述气缸的活塞轴固定在圆轴的一端上,所述接地导杆与气缸分别设置在圆轴的两端。
在所述底座61的底面固定有真空定位吸盘13,在所述底座上设置有与所述真空定位吸盘相连接的抽真空器14。
所述除静电毛刷为碳纤维毛刷体。
本发明的结构设置合理,其采用除静电毛刷,而且设置有除静电导杆和导静电触杆,从而不但可以提高除静电接触面积,也可以有效的提高除静电的效率,一定程度上有利于提高真空镀铝的质量和效率,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,包括真空蒸发室、放卷装置和收卷装置,在放卷装置和收卷装置上设置有表面包裹塑胶防护层的轴辊,其特征在于:还设置有除静电支架,在所述除静电支架上设置有圆轴,所述圆轴与所述轴辊一一对应并处于轴辊的正下方,在所述圆轴的表面设置有除静电毛刷,在所述圆轴内设置有除静电导杆,在所述除静电导杆的表面均匀固定有导静电触杆,所述导静电触杆抵压在圆轴的内壁上,在所述除静电支架上设置有接地导杆,所述接地导杆与所述除静电导杆相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,其特征在于:所述除静电支架包括底座和设置在所述底座上的支撑架,在所述底座上设置有燕尾形调节槽,在所述支撑架的底部固定有燕尾形调节滑块,在所述支撑架上设置有锁位螺杆,所述圆轴和接地导杆固定在支撑架上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,其特征在于:在所述支撑架固定有横向固定有气缸,所述气缸的活塞轴固定在圆轴的一端上,所述接地导杆与气缸分别设置在圆轴的两端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,其特征在于:在所述底座的底面固定有真空定位吸盘,在所述底座上设置有与所述真空定位吸盘相连接的抽真空器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于真空镀铝的除静电刷结构,其特征在于:所述除静电毛刷为碳纤维毛刷体。
