技术领域
本发明涉及植物病害防治药物领域,具体地说涉及一种防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂。
背景技术
槟榔黄化病是危害槟榔的植物病,表现“黄化型”和“束顶型”两种症状。黄化型:发病初期植株中下层叶片开始变黄逐渐发展到整株叶片黄化,心叶变小,解剖可见病叶叶鞘基部刚形成的小花苞水渍状败坏,严重时呈暗黑色,基部有浅褐色夹心,花穗枯萎,即使有少量结果,部分残留的果实因变黑,常提前脱落。部分根部腐烂的病株,常在顶部叶片变黄一年后枯死,大部分感病株表现黄化症状后5年-7年枯顶死亡;束顶型:病株树冠顶部叶片明显缩小,呈束顶状,节间缩短,花穗枯萎不能结果,病叶叶鞘基部的小花苞水渍状败坏,大部分感病株表现症状后5年枯顶死亡。
目前,我国及世界上多数专家认为,槟榔树感病黄化后无法治疗,对这种病只最有效的方法是砍伐早期病树,灭除刺吸式害虫;少数同类产品防治后,不到一年就有反复,而且反复后则无药可治。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,其可以有效防治槟榔生理性黄化及病毒、类菌原体(植原体)侵染性黄化,同时提高槟榔的产量,改善槟榔品质。
实现本发明的技术方案为:一种防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,每升复合制剂中含有无机营养物质1.5~43.0克;有机营养物质3.0~30.0克;植物活性物质0.0005~0.1克;微生物次生代谢产物0.01~10.0克;杀菌剂0.01~5.0克;杀虫剂0.01~3.0克;其余为乳化剂和水;
所述无机营养物质包括微量元素、中量元素、大量元素,它们的质量比例为:(0.2~3):(1~20):(1.5~20);所述微量元素包括锌、钼、硼、锰、铁、铜、氯;所述中量元素包括镁、钙、硫;所述大量元素包括氮、磷、钾;
所述有机营养物质包括氨基酸、核苷酸、腐殖酸、糖;
所述植物活性物质包括维生素、细胞分裂素、生长素、赤霉素、芸苔素内酯、氨基寡糖素;
所述微生物次生代谢产物包括阿维菌素、四环素、宁南霉素。

本发明中,杀虫剂可杀灭食叶害虫及传毒媒介昆虫,减少病毒传播感染的机会;杀菌剂及微生物次生代谢产物可以杀灭真菌性、细菌性、植原体等各种致病微生物;无机营养可以防治槟榔的生理性病害;有机营养、植物活性物质等可以提高树势,诱导槟榔产生抗体,增强树体的的免疫能力。
因此,综合使用微生物次生代谢产物、杀虫杀菌剂、无机营养、有机营养、植物活性物质等,可以很好地排除真菌、细菌、植原体、食叶及及传毒媒介昆虫等不利因素对槟榔健壮生长的干扰,因不缺营养元素,树势强而完善,槟榔的各种免疫、防御系统,增强槟榔的抗性,在人类压抑病原、扶植树势的措施撤除以后,槟榔则利用自己的免疫、防御系统对抗前期处于劣势的病原入侵,最终达到抗御植原体重复感染的目的。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:1、使用本品后,在全面抑杀植原体、真菌和细菌性病害、食叶和媒介昆虫的同时,全面提供槟榔生长发育所需的无机营养和有机营养,以恢复树势,具有明显的增产、改善品质等作用;调整槟榔的生长代谢方向,激活植物原本沉寂免疫系统,具有明显的抗性增强的效果。处理一段时间后,则当人类压抑病原、扶植树势的措施撤除以后,槟榔仍能利用自己的免疫、防御系统对抗入侵的少量病原,达到抗御植原体重复感染的最终目的。本发明对植物及环境无毒无害,不会伤害天敌,除了防治槟榔黄化、增强槟榔抗性等效果明显以外,而且可以提高槟榔产量,改善槟榔果的品质;
2、本品使用后,可杀灭真菌、细菌、植原体及有害昆虫,恢复树体生长势,增强槟榔免疫力。经东北农业大学利用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)技术定性检测,对植原体的抑制效果明显。经海南万宁、陵水、琼海、定安、儋州等地槟榔种植户反应,增产30~50%。

在本实施例中,无机营养物质为微量元素、中量元素、大量元素,它们的质量比例为:0.2:1:1.5;其中微量元素为锌、钼、硼、锰;它们之间的质量比例可以任意调配;中量元素为镁、钙、硫,它们质量比例为1:3:1;大量元素为氮、磷、钾,它们质量比例为1:0.5:1.3;
有机营养物质为氨基酸、核苷酸、腐殖酸、糖,它们的质量比例为0.1:0.1:0.8:1;
植物活性物质为维生素、细胞分裂素、生长素、赤霉素、氨基寡糖素,各组分的比例为2:1:0.1:1:2;
微生物次生代谢产物为阿维菌素、四环素;它们质量比例为0.1:3;
杀虫剂为:敌百虫;
杀菌剂为:苯甲酸和/或水杨酸;其中苯甲酸和/水杨酸的质量比例为1:1。
制备方法为,按照配方组分称出无机营养物质、有机营养物质、植物活性物质、微生物次生代谢产物、杀菌剂、杀虫剂,以及乳化剂,按顺序先后溶解于定量水中,常温下搅拌混合,即可使用。

在本实施例中,无机营养物质为微量元素、中量元素、大量元素,它们的质量比例为:0.8:5:10;其中微量元素为硼、锰、铁、铜、氯,它们的质量比例可以是随意比;中量元素为镁、钙、硫,它们之间的质量比例为1:3:1;大量元素为氮、磷、钾,它们之间的质量比例为1:0.5:1.3;
有机营养物质为氨基酸、腐殖酸、糖,它们之间的质量比例为1:2.5:3;
植物活性物质为生长素、赤霉素、芸苔素内酯、氨基寡糖素,它们之间的质量比例为0.1:2:1:2;
微生物次生代谢产物为阿维菌素、宁南霉素,它们质量比例为2:1;

有机营养物质为核苷酸、腐殖酸、糖,它们之间的质量比例为1:2:3;

植物活性物质包括生长素、芸苔素内酯,它们之间的质量比例为1:1;

在本实施例中,无机营养物质为微量元素、中量元素、大量元素,它们的质量比例为:3:20:40;其中微量元素为锌、钼、硼、锰、铁、铜、氯,它们质量比为任意比;中量元素为镁、钙、硫,质量比例1:1.5:1;大量元素为氮、磷、钾,它们之间的质量比例1:1:1.5;
有机营养物质为氨基酸;
植物活性物质为生长素;
微生物次生代谢产物为阿维菌素、四环素、宁南霉素,它们之间的质量比例为2:10:1;
杀虫剂为:敌百虫、杀虫双、杀虫单、吡虫啉和吡蚜酮中任意一种或者一种以上;
杀菌剂为:水杨酸复配咪鲜胺、多菌灵、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇中任意一种或者一种以上。
制备方法为,按照配方组分称出无机营养物质、有机营养物质、植物活性物质、微生物次生代谢产物、杀菌剂、杀虫剂,以及乳化剂,按顺序先后溶解于定量水中,常温下搅拌混合,即可使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,其特征在于,每升复合制剂中含有无机营养物质1.5~43.0克;有机营养物质3.0~30.0克;植物活性物质0.0005~0.1克;微生物次生代谢产物0.01~10.0克;杀菌剂0.01~5.0克;杀虫剂0.01~3.0克;其余为乳化剂和水;
所述无机营养物质包括微量元素、中量元素、大量元素,它们的质量比例为:(0.2~3):(1~20):(1.5~20);所述微量元素包括锌、钼、硼、锰、铁、铜、氯;所述中量元素包括镁、钙、硫;所述大量元素包括氮、磷、钾;
所述有机营养物质包括氨基酸、核苷酸、腐殖酸、糖;
所述植物活性物质包括维生素、细胞分裂素、生长素、赤霉素、芸苔素内酯、氨基寡糖素;
所述微生物次生代谢产物包括阿维菌素、四环素、宁南霉素。
2.根据权利要求1所述防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,其特征在于,每升复合制剂中含有无机营养物质12~30克;有机营养物质8~18克;植物活性物质0.01~0.1克;微生物次生代谢产物2~8克;杀菌剂1~4克;杀虫剂0.5~2.0克;其余为乳化剂和水。
3.根据权利要求1所述防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,其特征在于,每升复合制剂中含有无机营养物质20.2克;有机营养物质15.5克;植物活性物质0.05克;微生物次生代谢产物5.2克;杀菌剂2.3克;杀虫剂1.6克;其余为乳化剂和水。
4.根据权利要求3所述防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂包括酚类杀菌剂、咪唑类杀菌剂和三唑类杀菌剂;所述咪唑类杀菌剂为咪鲜胺和/或多菌灵;所述三唑类杀菌剂为苯醚甲环唑和/或戊唑醇;所述酚类杀菌剂为苯甲酸和/或水杨酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂,其特征在于,所述杀虫剂包括有机磷杀虫剂、有机氮杀虫剂、吡咯类杀虫剂;所述有机磷杀虫剂为敌百虫;所述有机氮杀虫剂为杀虫双和/或杀虫单;所述吡咯类杀虫剂为吡虫啉和/或吡蚜酮。
6.一种权利要求1至5中任一项防治槟榔黄化病的复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法为按照配方组分称出无机营养物质、有机营养物质、植物活性物质、微生物次生代谢产物、杀菌剂、杀虫剂,以及乳化剂,按顺序先后溶解于定量水中,常温下搅拌混合,即可使用。
